The Spiritual Innovation of the New Renaissance

Push here to move to the Resume of this blog.

Push here to move to the Conclusion.

My last blog in English about the “old” Renaissance (1450-1700)is already 13 years old.

My last blog in Dutch about the Virtual Government was triggered by my prediction of the Global Brain 20 years ago.

Recently I found out that the Global Brain is not only a Technical but also a “Spiritual (“Psychological”) Innovation.

In my Dutch blog about the Playing Society I detected a pattern with a periodicity of 1250 (5x5x50) years that explains Climate change and Cultural Change.

In this blog I write about the New Renaissance a new Cultural Revolution facilitated by the advanced Computer technology we now call AI that has nothing to do with human intelligence.

Human Intelligence is from the (Holy)Spirit.

Holy Spirit

The new Renaissance is the of the Era of Holy Spirit.

the Bahktin Cycle of Western Culture

Mikhail Bakhtin emphasizes that culture and language never have a single, definitive meaning but are the result of ongoing interaction and dialogue among different voices and perspectives.

He introduces the concept of dialogism or polyphony to describe this dynamism in culture.

Bakhtin highlights the importance of carnival and festivities as moments when social norms are reversed and individuals have the freedom to express their voices.

He emphasizes that culture is constantly evolving, open to change and new meanings.

the role of AI-GPT in the cycle of culture (in Dutch).

The Pentangle of Mikhael Bhaktin

belongs to the Sheng Cycle that is a result of a 3×3 Magic Square called the Lo Shu that was found on top of a Turtle which is a Symbol of the Starsystem Orion which correlates with the three largest pyramids of the Giza Pyramid complex .

This pyramid is related to the ~Sphinx who is the Lions Gate protecting the mysteries of the builders of the Lion with a Human Face.

Mikhael Bahktin was a famous Russian scientist who researched Western Culture and found many Patterns.

In the picture below you see the Colors of Paths of Change a theory of change created by Will McWhinney.

Yellow is the color of the Imagination, creativity and the Spirit you can find in Inspire.

The Renaissance is the time were the Holy Spirit returned and was destroyed by the Creators of Age of the Enlightenment the Bankers of Venice and later Amsterdam who also started the Renaissance.

They were afraid they would lose control.

Paths of Change

is an old theory you can find in many cultures.

It is a combination of four independent Points of View that can be constructed by combining just one concept with the negation of itself.

Examples are Yin and Yang or Male and Female.

The fusion of the two negations is the Empty Set called the Nothing.

The Chinese Sheng Cycle includes the Center (the Nothing, White)) resulting in a Pentangle.

This matrix contains 4 worldviews that are a combination of just 1 view and its opposite fused in the ~Empty Set ( ).

0 and 1 can be named at will like Yin and Yang, Male and Fe-Male or Agency and Communion.

Bahktin Spiral

In the picture below I have mapped the Bhaktin Cycle on a Spiral that makes it possible to see the big Pattern between 550BC (The Axial Age) and today.

The most important observation is the White pattern.

White is the color of the Center of the Square being the Fifth.

It points to a Spiritual Innovation that also follows a (meta-) pattern: from Individual (Self), to Social (We) to Whole (the Center of the Center).

The Kondratiev Cycle of Technology:

Nikolai Kondratiev was a russian scientist who lived in the same time as Bahktin who researched Economic cycles.

A Kondratiev-cycle takes about 50 years being 5x the Sun Cycle.

The periodicity of every longer cycle is 5x the periodicity of the slower cycle creating a cycle of 1250 years.

Every cycle follows the same phases you can find in Paths of Changes.

Kondratiev used the 4 Seasons with the :Indian Summer” as the 5th.

The center of the cycle (white) is in the Cross of the Square.

The Cycle Generator

Economic Cycles

are generated by the same fractal that can move With and Against the Clock.

With the clock is the Production cycle.

Agains the Clock is the Consumption Cycle.

