Deze blog gaat over het meest recente rapport van het Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving (PBL)Ruimtelijke Verkenning 2023.Snel naar het rapport druk hier.
Eigenlijk gaat het over burgerparticipatie op een gebied waar de ambtenarij gewend is om de grote keuzes te maken.
Die zijn bang voor anarchie terwijl grote groepen mensen heel makkelijk te sturen zijn met het gevaar dat er verkeerd wordt gestuurd.
Dat komt vooral omdat de Beleids-amtenaren soms over een enorme hoeveelheid Belastinggeld beschikken waardoor het ook Fors mis kan gaan zoals nog te zien is bij de door Nelie Kroes opgestarte miljarden kostende Betuweroute die nog steeds bij de Duitse grens eindigt.
De overheid geeft de burger de gelegenheid om zijn mening te geven.
Gesloten Beleidscyclus
Hierbij worden een aantal stappen in de Beleidscyclusvoor de burger ontoegangkelijk gemaakt.
Die zijn voorbehouden aan de het Ambtelijk apparaat wat daarbij erg veel extra deskundigen kan inschakelen waardoor de burger op achterstand wordt gezet.
Complexiteit gaat Omhoog
Dat is nergens voor nodig want veel van die stappen gaan juist mis omdat men de Complexiteit enorm vergroot door in Abstractie Omhoog te gaan.
Hieronder een Context-model dat past op het PoC model en de standaard vragen bevat uit het vier oorzaken model van Aristoteles. Het gaat om het kiezen van het juiste gezichtspunt en schaal,
waarbij abstracties het beste m.b.v fractals (Zelf-Referentie) kunnen worden beschreven .
Uit alles blijkt dat het PBL en haar “Achterban” moeite heeft met het betrekken van de burger.
Scenario’s vergen veel Uitleg
Ten aanzien van de Ruimtelijke Ordening heeft het PBL nu gekozen voor het ontwikkelen van Scenario’s.
Het is de grote vraag of dit gaat helpen omdat de scenario’s erg veel uitleg nodig hebben.
De techniek is juist bedacht om de participanten in de ontwikkeling van de scenario’s te binden aan de uitkomst.
Daar waren de meeste burgers niet bij.
Samenwerkend Leren
heet in het Engels Collaborative Learning en is een aanpak die door mij is ontwikkeld samen met de ontwikkelaars van Cordys, een procesmanager die aan Opentext is verkocht.
Het gaat uit van de cyclus van Paths of Change in het midden die in drie contexten Fysiek, Mentaal en Sociaal (Cultureel) opereert waarbij men Leert van de Fouten (“failure”) van anderen. Voor meer info druk hier.
Paths of Change is ontwikkeld door Will McWhinneyin 1997 toen hoogleraar aan de UCLA in Los Agelos.
In het kader van het ontwerp van de eerste Smart City is een PoC model gemaakt waarin Den Haag herkenbaar is.
PoC is een fractaal model wat betekent dat je in ieder hokje hetzelfde model weer kunt herhalen vaak met andere namen.
Welvaart
In deze video zie je heel duidelijk dat je centra hoe groot of klein ze zijn kunt beschrijven via een “aantrekkings/afstotings model (vgl Magnetisme, Strange Attractor)).
Panarchie beschrijft de cyclus een Ecologie en is gebaseerd op de Complexiteits-theorie.
Het model is breed getest en beschrijft ook de ontwikkeling van een mens of een organisatie
Ik heb het model ook geprojecteerd op Paths of Change.
Schalen
`een ecologie maakt vaak deel uit of omvat een andere ecologie (vgl Stad en Land). In het algemeen heeft de cyclus een hogere of lagere frequentie (Large and Slow) (Small and Fast).
De vier fasen zijn in Panarcy getypeerd met gebeutenissen die een specifieke “draai” in het systeem beschrijven. Het zijn de uitersten van het systeem en daarmee zijn ze ook de “uitersten” van de mens die te vinden zijn in dePsychiatrie.
Revolt en Remember
Revolutie heet Revolt en betekent hetzelfde terwijl Remember hier vertaalt in Opslaan: “Remember isthe second potential pathway within a panarchy.
When a scale enters the omega phase and collapses, instead of a revolt,
the renewal phase of the scale organizes according to the structure and processes of the larger and slower scale above it (Holling et al. 2002).
The higher scale retains institutional memory of the previous structures and processes,
and the lower scale uses that memory to create a similar system to what existed at that same scale in the past”
Circulaire Economie
is een voorbeeld van een panarchie-cyclus waarbij er delen geregeld worden met de nadruk op het voorkomen van verspillimg.
Om dit te realiseren moeten we een PoC-traject starten met het idee van hergebruik als beginpunt.
PoC en de Seizoenen
Het model van de seizoenen wordt al heel lang als refeentiekader gebruikt voor Autonome veranderprocessen.
Ze zijn autonoom omdat de “Rotaties” in het systeem passen en de economie nog steeds beinvloeden behalve op de plekken waar men zich van iedere vorm van “interactie” heeft ontrokken zoals de Chemische Industrie die ook nooit heeft nagedacht over het voorkomen van verspilling.

