Wolfram is the creator of Mathematica, a software-system that makes it possible to express Complex ideas in Computational form.

Het is duidelijk dat ~RTL en Sky zich richten op de makkelijk te manipuleren onderklasse en de Staatsomroep de Middenklasse probeert te bereiken die ook de doelgroep van D66 zijn.
De Toekomst van de Reclame
De scheiding tussen Content enReclame in verschillende blokken gaat verdwijnen omdat de Content geintegreerde reclame gaat bevatten zoals dat al in speelfilms gebeurde.
Het gevolg is dat een complete industrie (bv Nielsen) die op vele manieren voor de producent van reclame direct of via panels meet wat het effect is of kan zijn gaat verdwijnen.
Onze Tijdgeest: Late Modernity:
Onze Tijdgeest wordt Late Modernity genoemd.
Het is de tijd waarbij mensen op zoek zijn naar de Unieke beleving, (een “Singularity“) een kostbaar “cultureel” product dat speciaal en eenmalig wordt geconstrueerd door een speciaal, eenmalig en kostbaar team.
Een voorbeeld is de film Avatar die miljarden kost om te maken en waarvan dit bedrag met enorm veel winst in een paar weken wordt terugverdiend.
Sport en de Deugden van Plato
Sport en Spel zijn de belangrijkste drijfveren van de huidige Media. Ze waren volgens Plato de beste manier om levenservaring op te doen. De grote vraag is of we die nog nodig hebben als het leven een spelletje wordt.
1889 is een kantelpunt tussen 2x de Val van een Muur (in Parijs en Berlijn) in 1789 en 1989.

Cultureel Kapitalisme laat ook zien hoe de kapitalisten de goede doelen stelselmatig aanwenden om hun Macht te vergroten en daarbij de problemen van deze tijd aanwenden om de echt nodige maatregelen te torpederen wat goed zichtbaar is bij de z.,g. energietransitie waar de consument weer verder wordt uitgekleed totdat er niets van zijn spaargeld meer overblijft.
Voorbeelden zijn Apple, Google en Amazon die Vitale Software-infratructuren in handen hebben zoals Zoeken op het Internet, en de Bibliotheek van software-Componenten op (Apps) een Mobiele telefoon.
Toekomst Technologie
Alle cycli passen qua Fases op de Seizoenen, die weer passen op de RussicheKondratiev- en de Chinese Sheng -Cyclus waarbij het Centrum, het kruis van het Midden van het /midden (Wit) in de vier-voudige (Quaternio)- Cyclus is opgenomen.
De Waardeketen wordt geïntegreerd en de Klant Stuurt de keten.
De menselijke Netwerken worden verbonden het User Interface wordt Virtueel en de Patronen worden Intelligent.
Technologie Cyclus
De technologie volgt de Kondratiev–cylus. Om de 50 jaar wordt een nieuw wereldbeeld dominant.
Ieder Seizoen duurt Tien Jaar (50/5).
De huidige fase is gericht op het Geheel (Wit).
Ze is een een Abstractie van het Internet wat al lijkt op de hersenen waarbij de servers Neuronen zijn.
Technologie: Global Brain
De ontwikkeling van de ICT is rond 1950 begonnen en heeft in 70 jaar de wereld extreem veranderd.
Het gaat om Software in vele vormen die uiteindelijk zowel het Denken (blauw), het Waarnemen, het Handelen (Rood), en het Waarderen (Groen) gaat overnemen.
Inzicht en Verbeelden blijven iets van de Mens die ook de Gebruiker speelt totdat de techniek alles heeft overgenomen.
Daarnaast kan de software m.b.v. een Netwerk communiceren met andere software en mensen Anytime-Anyplace.
Ik noem het eindresultaat Global Brain omdat die term het beste past.
Namelijk het ontstaan van een Globaal werkend Autonoom “Kunstmatig”Brein wat gebruik kan maken van de Opgeslagen enOntsloten Geheugens en van de Mensheid.
Wat kan Software niet?
Er zijn twee “Functies” van de mens die uniek zijn waarbij de meest belangrijke de Verbeelding” is en de andere de Emoties.
Met de VerbeeldingScheppen wij de Realiteit en de Emoties (Emovere) geven Energie.
Ze brengen ons in Beweging en zetten ons met onze Voeten op Aarde (“Grounding“).
De cyclus van de Archetypen van Jung en Paths of Change bestaat uit 5 “wereldbeelden” waarbij het centrum (wit) voor het Geheel staat.

Handmatig werk wordt overgenomen door de Robot en het “denkwerk door AI. Vanaf het ontstaan van de fabriek zijn de arbeiders vervangen door machines die nog gemaakt werden door “Kenniswerkers” (“pProgrammeurs“) die nu worden vervangen door AI.
Opmerkelijk is dat er steeds weer nieuwe beroepen worden uitgevonden vooral in de Dienstensector.
Het is de vraag wat software niet kan overnemen.
Aanraken? Kan een computer ons aanraken? Ik denk van wel.
Het is een kwestie van een licht Electro/Magnetisch -veld wat ook gelijk het Immuun-systeem kan stabiliseren..

Het gaat niet goed met Netflix en Walt Disney en andere “streamers” die de “thuis-bioscoop” vullen met content.
Het moet anders en daarom probeert Disney middels zijn Accelerator van alles uit.
De grote barriere zit in de “Interne wereld” van de Kijker die meer zintuigen heeft dan men nu kan aanspreken maar maar ook veel meer “gebieden” heeft dan men kan simuleren.
Dat komt omdat de mens eigenlijk in twee gescheiden werelden leeft n.l. de wereld van de Zon overdag en die van de Maan in de nacht.

Facebook heeft zijn naam veranderd in Meta om de grootste speler te worden in virtual reality nu de Metaverse genoemd. Er is al meer dan genoeg Science Fiction beschikbaar om het ontwerp op af te stemmen zoals de Holodeck uit Startrek.
Het patroon herhaalt zich om de 200 jaar, een frequentie die ook in het klimaat is gevonden.
De Kondratiev Cyclus met een Periodiciteit van 50 doorloopt deze periode in 5 “seizoenen van 10 jaar die passen op PoC.
Een volgende periodiciteit is 250 jaar en daarna 1250 jaar.
Kunst en Cultuur
Deze blog gaat over Kunst en Cultuur en de rol die deMarketing daar in speelt.
Verder gaat het ook over Gunay Uslu en de toenemende Macht van het kapitaal in de Gesloten lobby-netwerken in de Kunst-en Cultuur sector.
Het is bekend dat met name D66 daar een grote rol in speelt.
Huizinga Lezing

Het begon allemaal met de besloten Huizinga Lezing van Mevr. Gunay Uslu (Staatsecretaris Cultuur en Media) in de Pieterskerk in mijn geboorteplaats Leiden.
Ik was benieuwd naar de inhoud en heb hem vandaag (9-1-2023) gelezen en de inhoud is onderzocht.
Het begon al gelijk goed toen ik dezelfde dag een artikel vond in de Volkskrant. getiteld: “Een geniale romanticus, maar ook een aartsleugenaar Heinrich Schliemann maakte van vondst ‘schat van Priamus’ een fantastisch verhaal“.
Promotie
Het gaat over de 1e Pionier in mevr, Uslu’s lezing “Schliemann, 1 van de beroemdste archeologen in de geschiedenis.Hij zocht met het 1e en eigenlijk belangrijkste verhaal van de Europese cultuur in de hand – de Ilias – naar Troje“.
Gunay Uslu heeft het in haar proefschrift vooral over Schliemann en zijn relatie met het toen nog bestaande Ottomaanse rijk geschreven.
Interessant is dat iedere machthebber zich graag verbindt met een beroemde Historische plaats of een historische figuur en dat is hier vooral Turkije, Troje en Homerus.
Ik vermoed dat Homerus helemaal niets met Turkije te maken heeft (zie Bijlage 1).
De vondst van Troje is een prachtig voorbeeld van Fake-wetenschap.
Onderzoek Schliemann
Onderzoek van de bronnen van Schliemann geeft aan dat hij een heel doortrapte Bedrieger was die slim gebruik maakte van de Media.
Het staat allemaal in het boek Schliemann of Troy – Treasure and Deceit van David Traill.
Schiemann verdiende kapitalen in Californië met goud speculatie en ook nog is in de oorlog in de Krim waar hij handelde in munitie.
Hij had zoveel geld dat hij zich nu wierp op zijn hobby archeologie waar hij eerst op promoveert in Rostov met het boek ” thaka, der Peloponnes und Troja“.
Schliemann wist dat de kans groot was dat hij iets zou vinden vanwege zijn contacten met Frank Calvert.
Die had al grond gekocht op de juiste plek en Schliemann kocht de andere helft en sloot een contract met hem om de “buit” te verdelen.
De vondst die hij de schat van Priamus noemde staat ook ter discussie omdat hij samen met Calvert de stukken die spontaan en alleen vond in een kist vermoedelijk al van te voren had verzameld.
“Alybas enormously respected by Royal Scythians and Cimmerians because it was the city of their ancestors, the Atlanteans, who had escaped three days before the Cataclysm.”
Alybas is de Geboorteplaatsvan Homerus. Het ligt in de Oekraïne aan de ingang van de Inhul-rivier in de Zwarte Zee.