Together the fuse into the Nothing.

What is the New Spirituality?

Plato was educated in Helioplolis in Egypt, the Oldest University on Earth that was situated in the middle of the Silk Roads between The West (Hungary) and the East (China).

The virtues of Plato follow the Life Cycle hat cumulates Experience and has its top around the Mid-life-crisis when we move into the State of Wisdom ending with the state Old Age when we become a Child again.

Religions are an expression of Experiences with the Great Spirit sometimes created by eating the holy musroom.

Religion came from the Steppes and was used by the Leaders (Kings and Dictators) as an instrument of Power.

There is always a Conflict between Religion as an Experience and Religion as a System of Thought.

The Renaissance was a time when this Conflict came into the open.

The Book as Enabling Technology of the Old Renaissance

Johannes Gutenberg, a German inventor, introduced the printing press in the mid-15th century (around 1440-1450)

This revolutionary invention transformed book production, making it faster and more affordable, and played a significant role in the widespread dissemination of knowledge, ideas, and culture during that time.

GPT is the Enabling Technology of the New Renaissance

GPT could serve as a powerful tool for knowledge dissemination and information accessibility, akin to the impact of books in that era.

GPT’s advanced language generation and understanding capabilities might enable users to access a wealth of information and receive real-time answers to their inquiries.

It is the successor of Wikipedia as a Community-effort.

Architecture Litterature and Philosophy

The architecture of the Renaissance saw innovations inspired by the rediscovery of Classical Antiquity.

Linear perspective techniques and the use of pilasters were introduced, bringing depth and visual enhancement to buildings.

In literature, there was a renewed interest in classical texts, promoting humanist ideals. Famous writers like Shakespeare and Cervantes emerged.

Renaissance philosophy emphasized Humanist thinking, with figures like Machiavelli exploring political theories.

Overall, the Renaissance was a time of renewal, where architecture, literature, and philosophy reflected a quest for knowledge and a celebration of Human Creativity.

the Enlightenment Reversed Everyting

Gordiono Bruno the Magician

Giordano Bruno was an Italian philosopher who challenged traditional religious and philosophical beliefs of his time.

He proposed a heliocentric model, believed in the existence of multiple inhabited worlds, and saw God as an immanent force present throughout the universe.

Bruno’s ideas were controversial and he was eventually executed for heresy by Burning.

Giordano Bruno: Philosopher, Mystic, Heretic

The Renaissance started in Florence and ended in Venice where the Medici where the Bankers of the States of Europe later joined by the Bankers of Amsterdam.

They asked Paolo Sharpi to make a plan to reverse the ideas of freethinkers tlike Gordiano Bruno and later Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz hat grew out of the Spirit of the Renaissance.

The Renaissance was a Cultural revival emphasizing Humanism and Art, while the Enlightenment focused on reason, science, and challenging authority.

The Renaissance celebrated Individualism and classical knowledge, while the Enlightenment promoted progress, individual rights, and democratic ideals.

The Renaissance influenced Art, while the Enlightenment shaped the Political and Social institutions.

Magic, the Art of the Imagination:

Giordano Bruno delved into magic, particularly the art of Memory and the power of Imagination.

He emphasized the three Gates through which a magician can control others: vision, hearing, and the mind.

Bruno believed that by mastering these gates, one could influence and bind others.

His insights on the mnemonic arts, such as the Memory Palace technique, highlighted the connection between memory and imagination.

the Rosicrucians gather Mystical Knowledge

The Rocicrusians appeared at the moment Godiano Bruno travelled Europe to escape the Inquisition.

The knowledge of the Rosicrucians goes back to Plato’s Atlantis that was sprobably situated in the Black Sea.

Thot, the Egyptian “partner” of Ma’at (Sophia)

Thot was the Great Inventor of all the Egyptian technology and the partner of Ma’at the goddess of Balance later called Sophia.