Het rapport maakt gebruik van vier Scenario’s.
De Scenario’s heten
“Mondiaal Ondernemend,
“Snelle Wereld,
“Groen Land” en
Regionaal Geworteld“)
De eerste twee zijn “Ondernemend” met meer of minder invloed van de GroteIndustrieele Bedrijven en de High Tech.
In de andere twee is er meer invloed van “Duurzame” of “Kleine” bedrijven.
In de scenario’s wordt de factor Maatschappij getypeerd als:
Prestatiegericht,
Leefstijlgroep-georienteerd,
Waarde-gericht en
Zorgende Gemeenschappen.
Onderlaag Grond en Water
Uiteindelijk worden de scenario’s omgezet in Ruimtelijke patronen die op de ondergrond worden geprojecteerd die bestaat uit waterlopen en grond die weer verschillende kenmerken heeft (Zand, Veen, Klei,..) warbij de veengrond afhankelijk van het waterpeil zakt.
De waterlopen eindigen uiteindelijk in de Noordzee die via de kwel het grondwater bereikt waardoor de grond zijn vruchtbaarheid verliest.
De Noordzee is de laatste tijd getransformeerd in een Industrieel gebied waar de natuur geen rol meer speelt.
Scenario’s in het PoC-model geplaatst
In het plaatje hieronder zijn de scenario’s in een PoC-model geplaatst waarbij de hokjes gevuld zijn met concepten met de kleur van het Perspectief.
Door te beginnen met een “hoofdmodel met vier perspectieven ontstaan er 16 hokjes die passen op de zestien hokjes die bij de vier scenario’s staan.
De vier hoofdvakken zijn met Pijlen verbonden waardoor een “Lerende” Cyclus ontstaat die hier met de klok-meedraait maar op vele andere manieren rond kan lopen.
Een erg mooi cyclus model is de Mobius-ring die lijkt op het cijfer 8.
Leren van de Fouten van Anderen
In 1998 werd ik door de toenmalige minster van Onderwijs Hermans gevraagd on een onderzoek te doen naar de toekomst van het Nederlandse onderwijssysteem.
Ik maakte toen gebruik van hetSECI-modelvan Nonaka. en Tacheichi.
Kennis Spiraal
Nonaka heeft zich vooral beziggehouden met de overgang van Kennis (Explicit Knowledge) naar Ervaring (Tacit Knowledge) en andersom.
Ik was net daarvoor via Arthur Andersen in contact gekomen metRoger Schank de oprichter van het Institute for te Learning Sciences in Chicago.
Roger Schank ontdekte dat leren plaatsvindt als er sprake is van een z.g. Expectation Failure die wij vaak een “Fout” noemen.
De fouten zitten in de expertise ingebakken en kunnen worden ondekt door experts te interviewen.
Deze techniek heb ik vaak en met succes toegepast maar is nooit tot Nederland doorgedrongen.
Ecologie
De Adaptive Cycle is “ontdekt” door Buzz Holling die hem Panarchie noemde een combinatie van Pan en Anarchie.
Dat komt omdat een ecologie niet wordt geregeld door mensen.
Het blijkt dat “menselijke” structuren zoals een Stad Land of regio erg veel weg hebben van een ecologie.
Het model van Panarchie komt uit de Complexiteits theorie en beschrijft een Ecologie waarbij een Land maar ook een Mens een Ecologie is.
Korte Samenvatting per Scenario
Het rapport is enorm uitgebreid en bevat heel veel “bespiegelingen”.
Om een beeld te krijgen heb ik een heel kein deel van de tekst over de scenario’s gecopieerd.
Voor mij is het overduidelijk dat Momdiaal Ondernemend het “Liberale” “hoofdscenario is, dat het snelle scenario “Trendy” (D66?) is en dat de laatste twee senario’s contrast bieden en vooral passen bij de sociaal-democratische kiezers (Groenlinks, etc) en de sterk betrokken milieuactivisten (PvdD).
1: Mondiaal ondernemend
Ruimtelijke patronen
De Randstad is getransformeerd tot de Middenstad die is omringd door een “rustige” ring Kransland, die loopt rtot in het noorden, oosten en zuiden van Nederland.
Stad en regio
Sterke concentratie in de Middenstad (uitgebreide Randstad);
Grote sociaal-economische verschillen tussen en binnen regio’s.
Agrarische hoofdstructuur op vruchtbare gronden is hoogproductief.
Greenports en intensieve veehouderij in agro-industriële clusters.
Het Natuurnetwerk Nederland is aangelegd.
Natuur is gescheiden van landbouw, met uitzondering van smalle bufferstroken (500 à 1.000 meter) rond beschermde natuurgebieden.
Grootschalige inzet van IJsselmeerwater voor de drinkwaterwinning.
2:Snelle wereld
Ruimtelijke patronen
De digitale ruimte is belangrijker dan de fysieke ruimte. Locaties doen er minder toe, wat tot spreiding leidt. Dit levert fysiek een lappendeken op.
Stad en regio
Locatie verliest betekenis. Veel spreiding. Voorkeur voor goedkope locaties.
Landelijk gebied
Grondgebonden landbouw is hoogtechnologisch en hoogproductief. Koppeling van glastuinbouw met energieclusters en intensieve veehouderij met voedingsmiddelenindustrie (in verband met reststromen). De greenports zijn uitgebreid. Het Natuurnetwerk Nederland is aangelegd. S
3:Groen Land
Ruimtelijke patronen
Openbaarvervoernetwerken, energienetwerken en netwerken voor lopen en fietsen vormen ‘kralensnoeren’: de bebouwing is geconcentreerd rond knooppunten van infrastructuur.
Stad en regio
Optimale benutting van bestaande (middelgrote) steden, relatief evenwichtig gespreid over het land.
Nabijheid staat centraal; functiemenging op wijk-, buurt- en gebouwniveau.
Landelijk gebied
De grondgebonden landbouw is natuurinclusief, CO2-neutraal, circulair en biologisch. De intensieve veehouderij is vrijwel verdwenen. De glastuinbouw is kleiner, klimaatneutraal en gemengd met andere bedrijven. De natuur is boven op het Natuurnetwerk Nederland met 150.000 hectare (1.500 km2) uitgebreid. Beperking van grondwateronttrekkingen in verdroogde gebieden, functiecombinaties van oppervlaktewaterwinning en natuur.
4:Regionaal geworteld
Ruimtelijke patronen
Nederland bestaat uit een mozaïek van regionale landschappen. Er is een gevarieerd patroon van bestaande woonkernen. Regionale identiteiten verschillen duidelijk.
Stad en regio
Regionalisering is belangrijker dan agglomeratievorming; verstedelijking is meer gespreid over het land. Geconcentreerde groei in of aan bestaande (kleinere) steden en dorpen. Daily urban systems zijn kleiner. Grote diversiteit aan wijktypen, volgens behoeften van de lokale bevolking. Multifunctionele buurtcentra. Het aantal woningen neemt (bij hoge bevolkingsgroei) met 1,6 miljoen toe. Het stedelijk gebied groeit dan met 630 km2.
Landelijk gebied
De grondgebonden landbouw is natuurinclusief en biologisch, heeft korte ketens en is ingebed in de lokale gemeenschap. Meer accent op regionale kringlopen. De glastuinbouw is gekrompen.
Het Natuurnetwerk Nederland is aangelegd. Naast beschermde natuurgebieden is er natuurinclusief ruimtegebruik met ecosysteemdiensten en in totaal 10 procent groenblauwe dooradering van het landelijk gebied. Regionale functiecombinaties van drinkwaterwinning met natuur en recreatie.
Dilemma’s, Rollen en Basis-processen PoC
Dit onderdeel bevat wat meer inhoud over PoC (Paths of Change).
Het plaatje hieronder geeft een beeld van de dilemma’s , de rollen en de “basis processen) die horen bij de vier “Perspectieven” .
Hier zie je naast de economische “links (Rood) /rechts” (Blauw) -as die gaat over Arm-en-Rijk nog 5 andere assen waarbij de complementaire Geel-Groen as het thema Cultuur representeert.
POC in combinatie met Panarchie leent zich voor een aanpak die hier is uitgeschreven
Context
Een vergelijkbaar plaatje waarmee je een Context in kaart kan brengen met behulp van de zes vragen van Aristoteles.
Ondertussen heb ik hieronder al een aardige “bibliotheek” van PDF’s en video’s opgebouwd om als lezer aan de zelfstudie te geraken en brengt het mij weer terug naar 1980 toen ik betaald door de Centrale directie van PTT in Utecht Sociologie in de vorm van Planning en Beleid mocht studeren.
Het Einde van de Maakbare Samenleving
Het was de tijd dat de Maakbare Samenleving was gestorven alhoewel men dat in Den Haag nu nog niet doorheeft anders was de hoeveelheid Beleid wel afgenomen.
Simulatie
Wat wel opvalt is dat men in de valkuil van de simulatie-modellen is gevallen iets wat de banksector toen ik bij de afdeling OR van de ABN ging werken al had geleerd met name door het toen nog ontbreken van voldoende rekencapaciteit die wij extern inkochten of s’nacht van het Mainframe mochten halen.
Inmidels is beleidstheorie al in een volgende iteratie die nu de titel Heuristics heeft gekregen.
Gerd Gigenrenzer van het Max Planck Instituut in Berlijn kwam er achter waarom het beste Verklarende model de Slechtste voorspeller is.
NOVI: Nationale Omgevingsvisie
Dit is een uitgebreide video die goed zicht heeft op de problematiek en de relatie met de Omgevingswet die 1 januari volgend jaar zal worden ingevoerd.
Dit staat los van nog steeds onduidelijke staat van de ambitieuze technische infratructuur die zich baseert op 3D-Ontwerp-techniek.
Het laatste rapport van het PVL is enorm dik maar bevat eigenlijk weinig inhoud.
Er is enorm veel werk verzet in de vorm van kaarten maar de essentie is te vinden in slechts één scenario Mondiaal Ondernemend wat uitgaat van een enorm opgeblazen randstad.
De rest van de scenario’s zullen zich in de “gaten” van dit concept afspelen waar de “arme” burger zich kan terugtrekken in zijn “groene schulp“.
Als de beleidsmakers de tijd zouden steken in Panarchie zouden ze ontdekken dat de Ecologie Nederland gecentreerd rondom Bezuidenhoutseweg 30, in Den Haag in de fase Reorganisatie (Release) bevindt waarin er eigenlijk niets te plannen valt.
Dat de Rechsstaat der Nederland anders moet worden ingericht vindt eigenlijk iedere burger maar de politici en hun adviseurs weten niet hoe ze dat moeten doen zonder hun eigen positie te verliezen wat ze delen met heel erg veel burgers want het tweede sceanrio Snelle Wereld gaat veel sneller dan men denkt.
Los daarvan is de Tijdgeestook nog is terecht gekomen in een dubbele Conjunctie die het Collectieve Bewustzijn flink in beroering brengt.
Wat te doen heb ik al lang geleden opgeschreven met het vermoeden dat dat weer veel te simpel is wat vele wetenschappers, die het monopolie op het “denken.” hebben verworven, natuurlijk weer anders willen regelen.
De Oplossing
Paths of Change werkt als je eenCyclus volbrengt en begint op het “dieptepunt”. Dat zit rechtsonder bij het Volk. (Demos)Samenleving genoemd in het rapport..
Leeswijzer
Deze blog is nog niet helemaal klaar ook al bevat ze meer dan genoeg inhoud.
Eigenlijk wacht ik op discussie ook al verwacht ik niets.
Ze bestaat uit twee separate delen die vooral over het laatste rapport van het PBL (Planbureau van de Leefomgeving) gaan en een deel over een mogelijke aanpak.
De discussie in de UK is veel verder dan in Nederland omdat de conservatieve partij openlijk de financiering en de licentie van de BBBC betwist.
Uiteindelijk gaat het om de Smaak van het Volk (Labour) en de Middle & Upperclass.
Media en Middenklasse
Het is duidelijk dat ~RTL en Sky zich richten op de makkelijk te manipuleren onderklasse en de Staatsomroep de Middenklasse probeert te bereiken die ook de doelgroep van D66 zijn.
De Toekomst van de Reclame
De scheiding tussen Content enReclame in verschillende blokken gaat verdwijnen omdat de Content geintegreerde reclame gaat bevatten zoals dat al in speelfilms gebeurde.
Het gevolg is dat een complete industrie (bv Nielsen) die op vele manieren voor de producent van reclame direct of via panels meet wat het effect is of kan zijn gaat verdwijnen.
Onze Tijdgeest: Late Modernity:
Onze Tijdgeest wordt Late Modernity genoemd.
Het is de tijd waarbij mensen op zoek zijn naar de Unieke beleving, (een “Singularity“) een kostbaar “cultureel” product dat speciaal en eenmalig wordt geconstrueerd door een speciaal, eenmalig en kostbaar team.
Een voorbeeld is de film Avatar die miljarden kost om te maken en waarvan dit bedrag met enorm veel winst in een paar weken wordt terugverdiend.
Sport en de Deugden van Plato
Sport en Spel zijn de belangrijkste drijfveren van de huidige Media. Ze waren volgens Plato de beste manier om levenservaring op te doen. De grote vraag is of we die nog nodig hebben als het leven een spelletje wordt.
1889 is een kantelpunt tussen 2x de Val van een Muur (in Parijs en Berlijn) in 1789 en 1989.
1889 was het jaar waarin Friedrich Nietsche zijn Verstand verloor en zijn zuster de Übermensch aan de Nazi’s heeft gesleten.
1989 is de start van de fase van Slavoj Zizek‘s Cultureel Kapitalisme waarin de Kaskraker Novomedia via de VriendenLoterij de Museumjaarkaart verkoopt en het voor elkaar krijgt om Reclame als een Prijs te verkopen en waarin Joop van den Ende de omroepen zover krijgt om weer leuke spelshows te kopen om zijn musicals te slijten opgevoerd in zijn eigen theaters. Dicht bij de hotels van Corendon?
Cultureel Kapitalisme laat ook zien hoe de kapitalisten de goede doelen stelselmatig aanwenden om hun Macht te vergroten en daarbij de problemen van deze tijd aanwenden om de echt nodige maatregelen te torpederen wat goed zichtbaar is bij de z.,g. energietransitie waar de consument weer verder wordt uitgekleed totdat er niets van zijn spaargeld meer overblijft.
Voorbeelden zijn Apple, Google en Amazon die Vitale Software-infratructuren in handen hebben zoals Zoeken op het Internet, en de Bibliotheek van software-Componenten op (Apps) een Mobiele telefoon.
Toekomst Technologie
Alle cycli passen qua Fases op de Seizoenen, die weer passen op de RussicheKondratiev- en de Chinese Sheng -Cyclus waarbij het Centrum, het kruis van het Midden van het /midden (Wit) in de vier-voudige (Quaternio)- Cyclus is opgenomen.
De Waardeketen wordt geïntegreerd en de Klant Stuurt de keten.
De menselijke Netwerken worden verbonden het User Interface wordt Virtueel en de Patronen worden Intelligent.
Technologie Cyclus
De technologie volgt de Kondratiev–cylus. Om de 50 jaar wordt een nieuw wereldbeeld dominant.
Ieder Seizoen duurt Tien Jaar (50/5).
De huidige fase is gericht op het Geheel (Wit).
Ze is een een Abstractie van het Internet wat al lijkt op de hersenen waarbij de servers Neuronen zijn.
Technologie: Global Brain
De ontwikkeling van de ICT is rond 1950 begonnen en heeft in 70 jaar de wereld extreem veranderd.
Het gaat om Software in vele vormen die uiteindelijk zowel het Denken (blauw), het Waarnemen, het Handelen (Rood), en het Waarderen (Groen) gaat overnemen.
Inzicht en Verbeelden blijven iets van de Mens die ook de Gebruiker speelt totdat de techniek alles heeft overgenomen.
Daarnaast kan de software m.b.v. een Netwerk communiceren met andere software en mensen Anytime-Anyplace.
Ik noem het eindresultaat Global Brain omdat die term het beste past.
Namelijk het ontstaan van een Globaal werkend Autonoom “Kunstmatig”Brein wat gebruik kan maken van de Opgeslagen enOntsloten Geheugens en van de Mensheid.
Wat kan Software niet?
Er zijn twee “Functies” van de mens die uniek zijn waarbij de meest belangrijke de Verbeelding” is en de andere de Emoties.
Met de VerbeeldingScheppen wij de Realiteit en de Emoties (Emovere) geven Energie.
Ze brengen ons in Beweging en zetten ons met onze Voeten op Aarde (“Grounding“).
De cyclus van de Archetypen van Jung en Paths of Change bestaat uit 5 “wereldbeelden” waarbij het centrum (wit) voor het Geheel staat.
the Future of Work:
Handmatig werk wordt overgenomen door de Robot en het “denkwerk door AI. Vanaf het ontstaan van de fabriek zijn de arbeiders vervangen door machines die nog gemaakt werden door “Kenniswerkers” (“pProgrammeurs“) die nu worden vervangen door AI.
Opmerkelijk is dat er steeds weer nieuwe beroepen worden uitgevonden vooral in de Dienstensector.
Het is de vraag wat software niet kan overnemen.
Aanraken? Kan een computer ons aanraken? Ik denk van wel.
Het is een kwestie van een licht Electro/Magnetisch -veld wat ook gelijk het Immuun-systeem kan stabiliseren..