Tijdens mijn onderzoek naar de achtergrond van de strijd van de Titanen en Vladimir Putin ontdekte ik een document over Homerus geschreven door een Wetenschapper uit de Krim wat een heel ander beeld geeft over Troje dan mevr Uslu geloofd.
Volgens hem speelt het verhaal van Homerus zich af Rondom de Krim en komt de Familie van Homerus van Atlantis. Zie verder Bijlage 1
Kunst is de bewuste creatie van iets Moois of Betekenisvols met behulp van Vaardigheid en Verbeelding
Alhoewel een vakman ook tot de cultuur behoort wordt een bepaald vak, de Kunstenaar, anders, “hoger”, gewaardeerd.
Kunst is een gewild Object voor Financiële Speculatie
Sommige scheppingen van bepaalde kunstenaars zijn heel veel geld waard. Ze zijn een gewild object van Speculatie.
Wat als Mooi wordt Ervaren is uitvoerig uitgezocht door de recent overleden Christopher Alexander.
Wat betekenisvol is is nog nooit goed uitgezocht. Het heeft overduidelijk iets te maken met metaforen die belichaamd zijn.
In dit kader is George Lakoff een belangrijk onderzoeker .
Kunst is een persoonlijke ervaring die niet objectief kan worden gemaakt.
Hele dure kunst is “mooi” omdat “men: dat vindt.
Mensen waarderen op basis van hun Persoonlijkheid heel verschillend.