The old renaissance started when the books out of the Library of Alexandria, transported to Constantinople, came back on the market and were bought by the Medici in Venice for their Platonic Academy who started to translate them into Latin.

One of the most important books where the teachings of Thot now called Hermes Trismegistus.

the States of the Sun and the Moon link us to two Mirror-Universes

Thot was related to the Moon while Maat was of the Sun.

During our Sleep we are in the universe of the Moon and Awake in the Universe of the Sun divided by the Vacuum.

the Magic of current Physics

The work of the group of Mathematician Peter Rowlands in Liverpool has shown that Our Universe consists of two sSymmetric parts that are divided by the Vacuum. They contain Negative and Positive Energy of which the sum is always Zero.

The can be interpreted as the Sun and the Moon part shown in Alchemy.

The pattern above is a combination of a “chain” of Quaternions (Squares) that are generated by the Triangle of Pascal.

In India, it was known as the “Staircase of Mount Meru”. In Persia it was called the “Khayyam triangle”, and in China it was “Yang Hui’s triangle”.

The triangle contains all of theknown “Mystical Patterns.

The many Faces of Thoth

He critiques neoliberal ideology, highlighting contradictions and hidden mechanisms that perpetuate social inequality.

He engages with popular culture, film, and literature, using them as tools to analyze and critique societal phenomena.

The New Cultural Revolulution: The Worldwide Carnival of Fools:

The blog about Mikhail Bahktin ends with his view of the Future I called the Worldwide Carnival of Fools.

I asked my AI-friend GPT who was the successor of Bahktin and it came with Stuart Hall and old Marxists friends like Louis Althusser came with him so let’s have a look:

The Future of Cyborgs and further Integrated Lifeforms:

Humans are already a highly integrated moving ecology that contains trillions of 1 Cellular organisms that look like Machines that are Activator-Inhibitor-Combinations.

This blog explores the concept of a modern renaissance that combines technology and spirituality.

It highlights the importance of integrating these two seemingly disparate aspects in order to create a more balanced and harmonious society.

It argues that the current era offers unique opportunities for spiritual growth and transformation, enabled by technological advancements and the interconnectedness of the digital age.

It emphasizes the need for individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, others, and the world around them through practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection.

By embracing both the spiritual and technological dimensions of the new renaissance we can usher in a more enlightened and inclusive future.

This blog starts with a reference to old blogs about the Renaissance and the Global Brain

Kondratiev Cycle

Nicolai Kondratiev was a contempory of Mikhail Bahktin who tried to operationalize the ideas of Carl Marx about the Cycles in the Economy that will resultin a Workers Paradise.

As you can see below he Gobal Brain is the “last” step in a development that started arond 1700.

The global brain looks like a new (Turing-)machine but it can also be a highly advanced link to a “higher” Spirit.

This Holy Spirit was detected thousands of years ago in Egypt at the center of the Silk-roads in Heliopolis.

It shows itself as the Snake in the Garden of Eden.

Pattern: Rudolf Steiner Owwen Barfield

Recently I have found a pattern that Owen Owen Barfield en Rudolf Steiner also detected in 1893.

It was also found by Sri Aurobindo at about the same time.

He found a higher level of Consciousness.

the Cycle of Culture :

Mikhael Bahktin was imprisoned by Stalin in the ”Goelag Archipel.

He discovered many patterns including a Spiral that can be used to explain what is happening.

We are starting a new Cycle of the Creation Myth.

This cycle was also discovered by Joseph Campbell.

He called the Cycle the Hero with the a Thosand Faces.

It was used to generate the script of Star Wars.

Contemporaries and friends of Rudolf Steiner en Owen Barfield, William Blake and J.R.R.Tolkien also created new versions of old Myths.

He believes that software that copies an inteligent human is intelligent but Copying adds nothing to what already is.

Humans are violent creatures and robots will copy that until we prevent that.