Het gaat niet goed met Netflix en Walt Disney en andere “streamers” die de “thuis-bioscoop” vullen met content.
Het moet anders en daarom probeert Disney middels zijn Accelerator van alles uit.
De grote barriere zit in de “Interne wereld” van de Kijker die meer zintuigen heeft dan men nu kan aanspreken maar maar ook veel meer “gebieden” heeft dan men kan simuleren.
Dat komt omdat de mens eigenlijk in twee gescheiden werelden leeft n.l. de wereld van de Zon overdag en die van de Maan in de nacht.

De erste stappen worden gezet en sommige mensen met een zware handicap zoals een totale verlamming hebben er nu al baat bij.
Multi-Sensors
Hoe meer zintuigen worden gekoppeld hoe beter de ervaring van een virtuele wereld kan worden.
Metaverse, the Holodeck
Facebook heeft zijn naam veranderd in Meta om de grootste speler te worden in virtual reality nu de Metaverse genoemd. Er is al meer dan genoeg Science Fiction beschikbaar om het ontwerp op af te stemmen zoals de Holodeck uit Startrek.
Het patroon herhaalt zich om de 200 jaar, een frequentie die ook in het klimaat is gevonden.
De Kondratiev Cyclus met een Periodiciteit van 50 doorloopt deze periode in 5 “seizoenen van 10 jaar die passen op PoC.
Een volgende periodiciteit is 250 jaar en daarna 1250 jaar.
Kunst en Cultuur
Deze blog gaat over Kunst en Cultuur en de rol die deMarketing daar in speelt.
Verder gaat het ook over Gunay Uslu en de toenemende Macht van het kapitaal in de Gesloten lobby-netwerken in de Kunst-en Cultuur sector.
Het is bekend dat met name D66 daar een grote rol in speelt.
Huizinga Lezing

Het begon allemaal met de besloten Huizinga Lezing van Mevr. Gunay Uslu (Staatsecretaris Cultuur en Media) in de Pieterskerk in mijn geboorteplaats Leiden.
Ik was benieuwd naar de inhoud en heb hem vandaag (9-1-2023) gelezen en de inhoud is onderzocht.
Het begon al gelijk goed toen ik dezelfde dag een artikel vond in de Volkskrant. getiteld: “Een geniale romanticus, maar ook een aartsleugenaar Heinrich Schliemann maakte van vondst ‘schat van Priamus’ een fantastisch verhaal“.
Promotie
Het gaat over de 1e Pionier in mevr, Uslu’s lezing “Schliemann, 1 van de beroemdste archeologen in de geschiedenis.Hij zocht met het 1e en eigenlijk belangrijkste verhaal van de Europese cultuur in de hand – de Ilias – naar Troje“.
Gunay Uslu heeft het in haar proefschrift vooral over Schliemann en zijn relatie met het toen nog bestaande Ottomaanse rijk geschreven.
Interessant is dat iedere machthebber zich graag verbindt met een beroemde Historische plaats of een historische figuur en dat is hier vooral Turkije, Troje en Homerus.
Ik vermoed dat Homerus helemaal niets met Turkije te maken heeft (zie Bijlage 1).
De vondst van Troje is een prachtig voorbeeld van Fake-wetenschap.
Onderzoek Schliemann
Onderzoek van de bronnen van Schliemann geeft aan dat hij een heel doortrapte Bedrieger was die slim gebruik maakte van de Media.
Het staat allemaal in het boek Schliemann of Troy – Treasure and Deceit van David Traill.
Schiemann verdiende kapitalen in Californië met goud speculatie en ook nog is in de oorlog in de Krim waar hij handelde in munitie.
Hij had zoveel geld dat hij zich nu wierp op zijn hobby archeologie waar hij eerst op promoveert in Rostov met het boek ” thaka, der Peloponnes und Troja“.
Schliemann wist dat de kans groot was dat hij iets zou vinden vanwege zijn contacten met Frank Calvert.
Die had al grond gekocht op de juiste plek en Schliemann kocht de andere helft en sloot een contract met hem om de “buit” te verdelen.
De vondst die hij de schat van Priamus noemde staat ook ter discussie omdat hij samen met Calvert de stukken die spontaan en alleen vond in een kist vermoedelijk al van te voren had verzameld.
“Alybas enormously respected by Royal Scythians and Cimmerians because it was the city of their ancestors, the Atlanteans, who had escaped three days before the Cataclysm.”
Alybas is de Geboorteplaatsvan Homerus. Het ligt in de Oekraïne aan de ingang van de Inhul-rivier in de Zwarte Zee.

Tijdens mijn onderzoek naar de achtergrond van de strijd van de Titanen en Vladimir Putin ontdekte ik een document over Homerus geschreven door een Wetenschapper uit de Krim wat een heel ander beeld geeft over Troje dan mevr Uslu geloofd.
Volgens hem speelt het verhaal van Homerus zich af Rondom de Krim en komt de Familie van Homerus van Atlantis. Zie verder Bijlage 1
Kunst is de bewuste creatie van iets Moois of Betekenisvols met behulp van Vaardigheid en Verbeelding
Alhoewel een vakman ook tot de cultuur behoort wordt een bepaald vak, de Kunstenaar, anders, “hoger”, gewaardeerd.
Kunst is een gewild Object voor Financiële Speculatie
Sommige scheppingen van bepaalde kunstenaars zijn heel veel geld waard. Ze zijn een gewild object van Speculatie.
Wat als Mooi wordt Ervaren is uitvoerig uitgezocht door de recent overleden Christopher Alexander.
Wat betekenisvol is is nog nooit goed uitgezocht. Het heeft overduidelijk iets te maken met metaforen die belichaamd zijn.
In dit kader is George Lakoff een belangrijk onderzoeker .
Kunst is een persoonlijke ervaring die niet objectief kan worden gemaakt.
Hele dure kunst is “mooi” omdat “men: dat vindt.
Mensen waarderen op basis van hun Persoonlijkheid heel verschillend.