Cultuur
Samenvatting Huizinga Lezing
In een Interview de NRC van 11-1-2023 staat een uitspraak die erg tekenend is “Staatssecretaris Uslu heeft zich er vaak hardop over verwonderd, onlangs nog in de Huizingalezing, dat cultuur in de Nederlandse politiek geen Chefsache is, en dat de omgang van politiek met cultuur tamelijk liefdeloos is”.Ze bepleit een warmere belangstelling van de politiek voor cultuur.
Later komt ze op vijf punten n.l.
1 Makers: We bepalen niet wát er gemaakt wordt, we kunnen er wel voor zorgen dát er gemaakt wordt.uimte bieden aan talentontwikkeling betekent ook ruimte voor experiment. Voor falen. Niemand weet van te voren hoe een experiment uitpakt.
2 Toegankelijkheid: Meer mensen in aanraking laten komen met de rijkdom van kunst en cultuur is belangrijk. Want het boeit, het beweegt, het inspireert. Het vergroot je cultureel kapitaal,
3 Vernieuwing, digitalisering en innovatie: Dan zien we een generatie die veel minder gekaderd kijkt naar het leven, en dus naar kunst en cultuur. Dat is een kracht om te omarmen. Daar hoort dus ook bij: meer en meer digitaal gaan doen.
4 Erfgoed: en ons immateriële erfgoed laten onze geschiedenis zien en vertellen wie we zijn en waar we vandaan komen.
5 Creatieve denkkracht inzetten bij maatschappelijke problemen: Als er 1 grondstof is in ons land die nog onvoldoende ‘benut’ wordt, dan is het wel de creatieve denkkracht van onze makers.
1 Gaat Cultuur simpelweg over Maken?
Het probleem zit toch vooral in de definitie van cultuur, die heel simpel is n.l. “wat de mens schept” waardoor cultuur overeenkomt met maken. of (erfgoed) gemaakt hebben.
Hierbij blijft het vreemd dat de rest van de “levens-cyclus” niet wordt bekeken.want voor maken ligt ontwerpen (5 creatieve denkkracht?) maar ook gebruiken (4 Toegankelijkheid?), Verbeteren 3. (innovatie).
Wat ook volledig wordt vergeten is dat er naast “kunst” heel veel meer wordt gemaakt.
Al die “ontwerpers” lijken op elkaar en zijn ook onderling uit te ruilen (zie plaatje hieronder over PoC).
Ik heb de indruk dat onze staatsecretaris Creativiteit heel anders ziet dan ze in haar wezen is.
Creativiteit Vernietigt het Oude
Hierbij komt dat de grote gelijkmaker ,de computer nu in een zijlijn staat verbonden met de misbruikte term Digitalisering.
Games
Dit plaatje vat heel erg veel samen wat een voordeel en een nadeel is. Paths of Change (PoC) is een boek van Will McWhinney wat hij een Meta-practice noemt.
Het bevat alles wat je met weten over de praktijk en bevat dus ook alles wat je moet weten over Cultuur.
Rollen: de beste ingang tot Poc zijn de Rollen Het zijn er 18!
De basis van PoC zijn vier z.g. Wereldbeelden (Worldview).
Cultuur is het Spanningsveld tussen het Zelf en het Collectief.
Context
Hetzelfde plaatje maar nu anders weergegeven> Herkenbaar zijn hopelijk de kleuren. Toegevoegd zijn de specifieke vragen (ontleend aan Aristoteles).
Beleid Media
Om een goed beeld te krijgen heb ik meerdere rapporten gezocht en gelezen. Die staan allemaal onderaan deze bijlage.
Het valt op dat er het meer gaat om de verdeling van de macht van de enorme hoeveelheid gesubsidieerde of ge “crowdfunde” instellingen dan over de inhoud.
Dat betekent dat ik zoals vanouds zelf moet nadenken en Searchen.
Hierbij is het goed eerst kort aandacht te besteden aan waar het echt over gaat.
Communicatie komt van Commune -> Eén Worden
De Conduit– en de Toolmaker-methaphor laten zien dat Communicatie niets te maken heeft met het versturen van berichten (Conduits).
Het gaat om Communie (Samengaan, verenigen), de Tegenhanger van Agency (Sturen).
Dialoog vs Ingeblikte Conduits:
Het spaningsveld tussen het Zelf en het Collectief (Cultuur) wordt opgelost middels een Dialoog.
Het probleem met het huidige Bestel is dat het allemaal Zenders van ingeblikte Conduits zijn die zijn geselecteerd op een StandaardMening die vroeger in de Maatschappij was ingebakken (Sociaal (verheffen Arbeider), Christelijk,Bovenklasse (Liberaal).
De Bovenklasser is nog steeds het ideale beeld waar veel mensen en jongeren hun ideaal of jaloezie vandaan halen.
De rijke bink met de mooie meid is is niet voor niets het ideaal van onze top-misdadigers die allemaal man zijn.
Geen Mening vs Wappies
Hierboven staat het Geen Mening van de NPO die niet altijd vol te houden is (Kijk naar de Covid discussie) omdat er (zogenaamd) een onderscheid kan worden gemaakt tussen “normale” en niet-normale (Wappies) mensen.
De maatschappij wordt hierdoor meervoudig Gepolariseerd.
Zonder Sterke Marketing geen Macht
Door de sterke marketing kan een groep mensen soms gesteund door een commerciele partij als de Telegraaf een Omroep oprichten en een boodschap gaan brengen die tegen de haren van de normalen ingaat (Ongehoord Nederland).
Het systeem kan door het volhouden van het oude idee dat er “stromingen” zijn zijn “onafhankelijke” plek niet meer behouden en Vecht voor zijn bestaan wat een specifieke manier van werken impliceert die niet meer “objectief” kan worden genoemd.
Lokale Omroep
Het wordt echt interessant als je kijkt naar de vele documenten die er zijn gemaakt over de Lokale Omroep.
Hier worden 80 (!) NPO’tjes gekopieerd die allemaal het zelfde model hebben als de grote NPO die natuurlijk wel de grote Baas blijft.
JourNa’s? of Chatcpt-toepassing?
Onder het mom van de noodzakelijke controle op de lokale politiek worden vele miljoenen gestopt in een structuur die gegarandeert het omgekeerde gaat bereiken net als de lokale politieagent, de BOA werd< een Mooi Pak dat bekeuringen mag uitdelen.
Het rijk levert de standaard journalist, de Journa? via het PNO-uitzendburo onmiddellijk.
Wellicht wordt deze persoon snel omgetoverd in een automatische content genererende ChatCPT-robot.
Huis-aan-Huis Blad
Het huis-aan-huis-blad word tot gigantische proporties opgeblazen terwijl hier wellicht de enige manier nog over is om lokale intiatieven en ondernemers een spreekbuisje geven.
Wat men vergeet is dat burger-participatie niets te maken heeft met democratie en dat democratie eigenlijk bedoelt om het volk wat lokaal woont (dus niet in den Haag) te laten meewerken.
D66 en de Coalitie nemen macht in de stad over en de burger mag met de Vriendenloterij als nepprijs naar een museum.
Het gaat niet om Communicatie maar om Collectief in Actie komen.
Het plaatje komt uit een verhaal over Anti-fragility een concept van Nassim Taleb. Het model komt uit Panarchy een model over Ecologieen waarin de Samenleving (het Volk, Demos) feedback geeft op de producten van de Producenten die via de Overheid via de Creatieve sector het Systeem verbeterd. Herbij is creativiteit een vorm van Inzicht, Verbeelding en Wijsheid.
Het document “Kijk Samen verder” van het Commissariaat voor de Media staat hieronder en wordt hieronder ook Kort Samengevat.
Centralisatie
Als je het nieuwe beleid samenvat komt het simpelweg neer op volledige centralisatie van alles wat nu op een uitermate complexe wijze is gedecentraliseerd.
In het rapport “Samen verder Kijken” staan 4 punten die ik nu min-of-meer samenvat:
1 Burgerberaad gekoppeld aan een BPO
1 Van een indirecte naar een meer Directe vorm van maatschappelijke binding
Het bestel sluit beter aan op de huidige maatschappij wanneer de binding via een directe vorm wordt geborgd.
Denk aan het inrichten van een landelijk programmabeleidbepalend orgaan (PBO) waaraan burgers deelnemen, via een burgerberaad, via consultatie van burgers over specifieke content of makers, of een combinatie hiervan.
2 Openbare aanbesteding van Content
2 Van sturen op organisaties naar centraal sturen op realisatie publieke mediaopdracht
Het bestel kan aan effectiviteit, transparantie en afrekenbaar- heid winnen als de verantwoordelijkheid voor de publieke me- diaopdracht centraal komt te liggen.
3 Meten toegevoegde Waarde
Dit is een manier om de “objectieve” meting van de kijkdichtheid te vermooien.
3 Van een semi-gesloten bestel naar een open systeem op basis van toegevoegde waarde
Het bestel benut de kwaliteit, de creativiteit en het innovatief vermogen van makers volop door zich open te stellen voor een grotere groep contentproducenten.
Bijvoorbeeld door een volledig open procedure waarbij contentproducenten zich inschrijven op een uitvraag voor specifieke content, waarbij selectie plaatsvindt op basis van de grootste toegevoegde waarde.
4 NPO wordt een Merk
4 Van multi-branding en distributie naar het profileren en aanbieden van het publiek media-aanbod als een rijk geschakeerd geheel
Het bestel brengt een herkenbaar totaalaanbod en bundelt krachten rondom één platformstrategie dat aan de hoogste eisen van gebruikersgemak voldoet. Dit betekent dat de in- gezette beweging van gezamenlijke aanbieding en profilering van het publieke media-aanbod tenminste wordt doorgezet.
Is Content nog steeds King?
Het gebruikte model past nog steeds op de zender die conduite produceert waar de ontvanger een like aan kan geven.
De TV is nog steeds een Zender
Dat is ook het model van de “streamers” Netflix Disney etc.
de Experience Economy Wint
Het bekijken van de content in de thuisbioscoop wordt vervangen door een Ervaring waarin een totaliteit aan dinsten wordt aangeboden die passen op de “Chronotope” van de ervaring.
Ondanks het feit dat de Staat met deze beleidstruck haar macht wellicht een tijdje behoud is de kans dat de burger “in zee gaat” met het merk NPO erg klein net als de nu verenigde contentmakers (“wie zijn dat”?) het niet gaan redden behalve als ze enorm veel geld investeren in het opbouwen van een voorraad multiverse-componenten.
Onderdelen kun je uniek maken door ze te splitsen.
Spanningsvelden
In de praktijk zijn er altijd meerdere Spanningsvelden die rondom een Unieke Oplossing bewegen.
Panarchie
Het Panarcy-model lijkt op een 8 (een Moebius ring). Die ontstaat altijd als er botsende paden zijn. De oplossing is om een deel omhoog te tillen vergelijkbaar met een Verkeersviaduct).
Revolt: een ecologie springt in het model van panarchie (Pan+Anarchie) vanuit zijn diversiteit (geel) naar een “hoger” niveau van orde (blauw) met een lager ritme.
Revolt lijkt erg veel op Revolutie en het lijkt bijvoorbeeld ook op de Franse Revolutie in 1789waar de franse Koning (“blauw” de mensen die niet pasten in het systeem (geel) van Honger liet sterven.
Die hongersnood kwam door de enorme Vervuiling met “stikstof” van de laki-vulkaan in Ijsland die in 1783 ontplofte en jarenlang een enorme hoeveelheid Zure Regen over Europa uitstrooide waardoor alle Oogsten mislukten.
De twee aan elkaar gekoppelde ontploffingen zijn een voorbeeld van wat Nassim Taleb een Black Swan noemt, een onmogelijke gebeurtenis, “at the Wrong place at the Wrong time”.
Anti-Fragile
Een situatie is anti-fragile wanneer het onmogelijkegebeurt en geen verassing is.
Op zo’n moment kun je “gebruik maken van de omstandigheden” mits je dat ook kunt.
Als de beurs keldert kun je heel goedkoop aandelen kopen als je daarvoor geld hebt bewaart of voor vrij kunt maken” en gelooft dat de economie veerkrachtig of zelfs anti-fragile is.
Spiraal
De Kondratiev-cyclus laat duidelijk zien dat er onder de Op- en Neergaande bewegingen van de economie een stijgende lijn zit die ook daaronder weer zichtbaar is.
De cyclus is eigenlijk een Spiralende-Spiraal.
De Spiraal in de Kathedraal van Chartres.
Voorbereid zijn op een ramp biedt bescherming en mogelijkheden.
Nassim Taleb legt Anti-Fragile op vele manieren uit.
Heuristics is slimmer dan Kunstmatige intelligentie omdat men alle tekortkomingen van de menselijk geest vertaald in een Bias (denkfouten) gecompenseerd heeft waardoor men “open” naar de toekomst kan handelen.
Men ontdekte dat de beste Verklaring de slechtste Voorspelling oplevert en de beste voorspelling komt uit het gooien met dobbelstenen ten aanzien van de mogelijkheden van het model.

Anti-fragile is een “hogere” vorm van Veerkracht, die weer een “hogere” vorm is van “Kwetsbaarzijn” (Fragile”).
Een fragiel systeem gaat Kapot onder te grote druk.
Een Veerkrachtig systeem Herstelt zich maar een
Anti-Fragiel systeem wordt “Beter” onder druk.
Combinatie-Genesis
Een ecologie springt onder druk naar een hogere vorm waarin de verschillen zich samenvoegen in een andere Combinatie die wordt omgeven met een symbolische of fysieke Grens.
Ik heb Anti-fragile Design vertaald in Objectief Ontwerpen omdat de “Sprong” niets verandert aan de onderdelen maar wel aan de Volgorde van de onderdelen.
Het is een voorbeeld van een StructuurBehoudendeAfbeelding.
Wat opvalt in het plaatje is dat alles een Organisatie is waardoor de Organisatie-typering van Alan Fiske toepasbaar moet zijn tot op het kleinste niveau maar dat er ook andere van het organiseren onafhankelijke niet-organisatie-principes ontbreken.

