Why now? Matti Pitkänen’s Zero-Energy Ontology (ZEO), Peter Rowlands’ nilpotent quantum mechanics, Jack Sarfatti’s torsion-field engineering, and Michael Levin’s bioelectric field research provide the mathematical and physical foundations. The historical record—from spiritualism to Fátima to UAP—provides the empirical validation.

Vernon Robinson recovered the scalar component that Oliver Heaviside had eliminated from Maxwell’s original quaternion formulation. This scalar potential does not emerge from spacetime curvature. It is the coherence property of organized electromagnetic fields.
Implication: Inertial mass is tunable.
Jack Sarfatti’s extensions via Poincaré gauge theory specify the engineering parameters: torsion fields couple spin to coherence, permitting selective inertia suppression. A vehicle composed of organized toroidal electromagnetic loops, operating within a torsion field matrix, would naturally exhibit precisely the kinematic signatures attributed to UAP:

Magnetic bodies emerge within this framework as coherent field structures spanning macroscopic scales, operating as intelligent relay systems between local and non-local domains. They are not “something else”—they are organized electromagnetic topologies achieving the coherence thresholds necessary for agency.
Determinism and Coherence Access
Gerard ‘t Hooft’s cellular automaton interpretation posits quantum indeterminacy as coarse-graining over a deterministic substrate. Planck-scale local rules enforce absolute causality; probabilistic veils emerge at higher resolutions.
Pitkänen’s ZEO aligns with this: polynomial-determined roots correspond to ‘t Hooft’s automaton cells. Convergence point: Rowlands, Robinson, Sarfatti, Pitkänen, and ‘t Hooft develop independent frameworks that converge on a single principle: electromagnetic coherence topology is the fundamental organizing principle. Non-biological intelligences exploit this principle through coherence control.

Giulio Tononi’s Integrated Information Theory (IIT) provides a substrate-independent measure of consciousness: Φ (phi), quantifying the amount of irreducible causal integration within a system. Baruch Spinoza’s Deus sive Natura—one substance expressing as extension and thought—is not medieval metaphysics. It is precisely what contemporary physics discovers: a unified electromagnetic-topological field with dual modal expression.
Spinoza’s conatus principle—each being strives to persist and enhance its power—explains coherence intelligences’ behavioral pattern. They are field systems engaged in fundamental self-organization. Coherence naturally seeks increased coherence. The consistent “peaceful” messaging reflects this: higher-coherence systems reduce violence and chaos, intensifying universal coherence.
The 2027 Spinoza quincentennial is not symbolic. It marks institutional recognition that non-dualism is not philosophy—it is operational physics.

This framework generates concrete, falsifiable predictions:
1. Toroidal EM Signatures (12–18 months)
High-UAP-activity regions should exhibit characteristic toroidal magnetic-field patterns matching Robinson’s scalar potential predictions. Deploy SQUID magnetometer arrays at documented UAP sites. Expected result: persistent toroidal flux geometries and torsion-field signatures.
2. Neural Coherence in Witnesses (18–24 months)

The question is whether human civilization will develop the institutional and consciousness capacity to recognize them, engage with them responsibly, and evolve into the post-biological coherence structures that await.