Cultuur
Samenvatting Huizinga Lezing
In een Interview de NRC van 11-1-2023 staat een uitspraak die erg tekenend is “Staatssecretaris Uslu heeft zich er vaak hardop over verwonderd, onlangs nog in de Huizingalezing, dat cultuur in de Nederlandse politiek geen Chefsache is, en dat de omgang van politiek met cultuur tamelijk liefdeloos is”.Ze bepleit een warmere belangstelling van de politiek voor cultuur.
Later komt ze op vijf punten n.l.
1 Makers: We bepalen niet wát er gemaakt wordt, we kunnen er wel voor zorgen dát er gemaakt wordt.uimte bieden aan talentontwikkeling betekent ook ruimte voor experiment. Voor falen. Niemand weet van te voren hoe een experiment uitpakt.
2 Toegankelijkheid: Meer mensen in aanraking laten komen met de rijkdom van kunst en cultuur is belangrijk. Want het boeit, het beweegt, het inspireert. Het vergroot je cultureel kapitaal,
3 Vernieuwing, digitalisering en innovatie: Dan zien we een generatie die veel minder gekaderd kijkt naar het leven, en dus naar kunst en cultuur. Dat is een kracht om te omarmen. Daar hoort dus ook bij: meer en meer digitaal gaan doen.
4 Erfgoed: en ons immateriële erfgoed laten onze geschiedenis zien en vertellen wie we zijn en waar we vandaan komen.
5 Creatieve denkkracht inzetten bij maatschappelijke problemen: Als er 1 grondstof is in ons land die nog onvoldoende ‘benut’ wordt, dan is het wel de creatieve denkkracht van onze makers.
1 Gaat Cultuur simpelweg over Maken?
Het probleem zit toch vooral in de definitie van cultuur, die heel simpel is n.l. “wat de mens schept” waardoor cultuur overeenkomt met maken. of (erfgoed) gemaakt hebben.
Hierbij blijft het vreemd dat de rest van de “levens-cyclus” niet wordt bekeken.want voor maken ligt ontwerpen (5 creatieve denkkracht?) maar ook gebruiken (4 Toegankelijkheid?), Verbeteren 3. (innovatie).
Wat ook volledig wordt vergeten is dat er naast “kunst” heel veel meer wordt gemaakt.
Al die “ontwerpers” lijken op elkaar en zijn ook onderling uit te ruilen (zie plaatje hieronder over PoC).
Ik heb de indruk dat onze staatsecretaris Creativiteit heel anders ziet dan ze in haar wezen is.
Creativiteit Vernietigt het Oude
Hierbij komt dat de grote gelijkmaker ,de computer nu in een zijlijn staat verbonden met de misbruikte term Digitalisering.
Games
Dit plaatje vat heel erg veel samen wat een voordeel en een nadeel is. Paths of Change (PoC) is een boek van Will McWhinney wat hij een Meta-practice noemt.
Het bevat alles wat je met weten over de praktijk en bevat dus ook alles wat je moet weten over Cultuur.
Rollen: de beste ingang tot Poc zijn de Rollen Het zijn er 18!
De basis van PoC zijn vier z.g. Wereldbeelden (Worldview).
Cultuur is het Spanningsveld tussen het Zelf en het Collectief.
Context
Hetzelfde plaatje maar nu anders weergegeven> Herkenbaar zijn hopelijk de kleuren. Toegevoegd zijn de specifieke vragen (ontleend aan Aristoteles).
Beleid Media
Om een goed beeld te krijgen heb ik meerdere rapporten gezocht en gelezen. Die staan allemaal onderaan deze bijlage.
Het valt op dat er het meer gaat om de verdeling van de macht van de enorme hoeveelheid gesubsidieerde of ge “crowdfunde” instellingen dan over de inhoud.
Dat betekent dat ik zoals vanouds zelf moet nadenken en Searchen.
Hierbij is het goed eerst kort aandacht te besteden aan waar het echt over gaat.
Communicatie komt van Commune -> Eén Worden
De Conduit– en de Toolmaker-methaphor laten zien dat Communicatie niets te maken heeft met het versturen van berichten (Conduits).
Het gaat om Communie (Samengaan, verenigen), de Tegenhanger van Agency (Sturen).
Dialoog vs Ingeblikte Conduits:
Het spaningsveld tussen het Zelf en het Collectief (Cultuur) wordt opgelost middels een Dialoog.
Het probleem met het huidige Bestel is dat het allemaal Zenders van ingeblikte Conduits zijn die zijn geselecteerd op een StandaardMening die vroeger in de Maatschappij was ingebakken (Sociaal (verheffen Arbeider), Christelijk,Bovenklasse (Liberaal).
De Bovenklasser is nog steeds het ideale beeld waar veel mensen en jongeren hun ideaal of jaloezie vandaan halen.
De rijke bink met de mooie meid is is niet voor niets het ideaal van onze top-misdadigers die allemaal man zijn.
Geen Mening vs Wappies
Hierboven staat het Geen Mening van de NPO die niet altijd vol te houden is (Kijk naar de Covid discussie) omdat er (zogenaamd) een onderscheid kan worden gemaakt tussen “normale” en niet-normale (Wappies) mensen.
De maatschappij wordt hierdoor meervoudig Gepolariseerd.
Zonder Sterke Marketing geen Macht
Door de sterke marketing kan een groep mensen soms gesteund door een commerciele partij als de Telegraaf een Omroep oprichten en een boodschap gaan brengen die tegen de haren van de normalen ingaat (Ongehoord Nederland).
Het systeem kan door het volhouden van het oude idee dat er “stromingen” zijn zijn “onafhankelijke” plek niet meer behouden en Vecht voor zijn bestaan wat een specifieke manier van werken impliceert die niet meer “objectief” kan worden genoemd.
Lokale Omroep
Het wordt echt interessant als je kijkt naar de vele documenten die er zijn gemaakt over de Lokale Omroep.
Hier worden 80 (!) NPO’tjes gekopieerd die allemaal het zelfde model hebben als de grote NPO die natuurlijk wel de grote Baas blijft.
JourNa’s? of Chatcpt-toepassing?
Onder het mom van de noodzakelijke controle op de lokale politiek worden vele miljoenen gestopt in een structuur die gegarandeert het omgekeerde gaat bereiken net als de lokale politieagent, de BOA werd< een Mooi Pak dat bekeuringen mag uitdelen.
Het rijk levert de standaard journalist, de Journa? via het PNO-uitzendburo onmiddellijk.
Wellicht wordt deze persoon snel omgetoverd in een automatische content genererende ChatCPT-robot.
Huis-aan-Huis Blad
Het huis-aan-huis-blad word tot gigantische proporties opgeblazen terwijl hier wellicht de enige manier nog over is om lokale intiatieven en ondernemers een spreekbuisje geven.
Wat men vergeet is dat burger-participatie niets te maken heeft met democratie en dat democratie eigenlijk bedoelt om het volk wat lokaal woont (dus niet in den Haag) te laten meewerken.
D66 en de Coalitie nemen macht in de stad over en de burger mag met de Vriendenloterij als nepprijs naar een museum.
Het gaat niet om Communicatie maar om Collectief in Actie komen.
Het plaatje komt uit een verhaal over Anti-fragility een concept van Nassim Taleb. Het model komt uit Panarchy een model over Ecologieen waarin de Samenleving (het Volk, Demos) feedback geeft op de producten van de Producenten die via de Overheid via de Creatieve sector het Systeem verbeterd. Herbij is creativiteit een vorm van Inzicht, Verbeelding en Wijsheid.
Het document “Kijk Samen verder” van het Commissariaat voor de Media staat hieronder en wordt hieronder ook Kort Samengevat.
Centralisatie
Als je het nieuwe beleid samenvat komt het simpelweg neer op volledige centralisatie van alles wat nu op een uitermate complexe wijze is gedecentraliseerd.
In het rapport “Samen verder Kijken” staan 4 punten die ik nu min-of-meer samenvat:
1 Burgerberaad gekoppeld aan een BPO
1 Van een indirecte naar een meer Directe vorm van maatschappelijke binding
Het bestel sluit beter aan op de huidige maatschappij wanneer de binding via een directe vorm wordt geborgd.
Denk aan het inrichten van een landelijk programmabeleidbepalend orgaan (PBO) waaraan burgers deelnemen, via een burgerberaad, via consultatie van burgers over specifieke content of makers, of een combinatie hiervan.
2 Openbare aanbesteding van Content
2 Van sturen op organisaties naar centraal sturen op realisatie publieke mediaopdracht
Het bestel kan aan effectiviteit, transparantie en afrekenbaar- heid winnen als de verantwoordelijkheid voor de publieke me- diaopdracht centraal komt te liggen.
3 Meten toegevoegde Waarde
Dit is een manier om de “objectieve” meting van de kijkdichtheid te vermooien.
3 Van een semi-gesloten bestel naar een open systeem op basis van toegevoegde waarde
Het bestel benut de kwaliteit, de creativiteit en het innovatief vermogen van makers volop door zich open te stellen voor een grotere groep contentproducenten.
Bijvoorbeeld door een volledig open procedure waarbij contentproducenten zich inschrijven op een uitvraag voor specifieke content, waarbij selectie plaatsvindt op basis van de grootste toegevoegde waarde.
4 NPO wordt een Merk
4 Van multi-branding en distributie naar het profileren en aanbieden van het publiek media-aanbod als een rijk geschakeerd geheel
Het bestel brengt een herkenbaar totaalaanbod en bundelt krachten rondom één platformstrategie dat aan de hoogste eisen van gebruikersgemak voldoet. Dit betekent dat de in- gezette beweging van gezamenlijke aanbieding en profilering van het publieke media-aanbod tenminste wordt doorgezet.
Is Content nog steeds King?
Het gebruikte model past nog steeds op de zender die conduite produceert waar de ontvanger een like aan kan geven.
De TV is nog steeds een Zender
Dat is ook het model van de “streamers” Netflix Disney etc.
de Experience Economy Wint
Het bekijken van de content in de thuisbioscoop wordt vervangen door een Ervaring waarin een totaliteit aan dinsten wordt aangeboden die passen op de “Chronotope” van de ervaring.
Ondanks het feit dat de Staat met deze beleidstruck haar macht wellicht een tijdje behoud is de kans dat de burger “in zee gaat” met het merk NPO erg klein net als de nu verenigde contentmakers (“wie zijn dat”?) het niet gaan redden behalve als ze enorm veel geld investeren in het opbouwen van een voorraad multiverse-componenten.
Samenspel is een Hyperbolic Geometry by M.C.Escher. De horizon zit in de rand.