Alles is Licht.
Op het plaatje kun je zien dat alles een samenspel van Quanta is wat eigenlijk Licht is.
Licht is een spiralende spiraal
Structure Preserving (SP): de Wijze waarop het Ontwerp wordt gedaan heeft geen invloed op de Uitkomst.
In het Engels wordt het Structure Preserving Design genoemd wat betekent dat de wijze van ontwerpen geen theorie toevoegt aan het ontwerp. Je kunt Heen- en Weer tussen bron en resultaat van de afbeelding
De cycli die in deze blog staan beschreven zijn allemaal SP wat betekent dat ze samen ook onafhankelijk zijn van wat voor theorie dan ook.
Eigenlijk gaan ze over hetzelfde aleen de Namen zijn anders.
Dat komt vaak voor in de wetenschap.
Vaktaal
Experts ontlenen hun deskundigheid aan de vaktaal die ze spreken.
Vierluik
Je kunt de afbeelding natuurlijk wel Interpreteren waardoor je snel kunt zien dat ze uit Vier stappen bestaan die onderling een hele bijzondere relatie hebben.
Tegendelen
Ze zijn namelijk allemaal elkaars tegendeel waardoor het centrum eigenlijk een Lege verzameling is.
Tweedeling
Een vierdeling is eigenlijk een 2x2deling dus eigenlijk een deling van de deling die begon met delen wat inhoudt dat het begon met in zichzelf bewegen want stilstand is het einde van alles.
Ontwerp-Methode
De Ontwerp-Methode is een Fusie van Verschillende Methoden en Theoriën die allemaal passen in een Vierluik omgeven met een Symbolische Grens en een mooie naam.
1 Ecologie Meerdere Organismen:
Panarchie van Buzz Holling: de wijze waarop een ecologie zich ontwikkelt.
Een mens is een ecologie van 1-celligen en neemt deel aan sociale netwerken die ook op een ecologie lijken.
Dit geldt ook voor de overheid die niet snapt dat ze diversiteit moet bevorderen anders wordt de staat extreem kwetsbaar ( fragiel).
2 Mens: Persoonlijkheid:
Archetypes van Carl Jung: de wijze waarop de mens zich ontwikkelt. Het gaat hier om een typering van het geheel van de mens, de persoonlijkheid.
Archetypes vertaalt naar Paths of Change. Mythic (geel): Verbeelding, Unitary (Blauw), Denken, Social (groen), Emoties, Sensory (rood), Lichaam, Sensory-Motor-systeem.
Model Myers Briggs met de Vier Archetypen van Jung gebaseerd op Interpersonal Theory.
2 een 2-combinatie uit het vierluik (Quaternio) van Jung, waarbij Geel N wordt genoemd (Intuitive), Groen F (Feeling), rood S (sensing) en blauw T (thinking)
3 P Observator (Boven de context) of J (In de context) Judging.
3 Sociale Structuren Meerdere Mensen:
Universele Relatie-structuren van Alan Fiske. Alan Fiske ontdekte dat de vier sociale structuren die overal voorkomen een heel bijzondere Symmetrie hebben die past op de Schalen uit de meettheorie.
Die schalen zijn weer door te vertalen naar Geometrieën.
4 Veerkracht
AntiFragility van Nassim Taleb : Hoe bereik je het omgekeerde van Fragiel (Onkwetsbaar).
Een ecologie springt naar een ander nivo als er een calamiteit plaatsvindt. We noemen dat Evolutie.
Voorraad
Eigenlijk wordt de opgebouwde voorraad aan energie ontladen waardoor het totaal weer tijdelijk stabiel is.
Een voorraad wordt na de zomer opgebouwd in de Herfst.
Neuron: Action Potential
Het is dezelfde manier als de neuron in het zenuwstelsel werkt. Daar wordt het het Action Potential genoemd.
Het blijkt dat alle cellen van de mens neurons zijn die samen het bioveld van de mens opbouwen en weer afbreken.
De cycli in China zijn gebaseerd op een magisch vierkant ,de Lo-Shu, die kan worden omgezet naar de Sheng-Cyclus die past op de Acupuntctuur en daarmee de mens.
Lo Shu Magisch Vierkant op de rug van een Schilpad met de 5 in het midden en som 15 (3×5).
Er zijn vier cycli , de Ko, de Wu, de Cheng. en de Sjeng:
In iedere cyclus worden de relaties tussen de Vier plus 1 = 5 elementen anders verdeeld bijv pentagram met
in-en uitgaande pijlen (zoals boven) naar allevijf elementen,
met de klok, tegen de klok en
alleen 1-op-1
In de laatste wordt de “werkelijkheid”, hier het klimaat (zie plaatje beneden) gevolgd.
Met-en Tegen de klok
Bij de archetypen wordt de draai-richting ook als belangrijk gezien waarbij met-de-klok “goed” en tegen de klok “slecht” “wrong” is.
De vier elementen van Aristoteles gerelateerd aan de seizoenen en Paths of Change. Wat opvalt is dat het model klopt.
6 Economische Mens-Cyclus
Kondratiev Cycles: Kondratiev ontdekte een economische cyclus met een periode van 50 jaar.
De cyclus is verdeeld in vier fasen die hij Seizoenen noemt.
Er zijn nog veel meer van zulke cycli die of 5x sneller of 5x langzamer lopen.
Dat gaat door tot bijvoorbeeld de Precessie cyclus die 25.000 jaar duurt.
Alchemie
De fasen van de cycli passen op de archetypen van Jung die uit de Alchemie komen.
Er zijn twee complementaire Universums waarin we afwisselend Overdag en s’Avonds verblijven.
De universums zijn gescheiden door het Vacuum (Aether).
Seizoenen
Alle cyclische modellen zijn terug te voeren op de cyclus van de seizoenen waarbij er vrijwel overal een 5de seizoen voorkomt dat tussen zomer en herfst zit in het midden.
De seizoenen hebben een eigen “gerichtheid“.
Richting
Zo gaat de Winter omhoog (Abstractie) en
de Herfst omlaag (“Depressie),
de Zomervooruit (Actie, Causaal Toekomst) en
de Lente achteruit (Herinnering) .
In het plaatje zijn de tegendelen goed te zien met als opmerking dat een hoek van 90 Graden duidt op onafhankelijkheid.
Toevallige Botsingen:
Als deeltjes zich allemaal toevallig bewegen gedragen zich als :dronkaards” ook wel de beweging van Brown genoemd. De Brownse beweging kom je overal tegen waar er toevallige “botsingen” zijn.

De volgende 7 stappen worden behandeld (druk op het nr en spring er direct heen)
Een context heeft eenGrens die Fysiek (bergen, water,..) of Symbolisch is.
Bepaal de grens en bekijk plaatje 3 (China). De grens beschermt en is wit (Protect).
Welke kleur (blauw, rood, groen,geel,wit) past het beste bij de context?
Bekijk nu het plaatje hierboven over de gerichtheid en kies de Richting. wil je vooruit, achteruit, omhoog of omlaag?
Om de context te vinden moet je met de benen op de Grond gaan staan en een Gezichtspunt zoeken.
Bekijk het plaatje boven en zoek de vraag die je over de context wilt stellen:

Wie? groen, mensen, emoties, het gaat om Betrokkenen,
Wanneer? rood, vermoedelijk gaat het om een gebeurtenis die is waargenomen
Wat? geel-blauw een vraag over een betekenis waar iemand over heeft nagedacht. ->Wie?
Waarom? geel de meest fundamentele vraag. ?Het gaat hier over het be-Doeling
Hoe? Blauw rood, op welke wijze? het gaat over een Proces.
Probeer de Richting te bepalen waarover het gaat in de context.
Maak uiteindelijk een Kort Verhaaltje (“de Beschrijving van de Context)
Vier Oorzaken van Aristoteles
De vier undamentele vragen over een context komen eigenlijk van Aristoteles die weer de leerling was van Plato die weer was opgeleid in Egypte in Heliopolis waar een wereldwijd kenniscentrum was gevestigd gekoppeld aan de zijderoute waar ze ook alles van Atlantis wisten.