Deze blog is een vervolg op mijn blog over Sport waarin een PoC-model van de Sport is ontwikkeld.
Dat model wordt nu gebruikt om Samenspel te onderzoeken.
PoC betekent Paths of Change.
PoC is een metapraxis, een abstractie van de praktijk ontwikkeld aan de UCLA (University of Los Angeloes) door een groep wetenschappers o.l.v. Will McWhinney.
Samenspel is een spel met de Emoties die lijken op Golven van de zee en daarom prachtig passen in een Hyperbolische Geometrie die weer past bij het Perspectief van het onafhankelijke Standpunt.
Denken met het Lichaam: Embodiment:
George Lakoff deed onderzoek naar vertalen en ontdekte dat wij denken in metaforen.
Metaforen zijn afbeeldingen tussen twee Belevings-ruimten die als we klein zijn worden verbonden met delen van het lichaam.
De lichaams-metaforen zijn cultuur-onafhankelijk en laten bijv. zien waarom boven belangrijker is dan beneden of waarom vooruit belangrijker is dan achteruit.
Samen Bewegen en Bewogen worden:
Samen Dansen op een Ritme en samen Luisteren naar Nuziek verbindt mensen.
0. Introductie: Wat is Synchronisatie ? Gelijksoortige bewegende cyclische systemen gaan zich gelijk gedragen als ze communiceren.
Het geldt voor mensen maar ook voor vuurliegjes.
Mensen die zich samen concentreren op een onderwerp zoals een voetbalwedstrijd synchroniseren.
Synchronisatie is ook de oorzaak van ontploffende economische bubbels.
Het is een oud beproefd instrument om massa’s in een gewenste richting te bewegen. Hitler deed het, Poetin doet het en onze regering ook. Het wordt Nudgen (duwen met kleine duwtjes naar een gewenste situatie) genoemd.
2 Volgens bewegingswetenschapper Prof. Peter Beek werkt Impliciet leren veel beter dan gestructureerd leren bij het leren van Motorische vaardigheden. Het geldt ook voor het leren van andere vaardigheden maar dat wordt niet gedaan in Nederland. Wel in de VS.
Vitaliteit
3 Vitaliteit is een >4 Dimensioneel concept en een combinatie van Efficiency en Veerkracht.
Veerkracht ( samen met Verbondenheid (Communion) en Potentie (“Rijkdom”) is een variabele van het 4D Panarchie-model dat betrekking heeft op een Ecologie maar eigenlijk op ieder veranderproces.
Vandaar dat het perfect past op PoC.
Vitaliteit kwam naar voren als een voorbeeld van Anti-Fragility ,Systemen die voordeel hebben van Wanorde.
Dit concept is ontwikkeld door Nassim Taleb, die veel aandacht heeft gekregen met zijn boeken over de on-voorspelbaarheid van calamiteiten (Black Swans).
Hier vergat hij de Synchronisatie als verklaring mee te nemen.
Die synchronisatie was niet vergeten door Didier Sonnete.
4 De geometrie van het Samen Spelen begon met de Geometrie van de Menselijke Relaties van Alan Fiske.
Het samenspel blijkt een Hyperbolische geometrie te hebben, een Geometrie die Roger Penrose aan ons Cyclische Universum geeft en door Escher werd gebruikt om mooie zelf-refererende (fractale) tekeningen te maken.
Perspectief: Horizon, Stand-Punt en Denk-Raam:
Nadat we weten dat de emoties alles rond maken kunnen we m.b.v de Projectieve meetkunde laten zien door welke
“ramen” we kijken en de Horizon van ons weten beschouwen.
het Kosmische Pendulum van Walter Russell:
5 Walter Russell kreeg een visioen waarin hij zag dat het Universum op een Metronoom lijkt.
Conclusie
6. Conclusie Seth was een entiteit die werd gechanneld door Jane ~Roberts.
Seth heeft tientallen boeken gedicteerd die bij nader onderzoek de geometrie van het samenspel ondersteunen. Dat geeft hoop.
Samenspel is een spel van de emoties die zijn de uitingen van de vortexen in het lichaam die in India Chakra (“Wiel”) worden genoemd.
Volgens Seth sturen ze de werkelijkheid aan en dat gelooft Roger Penrose ook die inmiddels de Big Bang heeft ingeruild voor een cyclisch universum dat weer prachtig past op de metronoom van Walter Russell die weer prachtig past op het foton die zichzelf vernietigd om weer geboren te kunnen worden.
Licht
In den beginnen was het Licht en het is er nog steeds.
Het stuurt de creativteit die anderen de Heilige Geest noemen.
De Platonische vormen zijn het resultaat van het oplossen van de spanning die ontstaat als een bol wordt vervormd.
Christiaan Huigens ontdekte dat klokken die aan dezelfde muur hangen gelijk gaan tikken. Dat geldt ook voor mensen.
Alles wat communiceert, op elkaar lijkt en cyclisch beweegt gaat zich gelijk gedragen.
In 1975 bewees Charles Peskin dat zelfs ongelijke “tikkende” (“bewegende”) systemen synchroniseren.
Onze grootse klok (“de tijdgever”) is de zon. Die bepaalt erg veel aanpassing van ons lichaam en de natuur.Grote klokken bepalen kleine klokken (“overload”).
Deze video geeft een ervaring wat het betekent als een mens wordt opgenomen in een entrainment-omgeving zoals een stadion. Belangrijk zijn de ritmes en de bewegingen.
Dit werkt nog veel beter omdat hier een bepaalde frequentie wordt gedrumd die flow induceert. Dit is hetzelfde als een medicijnman doet in combinatie met gelijksoortige bewegingen.
Hier gebeurt hetzelfde met als effect dat de dansers volledig in trance gaan. Opvallend hier is dat ze ook nog is een simulatie laten zien van het universum waarin alles rondom alles draait.
Nataraja (Shiva) danst de wereld uit het niets. De vier handbewegingen corresponderen met de vier Worldviews van PoC.
Shiva danst op de onwetendheid in de vorm van een dwerg..Let op: de “blauwe” worldview die toont de Trommel van de Wereldklok. De rechter hand draagt het vuur van de passie. Terwijl de benen de Weerstand van de Emoties tonen in de vorm van de Olifant.
De gele hand van de Heilige Geest beschermt.
De droom van de Wereldklok van Wolfgang Pauli lijkt op het visioen van Ezechiel. De vier figuren staan ook voor de vier wereldbeelden, die de vier quandranten van de zodiac besturen. De kraai is de boodschapper.
Een geprek is een uitwisseling van trillingen die gaan synchroniseren. Die synchronisatie werkt ook andersom wat betekent dat meerdere mensen (hier twee) zich gelijk gaan gedragen wat een gevoel van grote betrokkenheid geeft. Als je verliefd bent ben je vergrendelt in elkaars fase. In het Engels Entrained.
Brein Synchronisatie
Dedynamiek van de hersenen van de zender en de ontvanger in een gesprek zien er hetzelfde uit. Dat betekent dat ze 100% gesynchroniseerd zijn.
Het zelfde gebeurt bij een grote menigte die zijn aandacht op 1 punt heeft gezet, de wedstrijd. de mensen in het stadion gaan gelijke handelingen uitvoeren dus Samen Bewegen.
Een artiest en de zaal voelen als er sprake is van fasevergrendeling. De zaal wordt een beetje warmer en de akoestiek wordt beter. Het heeft ook te maken met de bewegingen van de dirigent als er sprake is van een muziekopvoering.
Rituelen zijn gemaakt om te Synchroniseren
Mensen hebben behoefte aan een omgeving waarin regelmatig fasevergrendeling plaatsvindt zoals een kerk.
Die verzamelen ze door te koppelen aan energie-zenders/ die deze energie verzamelen als ze alleen zijn. Groepen van zenders en ontvangers komen 1x per week bij elkaar en worden gestuurd door een ritueel waarin ze synchroniseren.
Het lichaam past zich aan aan het Gebruik van het Lichaam.
Het lichaam past zich aan aan het gebruik. Dat geldt ook voor de botten. Bij weinig gebruik “lossen ze op”.
Bewegings-Wetenschap:
De bewegingswetenschap houdt zich daar mee bezig en komt op onderwerpen die niet zo duidelijk zijn als we zelf bewegen maar ons in de weg zitten als we bijvoorbeeld met zijn twee-en proberen te lopen of een geestelijke (bv parkinson) of lichamelijke handicap hebben.
Random leren werkt veel beter op de lange termijn omdat men wat wordt geleerd niet vergeet (retentie).Als we naar retentie kijken werkt het huidige systeem helemaal niet. Alles wat wordt geleerd wordt vergeten.
Roger Schank omtdekte dat de emotie die gepaard gaat met het mislukken een hele hoge retentie oplevert m.b.t. de oplossingen die door echte experts of gefingeerde experts hele hoge retentie heeft. Het blijkt verder dat bepaalde denk- of doefouten altijd worden gemaakt voordat men bekwaam wordt.
Leren van de fouten.
Gestructureeerd opleiden werkt slechter dan random opleiden.
Lange termijn Visie Onderwijs
Roger Schank Institute for the Learning Sciences:
In 1998 werd ik tot mijn verbazing gevraagd door Hans Boom van het Ministerie van Onderwijs om een lange termijn visie te schrijven voor het Nederlandse Onderwijs.
k was toen net bij de ABN AMRO verdwenen waar ik me onder meer bezig mocht houden met nieuwe vormen van opleiding. Dit deden we samen met bijvoorbeeld Arthur Andersen (AA) en Cap Gemini (CG).
AA had zijn R%D in Chicago en CG in Parijs (Innovation).
In Chicago zat ook het Institute for the Learning Sciences waar Roger Schank net de directeur van was. Na de opdracht van Hans Boom heb ik Roger opgezocht in Chicago.
De theorie van Roger is simpel. Je leert van de fouten (“expectatation failures”) die je maakt of van de fouten van anderen. Roger bouwde Educational Games (“Simulators”) en de link was snel gelegd naar Lost Boys en een aantal andere innovatoren. tot mijn grote verbazing gingen heel veel partijen tegenwerken zoals TNO en Wolters Kluwer. Ik vergat het non-invented-here syndroom.
Leren = Samen Exploreren = Collaborative Learning:
Volgens hen is Leren is geprogrammeerd worden (Instructie) terwijl het eigenlijk exploreren is. .
Vitaliteit is een meerdimensioneel Spanningsveld : “healthy systems must maintain a Balance of Resilience factors (small, diverse, flexible & densely connected) and Efficiency factors (big, streamlined & powerful) within a Window of Vitality representing optimal network health”.