2 Kies een Beginpunt:
Er zijn vijf mogelijke belangrijke beginpunten of zelfs 13 als je de 6 verbindingslijnen in Tweeën knipt in het midden.
Het midden is de Observatiepost waarmee je alles kunt overzien als je er op let.
Als we ons beperken tot vier gaat het om:
1 Idee (geel) een idee is een inzicht wat het gevolg is van reflectie over langere periode.
2 Gebeurtenis (rood) soms is dit een Ongeluk of een Natuurverschijnsel of een ~Ramp die een negatieve emotie oproept i.h.a spreekt men over een probleem wat moet worden opgelost wat betekent dat er een analyse of een diagnose moet worden uitgevoerd.
3 Specificatie Plan, Ontwerp (blauw) meestal moet er dan ook iets worden gemaakt.
4 Vraag (groen) i.h.a naar een product of een dienst.
Een emotie (groen) kan zich ook tonen als een Opinie soms gericht op een politicus (blauw) of Trend of waarde.
Als laatste kan het om een Verbetering of een Tekortkoming gaan.

5. Cyclisch Ontwerpen m.b.v. de Seizoenen
1 Lente
Er zijn vijf beginpunten waarbij de Lente als er nog voldoende Voorraad uit de herfst over is een ideaal Begin is mits je in de winter de tijd hebt genomen om te Reflecteren.
Een idee is een essentie en dus niet een min of meer spontane Fusie van twee van elkaar onafhankelijke Concepten.
Idee
Een idee vormt zich door heel veel Look-alikes te zoeken en te onderzoeken.
Zo vond Goethe de Uhrplant en de Morphologie en Adrian Bejan dezelfde vorm in Contructal Theory, een nieuwe interpretatie van de Thermodynamica.
Vier mogelijke Paden
Er zijn vier mogelijke paden die je bijvoorbeeld met de “vier oorzaken van Aristoteles (zie video boven) kunt verkennen.
Hij ging expliciet uit van een (goddelijke?) maker (Agent).
Gemaakte Machines vs Levende Systemen
Volgens de bioloog Robert Rosen kunnen we i.p.v. Gemaakte system bij Levende systemen beter uitgaan van Anticiperende Systemen :
Een Anticiperend Systeem bevat een “bevroren” Model van de Buitenwereld. (Environment) dat m.b.v. “Effectoren” wordt aangepast.
De zomer is een tijd van Actie en Reactie van het Lichaam (Werken)waarbij er Interne en Externe Gebeurtenissen (“geboortes”) plaatsvinden die door de Zin-tuigen worden Waar-genomen (Als “Echt” worden gewaardeerd) . (Waar betekent echt (vrai,verus).).
Een Uit-Vinding kan een Ont-dekking zijn van een bestaand proces of van een nog onbekende Activiteit.
Een Idee, een Waar–geving, is per definitie ooit is Waar–genomen en heeft wellicht in de loop der tijd een andere Vorm aangenomen.
Het kan ook gaan om een andere Combinatie van bestaande onderdelen die ook al combinaties zijn (zie ID cyclus en plaatje 8)
Market Pricing-> Kapitalisme
Als je dit plaatje bekijkt zul je zien dat de Zomer past op de Euclidische Ruimte en zie plaatje 10 en ook op de Alan-Fiske’s Market Pricing, de organisatie die perfect past op wat wij het Kapitalisme noemen.
de Euclidische Ruimte Standaardiseren:
is de ruimte waarin Evenwijdige lijnen elkaar niet Snijden.
Dat komt omdat die ruimte Plat is (2 dimensies).
Daarnaast wordt alles netjes gemeten met een standaard-meetlat (nu de meter).
Standaardiseren hoort bij de Zomer omdat werken in de hitte Zwaar is.
Daardoor wordt alles Makkelijk PassendGemaakt.
Expanderen en Herhalen.
Patronen worden eindeloos herhaald en expanderen in tegensteling tot de winter waar alles krimpt en stilstaat.
Zomer tegendeel Winter
Zomer en winter zijn elkaars tegendeel net als lente en herfst met als groot verschil dat lente en herfst overgangstijden zijn
Ze gaan van krimpen naar expanderen en andersom.
Specialisatie
In de zomer wordt er gespecialiseerd en dat wordt steeds herhaalt.
Productie- en Consumptie.
Kijk ook eens op plaatje 15waar de volledige Productie-en Consumptie-cyclus staat die (weer) een Moebius ring is.
Bloemen-> Reclame en Voortplanting
In de zomer wordt er veel gedaan om de bevruchting te bevorderen.
Bloemen ruiken en kleuren waardoor alle Zintuigen gericht worden op Reproductie waardoor de Geboorte in de Lente kan plaatsvinden.
Geest, Hart en Lichaam
Er zijn twee Cycli die in het Hart zijn gekoppeld, de Cyclus van de Geest (Denken) en die van het Lichaam (Handelen).

Thinking in the Box
Constraints
De Lo-shu (zie boven) is een Magisch Vierkant wat een “constraint ” (beperkingsregel) oplegt aan heGeheel (wit).
In de loop der tijd is gebleken dat dergelijke regels bottum-up worden opgelegd waarbij de originele constraint de som van alle onderdelen is nul gehandhaafd blijft.
Ratio Schaal (Verhoudingen)
Uit de verbanden tussen de seizoenen, Jung en Fiske blijkt dat de Zomer wordt beheerst door de Ratio-schaal (verdelen), de Euclidische geometrie waardoor alles wordt teruggebracht tot een “2d-Platte” ruimte (“een Raamwerk“) kapitalisme. Lengtes (2 punten) en Prijzen. Kijk op plaatje 13.
We zijn bijna weer bij het begin de relatie herfst-winter is de relatie tussen de geest (“denken, verstand) en de emoties.
Hierbij worden de waarden op die nu opgeslagen of opgekropt zijn aangewend om het plan, het model of het beleid aan te passen.
Met de emoties wordt een opinie gegeven die soms erg veel lawaai behelst maar het kan ook een eindeloos woordelijk spel zijn (discussie) om het gelijk wat in deze fase Winter speelt.
Het plaatje beneden laat zien dat de Primaire KrachtenConsumptie (Verlangen, Vuur) en Productie (Controle, Water) elkaar opheffen en worden gevoed uit de Batterij (“de Action Potential”) van de Emoties die permanent wordt gevoed met de Fusie van de Ideeën.
Vijf Elementen
Boven aan de Spiraal staat de Schepper die de spiraal omhoog en omlaag laat draaien, die met de Unieke Behoeften van de consument wordt gevoed.

Abstractie leidt tot concentratie van Macht.
De Abstractie van de abstractie is Automatisering resulteert in de absolute macht van de Technologie.
Technologie krijgt de Absolute Macht
en de meesters van die technologie worden de meesters waarbij de klant/kiezer verslaafd wordt aan die technologie.
De
Spiraal Tegen de Klok: Behoeften-generatie, Vernietigen Schepping
Genereren, van behoeften
Als de spiraal tegen de klok in draait, genereert ze behoeften. Deze behoeften springen op uit het actie-potentieel.
Dit potentieel bestaat uit de verzameling van acties die het lichaam in de loop van zijn ontwikkeling heeft opgebouwd. Als de behoefte wordt vervuld, is het systeem in evenwicht. Als dit niet gebeurt, is het in onbalans.
Analyse, op zoek naar verklaring
Wanneer de behoefte niet is vervuld, voert men een analyse uit naar de oorzaak.
Als men de oorzaak vindt, worden er nieuwe gedragsregels geformuleerd.
Het blijkt dat er een ander reactie-patroon nodig is, om adequaat op de gebeurtenis te kunnen reageren.
Dit reactiepatroon kan men toevoegen aan het actie-potentieel (leren).
Inspiratie, integreren van vele verklaring
Als men veel verklaringen van deelproblemen samenvoegt, kan een moment komen dat men het geheel ziet (inspiratie). Er onstaat een allesomvattend idee (insight).
Transformatie, samenvoegen van vele acties tot nieuw gedrag.
De lente en de herfst zijn overgangstijden en tegengesteld .
De Winter en de Zomer zijn alleen maar tegengesteld.
Samen zijn ze worden ze verklaart door twee veriabelen met uitersten als waarden.
Het model past op de realiteit en op de virtualiteit, wat de geest graag ziet en het idee altijd met zich draagt en uiteindelijk in alle culturen vertaalt in de vier Elementen.