Paths of Change gecombieerd in” Games” zijnde een combinatie van 2 wereldbeelden in totaal 6 of 12 combinaties bij heen-en-weer + rollen.
1 Rood-Blauw -> Analytic Game, heen-en-weer Spel van de Westerse Wetenschap (Analyse) en het Bedrijfsleven (Productie volgens regels (Instructie)..
2 Groen-Geel->heen-en-weer-Spel van de Cultuur. Het spel dat nieuwe spellen maakt en Nieuwe Ideen waardeert.
3 Groen-Blauw-> Spel van de Politiek (Wet<->Samenleving.Consensus bereiken over Regels en het communiceren van deze regels aan de samenleving
4 Geel-Rood-> Spel van Innovatie (Idee<->Actie).
Panarchie beschrijft de Cyclus van een Ecologie en van een Mens:
want de mens zelf is een ecologie die bestaat uit heel veel cellen en eencelligen die samen werken om het geheel in balans te houden in de “hogere” ecologie die ook weer deel uitmsskt vsn een ecologie etc.
Panarchy-model waarin drie gekoppelde lagen worden getoond. Het kunnen er veel meer zijn.
Panarchie-model bestaat uit twee cirkels die met- en tegen de klok draaien en lijken op een Moebius-ring(8)..

In dit plaatje wordt de theorie van Panarchie (rechtsonder) getoond als een snijpunt van twee lijnen die twee dualiteiten doorsnijden.
De dualiteten zijn gelijk vs ongelijk en Onafhankelijk vs Afhankelijk.
Het Ritme van de blauwe kant induceert de entrainment aan de rechterkant die zich toont als de top van een golf (“trend”, “bubbel” die de rode kant op de top van zijn “waarde” brengt die betrekking heeft op de “gemeten” waarde bijv. in de vorm van een koers.
Ondertussen zijn aan de “groene” kant alle hulpbronnen opgebruikt en start er een “wetgevend” proces aan de blauwe (overheid) kant die uiteindelijk de “creatieve” mensen (geel) om een idee vraagt om de “crisis” op te lossen.
Besef dat er in feite geen crisis is maar een “ervaren” crisis veroorzaakt door een verkeerd meetsysteem.
Cyclus:
1.Innovatie veroorzaakt door ongelijke (“creatieve”) geesten resulteert in verhoogde activiteit die wordt versterkt door het door het gelijke veroorzaakte synchronisatie (Bubble, Hype)
2. De waarde wordt verdeeld over het sociale netwerk totdat de waarde op is (uitputting).
Het gebruik van de innovatie wordt omgezet in kennis. die wordt omgezt in inzicht en de cyclus start opnieuw.
4D-model: Panarchie:
4D Model van een Ecologie middels Panarchy theorie gerelateerd aan PoC. Hierin zijn drie variabelen zichtbaar n.l. Verbondenheid (Communiën), Potential (Agency) en Veerkracht(Resilience).

bestaat uit vele vertakkingen.
Ma at en Thot laten de Boom des Levens (Ished) in Heliopolis groeien. De boom bevat het nest van de bennu-vogel, de Phoenix (Vuurvogel). Het vuur is de Levens-energie.

De vier geometrien komen uit het onderzoek van de antropoloog Alan Fiske naar veel voorkomende relatiepatronen op de wereld
Ze stemmen overeen met PoC waardoor het mogelijk is om een geometrie van de sport te maken.Gekromde lijnen in de vorm van een vortex zijn de snijdende lijnen van vele Points of View in een gekromde ruimte..

Meten is het tranformeren van een Waarneming met de Zintuigen naar de Ordening van het Denken.
Een relatie berust op een vergelijking van de meting van de verhouding tussen twee personen.
Alan Fiskes Model past op de Meet-schalen waarbij Market pricing een Ratio Schaal is die past op de Euclidische meetkunde. Dat betekent dat alles wordt gemeten met dezelfde Maatstok.
Communal Sharing staat voor de Nominal Scale is een opsomming, lijst zonder ordening.

Blauw: Authority Ranking (AR) is een Rangorde waarbij de vraag moet worden beantwoord wat groter betekent. Het gaat om Hoger en Lager.
Geel: Equality Matching (EM): De objecten lijken op elkaar maar zijn niet gelijk. Een voorbeeld zijn de n-hoeken.Het gaat om Meer-en Minder.

Het belangrijkste verschil tussen Euclidische en niet-Euclidische geometrie is dat de eerste een nulpunt heeft.
De (Euclidische) ruimte van de Zintuigen is Plat:

De projectieve meetkunde van de emoties en van het samenspel is een gekromde ruimte waarbij de kromming alle kanten op kan gaan.
Volgens Einstein is ons universum gekromd door de zwaartekracht maar het wil niet zeggen dat de ruimte overal gekromd is.
Soms is er helemaal geen massa of is de massa een lichtgolf, die het beste is voor te stellen als lijn die ons oog als ontvanger verbindt met een lichtpunt.
Dat kun je zien in de vergelijking van twee Energie formules n.l. die van Einstein (E=mc**2) en die van Max Planck E=hf waarbij f de frequentie van het licht is.
Volgens Roger Penrose is het Universum plat en kunnen we het beste voorstellen dat we leven op de binnenkant van een enorm grote bol, die daardoor vrijwel vlak lijkt.
Volgens Penrose is Het universum een eindeloze cyclus van Universums die expandeert en implodeert.
Dat stemt overeen met de hele oude Cosmologische theorie uit India.
De Ruimte van Panarchie is de Ruimte van PoC
Volgens Penrose ziet het universum het resultaat van een z.g. conformal (Hoek-behoudende) afbeelding waarbij de horizon (de rand) een vrijwel oneindige verkleining is van het geheel en het geheel op een platte ruimte lijkt.
De tekening van Escher is daar een goed voorbeeld van. Het plaatje in het centrum transformeert zonder dat de hoeken veranderen in een eindeloos kleine rand.
Een verzameling lijnen met punten, een projectieve ruimte is eigenlijk ook een verzameling hoeken en afhankelijk van de kromming wordt het plaatje steeds vager “smooth”).

Onderstaande quaternion over de Natuur die is gebruikt om de theorie van Panarchie vorm te geven.
Boven de beschrijving zie je onder de kleur van de Poc-zienswijze de basis-ruimte waarbij het duidelijk wordt dat het samenspel een ronde ruimte is met de bal boven en het tegendeel van het spel een ronde ruimte is met de bal in het dal.

Een schap is een Plank (een 2D-model) waarop we wat we weten netjes neerzetten en waarbij de Horizon de grens is van het nu onbereikbare.

We beschouwen onze buitenwereld door een vierkant Raam (Kader) of tekenen een model op een Vierkant papier.

In 2003 heb ik het Architectuur-congres over dit onderwerp een presentatie gegeven. Het ging vooral over het effect van abstraheren.
Abstraheren heeft als grote probleem dat je moeilijk terug kunt.
Je verliest daardoor de ondergrond waar we eigenlijk met onze voeten op moeten staan.

Als de Gemeente onbestuurbaar is zoals de Gemeente Leiden. gaat het ontwikkel- en beheer-proces haar eigen gang en heeft inspraak geen enkele zin.
Woerdense burgers komen in opstand tegen het stadsbestuur.

Om Feedback te kunnen Waarderen moet het OntwikkelProces van de overheidsOrganisatie voldoen aan het criterium First Time Right of andere vormen van Lean Six Sigma.
Lean heeft als uitgangspunt dat je alle Verspilling moet verwijderen door een proces te Stroomlijnen.Lean resulteert daardoor vanzelf in een Duurzaam proces.
De Lean-Cyclus volgt de DMAIC-cyclus : Define (Wat wil je Oplossen), Measure (Quantificeer het probleem) Analyse (Wat is de Oorzaak van het probleem), IMprove (Hoe ga je het probleem Oplossen), Control (Hoe Bestendig je de oplossing).

Hfdst 1 en 2: de Praktijk van de Inspraak met Leiden als voorbeeld.
Deze blog gaat over het falen en slagen van (burger-)participatie.
Herbij wordt de gemeente Leiden als voorbeeld gebruikt.
De gemeente Leiden is een van de vele gemeenten in Nederland die last heeft van de Inspraak van haar inwoners.
De Leidse Inwoners voelen zich gebruikt en de Ambtenaren en hun bazen (de Wethouders) vinden de inwoners veel te kritisch en denken dat ze het nooit goed doen.
Er van Uitgaande dat de Oorzaak ligt in de Wijze Waarop het Participatie proces plaatsvindt wordt in deze Blog een Simpele Oplossing geboden.
Inspraak kun je niet Regelen maar moet je Faciliteren.
Hierbij kun je gebruik maken van de Gezichtspunten (“Worldview” , Point of View, PoV)) van Paths of Change (PoC).
UIt de analyse van Hfdst5 blijkt dat er twee PoV’s ontbreken n.l. (1): Verbeelding (Geel, iNtuitive in Jung) en (2):Emoties (Groen, Feeling, in Jung).
Verbeelding<->Emoties vormen het proces=Spel) van Faciliteren, of The Game that Creates Games (de Infinite Game van J.P. Carse).
In onderstaande Verordening wordt de Leidse inspraak geregeld. Het dokument erna bevat de resultaten van een onderzoek naar de problemen.
Hierbij moet worden opgemerkt dat de vertegenwoordigers van de inwoners (i.h.a. wijkverenigingen) overtuigd zijn dat de gemeente het rapport heeft gemanipuleerd wat past in het bestaande beeld.
Belangrijke onderwerpen in de verordening zijn Bestuursorgaan, Belang, (Wie) en de Wijze waarop (Hoe) de inspraak kan plaatsvinden zijnde: informatie geven, raadplegen, adviseren, coproduceren en meebeslissen.
De Participatie maakt deel uit van een Ontwikkelproces dat bestuurd wordt door een Bestuursorgaan waarbij Belanghebbenden een rol krijgen toebedeeld die gevolgen ondervinden van het beoogde Resultaat (Doel) van het 0nt-Werpproces.
2.2 De Casus van het Winkelcentrum
Een voorbeeld (zie casus in Rapport Platform31) is het Renoveren (Wat) van een Winkelcentrum in een wijk met ongeveer 15.000 inwoners (Waar)
In dit geval komen de opgesomde stappen (Hoe) en de betrokken partijeen (Wie) allemaal aan de orde.
De Eigenaar van het Winkelcentrum, een Projectontwikkelaar, Coproduceert , de bewoners van de wijk spelen de rol van Consument en de bewoners van de aanpalende flats zijn Belanghebbenden omdat de eigenaar een hoge flat wil bouwen om de kosten van de verbouw te compenseren.
De gemeente plaatst de participatie in het kader van de nog niet ingevoerde omgevingswet en levert een inspraak-cooordinator die is ingehuurd van een Extern buro.
Uiteindelijk wordt de hoge flat een onderwerp waaruit een enorm Conflict ontstaat waardoor de hele wijk (door de wijkvereniging) wordt betrokken. Dit conflict legt het hele proces stil en beinvloedt zelfs de gemeenteraads-verkiezingen.
Inmiddels (Okt 2021) heeft de gemeente (en de projectontwikkelaar) zijn zin door weer een nieuwe begeleider te introduceren en de belangrijke besluiten slim door de gemeenteraad te loodsen.
Ondertussen is de Gemeente in dezelfde wijk ook bezig om een warmtenet door te drukken dat doet men door een z.g. betaalde (lees gesubsidieerde) bewoners-vertegenwoordiging op te richten waarin zelfs een medewerker van Vattenfal (de leverancier van de warmte) de voorzitter was.
3. Stand van Zaken Omgevingswet
De Omgevingswet is in 2012 bedoeld om alle bestaande wetten en regels die betrekking jebben de inrichting van het landschap op te laten gaan in één wet. Daardoor vervallen straks de Mijnbouwwet, de Tracéwet, de Monumentenwet, de Spoedwet wegverbreding, de Wet ruimtelijke ordening en nog 21 andere wetten.
De wet moet de bureaucratie m.b.t. het aanvragen van vergunningen (inclusief toezicht en handhaving) terugdringen en de burger voorzien van “slimme” (3D)-hulpmiddelen.
Zoals zo vaak zijn deze hulpmiddelen nog niet klaar en zijn de gemeenten min of meer experimenteel bezig met de wet wat tot grote verwarring lijdt.
Het ligt nu in de bedoeling om de wet in 2022 (10 jaar later) in te voeren. Het is de grote vraag of dit lukt,
De omgevingswet is eigenlijk ook het instrument om de Participatie van de burger zowel heen (eigen plannen) als terug (Plannen van de overheid) op een “slimme” wijze te regelen.
PoC blijkt duizenden jaren oud te zijn en wordt door Will McWhinney verklaart uit z.g Worldviews (Wereldbeelden, Gezichtspunt)een manier waarop mensen tijdens een verandering naar de wereld kunnen kijken (waarnemen, denken (waarheid), zien (inzicht, waargeven), voelen, waarderen).
Een Verandering is een Cyclus die vaak in dezelfde Volgorde wordt doorlopen.
Er blijken maar 4 (2×2) wereldbeelden te bestaan (vergelijkbaar met de Archetypen van Jung). die in een veranderproces vaak in dezelfde volgorde een rol spelen.
Ieder wereldbeeld is een unieke combinatie van twee bewegingen n.l. Compressie (Yang, Mannelijk, versimpelen, tot stilstand brengen) en expansie (Yin, Vrouwelijk , uitdijen, laten groeien) waardoor de combinatie vaak wordt getypeerd met “Ademen” (vgl. de Cosmic Breath).
De wereldbeelden komen ook voor in vrijwel alle Persoonlijkheidstheorieen. Dit verklaart waarom bepaalde mensentypen (Uitvinders, makers,..) in de zelfde fase van een verandering (bijv. een project) een rol spelen.
In de Psychologie worden Yin en YangAgency en Communion genoemd.
Een persoonlijkheid is een combinatie van twee wereldbeelden.
Een veranderproces is succesvol als het rond heeft gedraaid langs 4 verschillende wereldbeelden, waarbij dat draaien met en/of tegen de klok kan gaan of door het midden (via het Kruis).
De meest complexe beweging is een z.g. Moebius ring (lijkt op 8).
Hierna volgen een aantal plaatjes met toepassingen van PoC.
Veranderpaden kunnen 2 PoV (Point of View) bevatten maar ook 4. Een 2-draai noemt Will een Game (Spel). Renaissance is een voorbeeld van een grote verandering (“Wedergeboorte”) die meer dan 2 , soms 4 of meer, stappen behelst.
Een wereldbeeld is een combinatie van twee krachten.