3 China
In China werd Het midden van de viervoudige cyclus in de cyclus zelf opgenomen waardoor er expliciet een mogelijkheid is om deel en geheel te verbinden.
In dit plaatje is de het Magisch vierkant van de Lo Shu verbonden.
Hierbij heb ik de chinese symbolen toegevoegd en een benaming van de relaties die uit Paths-of-Change komt wat de Archetypen van Jung zijn die uit de Alchemie komen.
De laatste jaren ben ik bezig geweest om het falen van de Rechtsstaat te onderzoeken.
Representatie
Ik kwam toen tot de conclusie dat het onmogelijk is om 17.53 miljoenNederlanders te representeren met behulp van 150 mensen.
Ruggespraak
Daarnaast kwam ik tot de conclusie dat een politieke partij eigenlijk een clan is die haar eigen belangen behartigd en dus geen ruggespraak voert met zijn kiezers.
Sociocratie
Vorig jaar (her)ontdekte ik dat Kees Boeke de educatieve adviseur van Koningin Juliana vlak na de 2e wereldoorlog een oplossing van de problemen van voor 1940 had bedacht die nu de naam Sociocratie heeft.
In die tijd kwam het parlement nooit tot een besluit omdat men continue ruzie maakte.
Het concept komt uit de praktijk van de Quakers, een religieus genootschap dat werkte met het concept consent.
Consent
Consent betekent dat een eenmaal genomen besluit niet meer ter discussie staat behalve als het collectief dat wil.
Besluiten worden genomen middels een “Open Dialoog“, een gesprek waarin Iedereen aan het woord komt.
Een dialoog is geen Competitie maar een collectieve inspanning om het eens te worden waarbij het niet noodzakelijk is dat men begint met een duidelijk omschreven doel maar wel met een gevoel dat men tracht te articuleren.
Flow
het gaat er vooral om om de stroom van interacties door te laten gaan waarbij de participanten vanuit hun intuïtie reageren en anderen aan het woord laten door het initiatief door te geven.
Regelkringen
Een sociocratie wordt bestuurd m.b.v. regelkringen.
Het belangrijkste onderdeel van een regelkring is een feedback-loop.
In zo’n loop wordt het systeem aan zichzelf gekoppeld. Het wordt een Cyclus.
Regelkringen kunnen aan regelkringen worden gekoppeld.
Sociocratie lijkt erg veel op de Cybernetica die de laatste eeuw enorm is uitgegroeid en nu Complexiteits Wetenschap wordt genoemd.
De Rechtsstaat is een Ecologie
Naar aanleiding van een toespraak van de Franse filosoof Bruno Latour bij de WRR ontdekte ik dat de rechtsstaat eigenlijk een Ecologie is.
Dat maakt het mogelijk om Panarchie toe te passen.
Panarchie is een toepassing van de complexiteit-wetenschap op een ecologie en daarmee is het eigenlijk een enorme verbetering van de sociocratie en daarmee de democratie.
Die verbetering heeft te maken met de aandacht voor de stabiliteit van het totale systeem.
Teveel Regelen
Dat kan plotseling instabiel worden omdat men het juist te goed heeft geregeld (Conservation, “blauw“)..
De signalen dat er een instabiele situatie zit aan te komen zijn heel duidelijk maar worden vaak genegeerd omdat alles juist erg goed gaat.
De Calamiteit komt dan ook voor velen “uit de lucht vallen” en roept schrikgedrag op waardoor het probleem alleen maar groter wordt.
Kijk maar naar de Corona-crisis en nu de Oekraïne-crisis waar men druk bezig is om het conflict te vergroten met kans op een wereldoorlog met gebruik van vele extreem gevaarlijke chemische-kern-wapens.
Balans
Panarchie leert dat je vier Variabelen in evenwicht moet houden namelijk Bestuur, Creativiteit, Sociaal en Bedrijvigheid.
De Samenleving waardeert het Bedrijfsleven
In een echte democratie bepaalt het Volk (sociaal) wat er wordt gedaan met de producten van de bedrijven en geeft de mening over
aan de overheid die leiding aan een diversiteit van mensen die anders kunnen denken en bereid zijn om te gaan experimenteren.
Creatieve mensen Verbeteren het Product
Hierdoor krijgt de kunst een plek in de maatschappij als drager van de Vernieuwing.
Het Staatshoofd bewaakt de Samenhang
Vanuit het Kruis van de verbindingslijnen tussen de vier variabelen kunnen alle invloeden in de gaten worden gehouden
Dat vraagt om een rol die boven de partijen staat.
Vreemd genoeg was dit juist de taak van de koning of een President die we in Nederland aan de zijlijn hebben gezet ten gunste van het parlement dat vrijwel nooit een dialoog voert.
Het probleem dat Kees Boeke in 1945 benoemde is er na 80 jaar nog steeds.
Dat komt omdat men het concept competitie heeft ingebakken in een vast systeem.

Spring and Elasticity
A Resilient system looks like a Spring connected to a weight.
The spring has a certain Elasticity and will break when it is used too often.
The four Points of View of Paths of Change projected on the Seasons with the fifth seasons, Indian Summer“, in the center.
A Resilient System always returns to its Set Point with a predictable path described by stages that contain the four Points-of-View of Poc called the Kubler Ross Transition Curve.
The curve is really a Cycle described by Path of Change.
The Set Point lies in the Center and represents the Earth going through the Five stages, where the fifth stage is calledIndian Summer.
The Emergence of of the I/D-cycle
Humans are Conscious Self Reproducing Fusing Ecologies that are composed of 1-cellular Organisms and are part of bigger social Ecologies we call a City or a Country.
The one-cellular organisms get their energy out of the Vacuumthat contains clusters of the many specializations of Light (Quarks) made out of Matter and anti-Matter.
Fuse and Specialize
The ecologies take part in the Sequenceof Origins also called the I/D Cycle (Integration, Diversification) that shows the same Pattern of Fusing and Specializing or Compression and Expansion from the Beginning of the Universe.
In Every new step the many Combinations of a previous Infrastructure fuse into a new Infrastructure with a Boundary with a new Name.
The “Fusions” are Social Structures projected on our Outside by the inside Imagination on Reality.

The new system that appears after every step is Constraint driven and is created out of the Potential that is builded up by abundant Resources in the old level.

Mirror Universe
When you keep on compressing you reach the singularity and the Planck Scale, a tiny black hole (Point, Bindu) that connect to a tiny white hole that connects with our Mirror universe.
A Theory is a 1-to-1 Mapping or Morphism between NumbersPerceived by the Senses and and other numbers described by Rules (Algorithms) often related to the Mind.

The only thing you have to do is fill the Variable in the Beginning and turn the Wheel of Adventure where all the Four Points in the square are Opponents.
When you connect the points in the outside ring in rising order the Cycle of Saturn (Father Time) appears.
They share the same Number (5) in the Center making the square a Magic Square called the Lo Shu you can find on the back of a Turtle meaning the Constellation of of Orion.
This means that the proces of design does not contain an implicit theory of the designer.
This happens often because it is very difficult to become independent from your Personality, your Education or the Social group you are part of.