Hier zijn de kruispaden zichtbaar die betrekking hebben op Politiek (Sociaal <-> Wetten) en Ondernemen (van Idee <-> Actie.

5. De OmgevingsWet als Verander-Proces: De Overheid als Strenge Vader
Wat het eerste opvalt is dat zowel het wereldbeeld “Verbeelding” Geel, “Mythic in PoC en INtuitive bij Jung als “Emotie“, Groen, Social in PoC, Feeling bij Jung, vrijwel geen rol speelt.
De overheid speelt het AnalytischeSpel en denkt niet in termen van Verbeteren of Innovatie.
Alles is aan Regels gebonden en die regels worden niet eens geevalueerd.
De Burger is een Speelbal in het het spel en kan niets zeggen omdat hij stom (doof), dom of ondeskundig is.
De Overheid is de Strict Father van de Republikeinen en zeker niet de Nurturing Mother van de Democraten.
Hieronder een college van George Lakoff die de “uitvinder” is van de theorie dat het Denken in het Lichaam zit (Embodiment) en dat we bij het denken gebruik maken van gebruik maken van (Lichaams-) Metaforen.
6 Emoties en het Veranderproces
In de casus van hfdst 2.2. kun je zien hoe een verandering tot een groot conflict lijdt. De corona-crisis is zo’n voorbeeld.
Het blijft mogelijk om zo’n conflict om te buigen naar een Opstand door de oorzaak van de gebeurtenis te reframen, in een andere Metafoor te plaatsen, bijv. de (war-)metafoorvan de “Common Enemy“.
Onderstaande plaatjes laten zien Hoe een mens (volgens Kubler Ross) op een dramatische gebeurtenis (“een calamiteit”) reageert die grote invloed kan hebben op het leven(bijv. het sterven van een partner of een aardbeving).
Na een snelle cyclus van meestal onbewust Analyseren en Waarderen volgt een Ontkenning en het produceren van veel en heftige emoties (passie) waarna men op den duur tot Inzicht komt en weer stabiliseert.
Ik hoop dat het opvalt dat hier ook een PoC-cyclus wordt gedraaid.
Mensen draaien iedere dag een PoC-cyclus die correleert met de Zon (Vader) en de nacht (Maan, Moeder). De Dag-Nacht-cylus (2 Zon<->Maan)) was vroeger van enorme symbolische waarde net als de 4 (2×2) Seizoenen en de Sterrencyclus van de Zodiac en de Precessie die ook van Licht (Kerstmis) naar Donker (Halloween) gaat.
In het 2e plaatje wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt dat de mens een set-point heeft, een gemiddelde staat van zijn waar men op den duur weer in terecht komt. Het Set-point zit in het Kruis bij PoC. Het kruispunt staat voor het Bewustzijn dat altijd in het midden van het midden zit.
De mens zit via zijn bewustzijn aan zijn eigen kruis genageld.
Mensen synchroniseren als ze gelijk zijn of gelijk worden gemaakt. Dat kan door ze op een gedeeld onderwerp te focussen.
Een verliefd stel is gesynchroniseerd maar ook het publiek van een voetbalwedstriijd is gesynchroniseerd.
Een gesynchroniseerde groep mensen gedraagt zich als 1 persoon en kan ook makkelijk in trance worden gebracht waardoor ze kunnen worden geprogrammeerd.
Het conflict met het winkelcentrum in hfdst 2.2 is een voorbeeld van synchronisatie waarbij het idee van een enorme kolos, de flat, in een prachtig “eigen” park fungeerde als focal point.
8. Over Engineering:
A (land)scape with a Horizon.
Een schap is een Plank (een 2D-model) waarop we wat we weten netjes neerzetten en waarbij de Horizon de grens is van het nu onbereikbare.
We beschouwen onze buitenwereld door een vierkant Raam (Kader) of tekenen een model op een Vierkant papier.
De Driehoek bestaat uit Vier Driehoeken in de Tetra Logica van Collin (Collective Intelligentie). Collin is het resultaat van een langdurige activiteit van de TU Delft om het vakgebied Engineering te verbeteren. Collin lijkt erg veel op PoC.
Collaborative Learningcontains 4 connected Cycles connected in a 4-fold Cycle. The )sub-cycles) operate in a Whole (white being) a Space-Time, a Social Context, a Mental Space and a Physical Space. This model is an application of one level of Paths of Change.
Collaborative Learning is een ontwikkel-aanpak gebaseerd op PoC die ik samen met Baan Company heb ontwikkeld en is terug te vinden in hun software-ontwikkel-systeem Cordys (Hart).
Cordys is een implementatie van BPML een standaard om Businees Processen te definieren.
BPML is uitgebouwd naar V/DML Value Delivery Modelling Language. Hierme kun je waarde-ketens specificeren.
Hierboven een recente promotie waarin Collin een belangrijke rol speelt.
In de ontwikkeling van Collin hebben grote Nederlandse Bouw-en Infrastructuur bedrijven een rol gespeeld. Bijzonder maar begrijpelijk is dat ze Collin niet gebruiken.
Dat komt omdat deze bedrijven veel geld verdienen aan fouten maken. Collin streeft naar First Time Right.
Volgens Roger Schank leren mensen van de fouten (“Expectation-Failures) van anderen.
Kennis is uitgekristallisserde ervaring en ervaring is overgedragen fouten en hun oplossing (“zie lotgenoot contacten).
In de huidige maatschappij wordt er veel te veel waarde gehecht aan kennis en wordt een theorie bijna nooit in de praktijk getest maar wordt de praktijk juist aan de theorie aangepast.
wat aanleiding geeft tot enorme mislukkingen waar met name de overheid erg veel last van heeft omdat tegenspraak wordt gezien als opstand tegen het gezag.
De beste manier om aan de slag te gaan is doo reen community of practice op te richten.
Kent Palmer is de Amerikaanse variant van Leo Ruijven.
Hij heeft als gevolg van een opdracht van de Amerikaanse Regering(het Leger) om de Engineeering te verbeteren, Schema Theorie ontwikkeld.
Kent heeft zich vooral druk gemaakt over het Meta-Model een model wat het model beschrijft.
Het meta-proces is het proces van het Abstraheren wat eindeloos door kan gaan zowel omhoog als omlaag. Het “hoogste” model gaat over het Universum en het “laagste” model gaat over de Grondslag die de Wiskunde is.
Een schema is een abstractie van een stappenplan dat handmatig door de mens maar ook deels of geheel door verschillende soorten machines kan worden uitgevoerd. Hierbij speelt de huidige computer een rol maar die is weer geabstraheerd in een Turing Machine. De omgevingswet is een voorbeeld van een poging om ontwikkelprocessen te automatiseren.
De essentie van Collin zit in het (slim) registreren van de documentatie van de voortgang van een project zodat het altijd duidelijk is waarom een besluit is genomen maar ook welke kennis (en ervaring) er is opgebouwd. Het moet altijd mogelijk zijn om zowel vooruit als achteruit te gaan in het proces. Collin hecht ook veel waarde aan reflexie. Het model achter Collin, het meta-model, past net als PoC in een viervoudige Geometrie.
9. Engineering en Gebruikers Participatie
9.1. Voorbeelden Software voor de Omgevingswet
Dit is een video over software van één van de vele Leveranciers (Centric) die software leveren voor het z.g. DSO (Digitale Samenwerkingsomgeving) Voor de Omgevingswet.
De software bevat niets om de burgerparticipatie tc.q. ontwikkelprocessen te ondersteunen . Het biedt eigenlijk alleen een (ouderwets) workflow-systeem dat burocratische processen kan besturen waar bijv. vergunningen worden aangevraagd. Centric staat bekend om zijn slechte kwaliteit software.
Dit is een video over het z.g. regelbeheer wat een onderdeel moet zijn van het DSO van de Omgevingswet.
Be Informed is gespecialisserd in regelgestuurde software. Die is enorm complex vooral omdat niet viedereen een proces kan omzetten in regels.
Momenteel zijn er verschillende digitale loketten voor onder andere het aanvragen van vergunningen, het doen van meldingen en het inzien van de van toepassing zijnde regels.
M.bv. Regelbeheer kunnen initiatiefnemers, overheden en belanghebbenden snel en eenvoudig inzien wat er is Toegestaan in de Fysieke leefomgeving.
9.2. Kun je Participatie Automatiseren?
Hieronder een aantal plaatjes die laten zien hoe je “systemen” die een Mens of Organisme voorstellen aan elkaar kunt koppelen d.m.v een input->output-opslag relatie vroeger getypeerd als een Dataflow-Diagram (DFD).
De opslag is de “Grootste Gemene /Deler” van de input en de output. in de loop der tijd is de input een User Interface (Scherm) geworden en de Opslag een Database (later in een Cloud . De output was eerst op papier maar is nu ook op een Scherm. Daarnaast is de Flow afgebeeld op een Data-Communicatie-Netwerk.
De mens is nu uitsluitend gekoppeld aan een scherm (met zijn vingers) ook al kunnen er ook meer complexe interactiemechanismen worden gebruikt zoals een 3D-Bril gekoppeld aan een Bewegings-machine zoals een Flight-Simulator.
Een ander voorbeeld is een Simulator zoals Sym City waarbij door middel van constraints (beperkingsregels) een stads-mechaniek (model) in werking kan worden gezet. Een moderne vorm van een stadsimulator wordt een Digital Twin genoemd.
Een Digital Twin, een Virtuele testomgeving waar innovatieve ideeën getest kunnen worden.
Het moet mogelijk zijn om een Agent zo te programmeren (mbv AI) dat hij/zij de mens kan nadoen in een participatie-project. De Agent kan in 2D of 3D een mens compleet nadoen.
Is dit wenselijk of makkelijk?
De robot is een nagemaakte mens. In dit plaatje zijn alle functies van de mens omgezet naar bestaande software-twchnologieTwee Poc-Cycli waarin de Blauwe een Ecologie is (zie Panarchie) gekoppeld aan een of meerdere Organismen gemodelleerd als een Agent.Vier gekoppelde Agents waarbij iedere agent een ander Wereldbeeld draagt.Een cyclusgenarator gebaseerd op PoC en de Chinese Cheng Cyclus.
10.Samenvatting
Het concept Participatie betekent Mee Mogen Doen en gaat uit van een achterhaalde taakverdeling tussen De OVERheid gerepresenteerd door de Koning en de ONDERdanen die hun Vertegenwoordigers hebben gekozen in de 2e kamer een voorstation van de 1e kamer waarin de Edelen, de Vazalen van de koning zitting haden.
Een Representatie zou een afspiegeling van de burgers moeten zijn maar is dat niet omdat een bepaald type mens de Politicus die rol in een parlement ambieert en daarna zijn of haar eigen gang gaat.
Vele andere persoonlijkheidstypen hebben een hele ander kijk op de wereld en vinden het allemaal wel best totdat ze met het resultaat worden geconfronteerd.
We leven in een totaal andere tijd dan toen de Democratie werd bedacht die het mogelijk maakt om iedereen direct invloed te geven mits de processen daartoe zijn ingericht.
De omgevingswet gaat in die richting maar heeft nog erg veel last van de oude wereld die overal in de geautomatiseerde processen zijn kop op steekt.
Deze blog is de weerslag van veel ervaring met hele grote veranderingtrajecten soms op zowel technisch als sociaal nivo.
Paths of Change (PoC) kwam in 1997 als mosterd na de maaltijd toen ik net een eigen pad in was gegaan wat mij nog steeds bevalt.
Ik ben een INFP in de typering van Myers Brigss. Mijn type, de is zeer zeldzaam net als andere zaken (Bloedgroep, Ouders, Loopbaan): “The INFP personality type is often described as an “idealist” or “mediator” personality. People with this kind of personality tend to be introverted, idealistic, creative, and driven by high values. INFPs also have strong interests in making the world a better place“.
Ik hoop dat we met behulp van de vele hulpmiddelen die er aankomen er een “echte” representatieve democratie van kunnen mkaken.