This part contains the following steps:
1 Select the Context and Analyze the context
2 Select a Path of Change advice: Choose a Quaternion
3 Select a Starting Point you can start with a model (“specification”), a Process, a Social network (including a UID(“Universe of Discourse) or an Idea.
advice Start with an Idea watch out an idea is not an impulse.
It takes many years of search and reflection to find the proof of an idea.
An idea is a concept that belongs to the Point of View of the Imagination (not Fantasy) also related to Spring in the Cycle of the Seasons.
4 If you want to start with this step you have to find and Search for Unique “Objects” in the context.
Objects can be organisms (including Humans) but also Physical objects (“Houses”).
In the example about a model of Sports it took many years to find out what types of games people play and how they play.
This lead to Names and rules (Instructions) how to play the game. Rules/constraints are often used to define a designbut a simple Hiërarchie also works.
5 Fuse the Unique Objects and Count them. With counting you assign Unique names to the objects.
Choose the Number-System you like. Look at theTrinity.
Fusing could be a Physical proces but it is often a Semantic Process including Instruction or making a Plan.
6 Find a criterium that determinates what > or < means and Order the objects. In the example of the games people reinvented a genral game called the Olympic Games and defned medals to order the players.
If you cannot find a criterium you are certainly operating on a abstraction level that is too high.
Change the Scale.
7 Transform the order into Stages or steps and you have created a production proces
8 Evaluate this result and start an Improve-project if necessary formulate this into an new Idea
(1) Red: You can use the Senses (Eyes). In this case you have to define a Point-of-view and a Scale.
The higher you move the less detail you will see.
Naming Repeating Forms we See
(2) Yellow Imagination : In the context you can recognise Repeating forms you can point to and give a Name.
The names represent different Concepts.
Concepts are Nouns.
Verbs are Actions that connect Names
Nouns are verbs that are suddenly stopped.
Universe of Discourse
The set of concepts that represent a context is called a Universe of Discours (UID).
In this blog you hopefully will understand that humans are saying the same thing in many different ways by creating new concepts that are fused with other concepts creating new theories that are so complex that only Experts understand them.
The Higher the Scale the more Looks the Same
(3)BlueModels: A set of Concepts seen from a scale (much) higher than the Point of View is called a Map.
Networks
(4) Green: Houses shield Humans. A set of houses is called a neighbourhood. A Neighbourhood is an example of a Social Network.
Humans show their appreciation with their Emotions. When they are far from their “house” some of them become Homesick.
Center
(5) (White): the Cross of the lines in the middle of the six connections between the Points of View we call the Centre.
Production &- Consumption Cycle
In this picture you can see the actions that connect the Points of View with the point of view of a human in the Center.
A human in the center is described with the Fivefold model of InterPersonal Theory. There are four types of Social Networks (with a center) .
The four networks are connected with-and against the Clock by the Production and the Consumption cycle.
A Community of Practice expands in four different types of Companies.
A community of Interest is a Small World. They contain the people with Wisdom and Vision, Will McWhinney called Mythics.
A community of Affinity is a Family or a Clan. Political Parties are Clans.
A community of Knowledge could be a University when the Knowlegde was obtained by Experiment and Verification.

The word Context is derived from the Latin word con-textere which means Weaving (Textere) together (Con).
A Context is Something that Surrounds Something Else, Puts Something on its Place or Relates Something to Something Else that has a stronger Foundation.
Other words that are part of the same Family are Frame of Reference, Setting, Environment, Background, Situation, Ambience, Circumstances, Fabric and Framework.
A context is a SpaceTime ( a Chronotope) with a Boundary. or a Frame being a Square that contains Points of View or a Square that contains Squares.
Standardized Questions
You can a ask standardised questions like Who, Where, When, Why and How to describe the context.or a Map.
The SecondStep is is the Choice between a Cycle (A->A)and or a Line–Interval, A->B.
Resilience: B<-A->B
PoC advises you to choose a quaternion, a Four-fold cycle, for the reason that nothing will change because of the Third Force of the center Resilience that controls Expansion and Contraction.
The interesting point is that almost every way you chose is connected to a specific Theory of Changeso you can also use your favourite approach.
Meta-Practice
That is why Will McWhinney called Paths of Change a Meta-Practise.
There are six possible Lines and many more possible cycles including a 2-step cycle and many ways to Rotate.
Step 3: Where do I Start?
You can start with an Observation, a Model, a Motive, an Idea, a Vision or an Insight.
An idea is not something that pops up.
It is often a result of many Connected Cycles taking a long time.
It took Wolfgang Goethe a long time before he found the Uhrplant and it took a lot longer before his ideas about Morphology became reality.
What is an Idea?
An Idea is a Pulse that comes out of the Action Potential of the Emotions triggered by an Insight or Epiphany (Eureka-effect).
An Idea is a “product of the Imagination, something we See when we look Inside (Insight).
According to Plato an Idea is an Essential part of Reality.
Fuse Ideas into a Perfect Model
Ideas become essential by collecting a lot of look-a-likes and Fuse them into the Perfect model.
A Fuse is difficult to Split
When a fuse produces the energy of the Light of Creation it is difficult to split just like matter and anti-matter.
They can be found by looking and confronting the observations of our Reality not with a Prejudice but with an already acquired Insight (Wisdom).
The Tension between In-Sight and Out-Sight can be found in an Inventor.
Invent:Looking for a Proof
Invent is the result of “Looking for Something” you already know it Exists.
Abstract concepts(Models) are not Ideas.
This can be checked by Imagining the Concept.
Abstract concepts have no image.
An Architect connects Vision and Model by making a Design (designare = draw).
Games
2-combinations of Worldviews are called Games.
Six Archetypes
Games are controlled by an Archetypal Role in our case the Architect but we can also play the game of Inventing starting with Perceiving or the game of the Visionary or the game of the Market of the Entrepreneur.
A 2-combination of worldviews is called a Game.
There are Six games and much more Paths of Change when we combine the games into a Cycle.
A Cycle can move with- and against the Clock.

In the middle of the cross of the square we find the empty set because the worldviews are Opponents.

There are two “worlds” that are isolated. In the world of Ideas the Sun of theRatio shines and everything is Perfect. In this world all the particulars have just one Inversal. The universal of all of the ideas is the Good.We live in a Cave and see the shadows of the Ideas being the particulars.
Four States and a Center
In a Fourfold cycle there are four states to start with.
These states can be classified by the four Archetypes of Jung being the Classical Elements air, fire, earth, and water that can be replaced by the Four Seasons with the Earth in the center.
In the picture below you can see a pattern that moves with the seasons and contains four “Games” and two “games” that Bridge (jump over) and two “games” that go against the flow.
Improve uses the Store created in Autumn that has a certain Value.
Make uses the Energy in summer to Expand.
Design moves against the Flow because Winter is an Authoritarian season or start a Revolution
Winter does not accept Opposition so
Accept or Revolt
or take a Shortcut and
Invent or Improve
Thats why you have to use a short-cut and use the path of Inventing or let your Idea value in a Brainstorm and Improve the context.
As you can see it is not difficult to Play with the model because it refers to our Reality.
Wood/Spring (Yellow) : a period of Growth, which generates abundant vitality, movement and wind.
Fire/Summer (Red) : a period of swelling, flowering, expanding with heat.
Metal/Autumn (?Green) : a period of harvesting, collecting and dryness.
Water/Winter (Blue) : a period of retreat, stillness, contracting and coolness.
Spring
Spring is the “Creative” “Artistic” step in the Cycle.
Spring starts a proces of Growth, which generates abundant Vitality,Movement and Wind.
This means that you have wait for the end of the autumn at the fifth season Indian summer and take the shortcut through the cross of the center.
Seeds are eaten or planted in the Winter or Spring, Grow in the Summer and are Harvested and Stored in the Autumn.
Abstraction -> Essence
Abstract means “drag away by force meaning “splitting” and taking something out, making it more Simple, Compress,
To take the bean out of the pod you sometimes have Break the whole to get it out.
If the idea is articulated in words, words are deleted if the idea is a picture connections are deleted, an “abstraction of a line is two points connected.
The ultimate abstraction is a Point and one Word (a State, for instance Darkness or Emptiness).

In the Beginning: Movement
The opposite proces of Expanding is complicated when the starting point does not contain a proces or the process was there before the Beginning (“Movement).
Deleting a point or the same word becomes adding a point or the same word.
Most people are not aware that many diffrent words have the same meaning.

Blue, Cold, Winter, Red, Hot, Summer, in Between Spring (Yellow), Autumn )Green).
The same Development Cycle but with different concepts.
Producer and Consumer are part of the Production and Consumption Cycle.
They are fed with the Energy of Creation (Idea) hat comes from Spirit.
The idea becomes a Seed in the Production Cycle.
The energy is Stored (Autumn, Green) in the Emotions (Action Potential)
Production and Consumption have to be Voided which means that their Sum is Zero.
A PoC-cycle based on the Business Cycle that uses the Chinese Sheng Cycle where the Cross in the middle (White) is part of the cycle creating a Pentangle in the Middle.
A Pentangle is a Fractal.
A fourfold cycle in which 2 stage of Contracton (Winter) is combined with two stages of Expansion (Summer).

Production/Consumption Cycle as an Expansion of the Human in the center
An ecology contains many layers of cycles.
A Context is also a potential Expanding or Compressing system where the parts are described by a pdifferent Point-of-view.
They can move in four diffrent direction or dependent on the Resilience of the whole that wants to stay the same.

In a Design we move from the Visual to the Semantic making use of Words (Blends) or Schema’s, a Pattern of thought or behavior that organizes categories of information and the relationships among them.
When you observe the distinct unique objects the only thing yo can do is Count them using a unity, give a name to the numbers and put them in different orders (permutations).
Long Horn Medicine Wheel: Every Unique Stone has a unique Place (Angle) in the Circle and a unique Meaning.
Rhe Medicine wheel is the oldest cycle in history.
As you can see the Moebius Ring is, the model of Light is in the center.
The four corners are controlled by the animals with unique characteristics like the Eagle.
The four animals come back in many beliefsystems including Christianity.
Beauty of the Whole
When you observe them as a whole you could experience different types of emotions sometimes related to the concept of Beauty.

When you have put all the different unique objects in the Chronotope it is possible to assign different quantative values (an amount) and give this amount a name to the object and create a ranking.

This step was called the Waterbearer. It ends the Age of the Fish, the time of good and bad (?Dualism).
Mikhael Bahktin predicted this Transformation too in his work he wrote in the Gulag Archipel of Stalin.

In the semantics I explore the same trinity now called a bisocation or a Conceptual blend.
A Suare is a combination of two Triangles and contains six lines.

Carl Jung discovered that the old “mystical” theories are based on squares (quadrangle)he called a Quaternio.
Point of View
a Point-of-View is dependent on the Scale and the tpe of Space you live in.
In non-euclidian space everything is Curved.

In our Euclidian space we always look through a Rectangular Frame.
Preserving Structure
The new approach is based on Structure Preserving Maps that were found when the Anthropologist Alan Fiske discovered that the Types of Relationships he found worldwide in every culture were compatible with the Scales of Measurement.
If it is an insight it could be a result of an outsight.
In this case you have moved from the summer the time of looking to the autumn, the time of taking store to the winter the time of reflection coming out of hybernation in Spring.
Put the difference in a whole and count them.
give a name to the numbers and a assign an amount to the unique differences.
Order (Sort) the amounts.
Beauty
Unique objects can be permutated where a certain permutation could give the emotion of Beauty.

This blog started as a course in a new type of design based on many earlier blogs.
I called it Anti-fragile Design.
When I started to explain the essence of the long sequence of blogs I discovered that Resilience is the main reason that new designs fail.
They fail for the simple reason that the “old” always comes back.
This is also the Quintessence of Alchemy.
The concept Antifragility was invented to beat Resilience and Resilience is the foundation of Panarchy, a theory about Ecologies.
Ecologies make a jump to a “Higher” level with a different Rythm but the Meta-pattern behind the jumps is not changed.
The universe is repeating its repeatings all the time.

it is possible to write a program that makes it possible to generate specialized DNA that generates a specialized organism but that leaves the question open how many organisms are coordinated and how they are coordinated by the coordinator?
Organisms are a cooperation of billions of 1-cellular organisms.
Dna can be used to store a lot of information in a Very Small volume.
DNA is not the carrier of All the data of the organism.
Cell, Organism, Swarm, Ecosystem

He proved that the DNA determinates the hardware but not the software of the organism.
Biofield
The software is a Bioelectric field created by the electric-field of the organisms.
The Electro-Magnetic Field determinates the Shape or the Bodyplan of the Organism.
The smaller we go the more intelligent becomes the organism.
Single cell organisms have no brain but act like they have a brain.
Single cells are able to unite in many different highly adaptive organisms.
If we apply this model to the humans we have to unite to become adaptive on a higher level (Earth, Solar System, etc).

Millions of independent organisms without a nervoussystem don’t need DNA to coordinate their behavior.
They do that bySwarmingjust like Birds and Fire-Flys do.

The history shows a highly Dynamical Ecosystem where Issues come and go mostly because of Hypes.
The IT-community is Swarming just like the organisms do.
In the end “old” issues like Modularity and Communality vs Variability come back.

Microservices are part of a general trend to compress software and hardware.
In the end the compressed machines reach the smallest Planck-level in which Quantum-mechanics is dominant.
Heterogenoeus Computing
Hardware becomes programmable blurring the distinction between both fields.
Hardware/software can also be Specialized because of specific demands like very Big data and very Good Performance or specialized Algorithms that come out of AI.
It is also possible to Make or Buy an FPGA: a Field Programmable Gate Arrays or an ASIC, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit.

The containers are evaluated by what i call a Servant.

The Six parts are 2-combinations of Four parts coloured Red (Action), Green (Values, Emotion, Yellow Imagination) and Blue (Control).
A Flow system with a general User Interface (Yellow/Green) that uses Containers that contain data and software that visit specilized machines (Servant) with a Warehouse that contains reusable Appliances (Red, Action).
Hardware has become software and is using Itself to Execute its programs.

RISC means Reduced Instruction Set Computer.

Semiconductor Strategy
Semiconducters are “essential” parts of computers for such a long time that nobody believes there were alternatives that never made it until now the world became Multi-Polar and the Cold War that was never stopped came back.
At ABN and ABN AMRO i was responsible for the software development cycle.
From the start of automation in the sixties ABN and AMRO used a dictionary controlled development proces.
A Dictionary later called a Repository is a specialize database that contains the Meta-model of the development cycle and a proces model that moves software to the Implematation Architecture that contains the hardware and the network.

We now start to define a new Computer Architecture based on very different Points-of-view coming from different area’s of Science.

The Binary pattern (Order, not order) was called Yin and Yang in ancient china. The I Ting (an book of oracles) consist of 64 posibilities.
The 2**N possibilities can be visualised by the Triangle of Pascal or a Spiraling Spiral.
This spiraling pattern is also produced by the Octionons a combination of Quaternions that are combinations of Complex numbers.

In this picture you see the terminology of Panarchy you can see above mapped in a Path of Change model (Colors) connected to the model of Alan Fiske and the model of Interpersonal theory related by the theory of Scales of Mesurement and related Geometries.
This reference model was initially created byPeter Rowlands by rewriting the Formulas of Physics.
He found an Adaptive Machine that is rewriting its own Operating system and its apllication software based on a constraint that makes sure that the universe is always in Balance.
So no Big Bang but an Eternal Being.

Every Change Sums to Zero.
When the sums are not zero the “software” is changed to get back to zero.
The universe is based on “software” that rewrites itself to stay zero.
Hardware is put into a chip with variableinstruction sets.
Virtual Virtual Machines
Computer software is put into a Virtual Machine that makes it possible to simulate a computer on a computer.
The end of this proces is of abstraction minimal hardware is put into a minimal chip with a variable outside (User interface) that is connected to the Senses.
I was responsible for the software development cycle of a very big bank.
Repository
This proces was from the beginning supported by a Dictionary later called a Repository.
Metamodel
A repository is a specialized database that contains specialized software with a specialized User Interface that automates the development proces as nuch as possible.
It constains a generator that generates software that operates on the hardware and network.
Life started as an Autocatalytic system that was controlled by a constraint that triggers an opposite(inhibitor) proces that prohibits growing too fast.
In our body the same happens and even in our culture we use inhibitors to stop growing.
Strangely enough this inhibitor we call “creativity”. Creativity stops the dominance of the old.
Not the DNA but the Bio-electric field mostly created by a collective of 1-cellular organisms determinates sthe Shape and contains the Memory of the organism.

Later I discovered that PoC is a Quaternion., a theory of Carl Jung he took out of Alchemy.
Jung learnt a lot from Wolfgang Pauli one of the the creators of Quantum Mechanics.
The same cycle used in Interpersonal theory based on ?Yin/Yang, Female/Mal, Agency/Communion, is put into a Mobius -Cycle (8) meaning two cycles with an opposite Rotation (Chakra) that meet in the Heart.