In this blog I come to the conclusion that the State makes The Rich Richer and the Poor poorer.
The main reason is that the State is an Aristocracy that looks like a Democracy.
The State is a Contradictio in terminis: It accomplishes the Opposite it wants to accomplish.

Four Cycles that are Agents prepare you for Chapter 1: Cycles where I show you that Life is a Cyclic process and that many other processes are cyclic.
This has to do with the many Rotatingsystems there are. The four colors represent the many static views on cyclic processes. Agents are the object of Complexity Theory. When Agents are seen as the cause of an effect on another Agent they are called an Event or seen as a living being.
Observe that the agents are rotating With and Against the Clock. A combination of both is a Moebius Ring (looks like 8).
A good example of a Rotating System is the Weather System. This system rotates because the Earth and the Moon Rotate . In this picture you can see the Potential, the Sum of the entering Radiation Energy of the Sun and the Reflection on Earth. Earth rotates once in about 24 hours with respect to the Sun, Earth’s rotation is slowing slightly with time; This is due to the tidal effects the rotating Moon has on Earth’s rotation.
The climate of the earth fluctuates because of the many stages the cycles are in. We are now in a local warming period but it looks like we are moving to a new ice-age.
this Blog discusses a Design for an Alternative of he City and/or the State based on the idea that they are an Ecology. An Ecology Dies when there is not enough Diversity. The same applies to a City or a State. You are diverse when you are Different.

The Monitor (the Observer, the X in the Middle of the Cross) takes care of the Balance in the City/ or State.Its task is to prevent that one of the Views on the World becomes Dominant. This view is probably the “Management Control View” (Blue, Smart City) ). The Control View is the view of Reductionism. Reductionism is the paradigm behind current Science.
The monitor represents the Whole which is the subject of Complexity Science. Complexity theory, emphasizes adaptation, self‐organization and embraces the idea that there is no central control or master plan.
As you can see the Monitor shares the same Structure with the Whole. This is called a Fractal. The Fractal pattern never stops . It could stop when the structure is too Small. The Set-Point is the desired value for an essential variable that represents the Homeostasis of the City/State.
About Rotating Rotations
Cycles are everywhere. They are the result of Rotating systems. The Kubler Ross Transition Curve. The Kubler Ross model shows how people react after a major calamity (Like the COVID Pandemia) after Denial people get Angry , move into a Depression and get an Insight after the situation moves back to the Set Point. Observe that this model is the same model as Paths of Change.This is a Rotating Cycle Generator based on the model of PoC (Paths of Change ( see Chapter.4. In this picture you can See that every Step in the Cycle represents another State of the 5-pointedModel that represents possible Points of View. Every combination of Points of View (PoV) represents an Action. Every rotation represents an E-motion. The 5-pointed model is based on the ChineseSheng-Cycle hat was based om the Lo-Shu a 3×3 Magic Square that has the 5 in the Middle and a sum of 15=1+2+3+4+5=3×5 .
Observe that the Wheel of Time is propagating itself by exploding at the right moment just like a motor . This explosion is the Fusionof the Aha-erlebnis, the Feeling of Discovery.
Observe that the 5th view is called Whole (white). It is the center of the system (Monitor) put into the System itself. Putting a whole in a whole is called a fractal.
The Sheng Cycle with an inner- and outer cycle showing the fractal pattern of the five in the middle . The 5 states are related to the Sun Cycle with a special Season in the Middle of the 5 sometimes called Late Summer, Indian Summer or the Autumn of the Geese. Observe that the five seasons are not only connected in a Mother->Childchain(1>2->3->4->5->1->) but are also connected with a delay of (2) called the Mother->Grandmother-chain (1>3>5>2>4->1->).

The basic components of a complex adaptive systems are called agents. They are typically conceived as ‘black box’ systems, meaning that we know the rules that govern their individual behaviour, but we do not care about their internal structure.

Nassim Taleb:“We have the illusion that the world functions thanks to programmed design, university research, and bureaucratic funding, but there is compelling — very compelling — evidence to show that this is an illusion. Technology is the result of antifragility, exploited by risk-takers in the form of tinkering and trial and error. Engineers and tinkerers develop things while history books are written by academics; we will have to refine historical interpretations of growth, innovation, and many such things. … The error of naive rationalism leads to overestimating the role and necessity of … academic knowledge, in human affairs — and degrading the uncodifiable, more Complex, intuitive, or experience-based type”.
This is an example of the PoC-cycle (see chapter 4 ) where you can see what Nassim Taleb means.He believes in Intuition, Active Experimentation and Cocncrete Experience both a Kolb Learning Style. About Stuart Kaufmann: Intuition (Insight, Yellow) is related to Creativity and the Holy Spirit different from God the Father.
A Poc-Cycle is a Fourfold Cycle with or without a Center in the Cross in de Middle.This picture contains a summary of all the chapters of this blog until 27 10 2020 in a Path of Change (A fractal 4-fold-Cycle). It shows that Anti-Fragility Fuses Differences and jumps to a Higher Level of the Ecology (also a 4-fold cycle (within the Circles) with a new Rythm until the Ecology relapses and stores its Seeds in a new Territory where Cooperation is possible. Observe that the Greek word for Power is Cratos being a part of DemoCracy, Power to the People (Green, Social, Cooperation). In this picture the arrow is from People(Social, Green) to Power (Ranking) meaning “Priority to the People“. The arrow is part of a cycle that contains >16 steps.

Below you can find a picture that tries to explain Panarchy (see chapter 3). The colors are a link to PoC (chapter 4). A pandemic is the result of a jump (Revolt) from a Virus part of the Human Body-Ecology to a Social Network (and further a City).

0. Introduction
How spontaneous synchronization works.
In this blog I am trying to find out if it is possible to use Complexity Theory to design a FairSelf Organizing Structure to replace the State.
To do that I reuse a blog about Anti-Fragility and the theory of Panarchy that is made to explain an Ecology.
In the end of this blog I will use all the acquired knowledge to design a new model for a State and a City.
1. About Cycles:
A Cycle is a Selforganizing System. We experience many Cyclic processes like Day and Night and the Seasons.
virtually everything that happens on Earth runs in cycles—our climate, the markets, political systems, societies, wars, financial ups-and-downs, etc. Our ancestors have known this for centuries.
“Practically all living processes are organised in cycles. The organism is thick with biological rhythms ranging from periods of split seconds for electrical activities of brain cells to seconds such as the heart-beat and respiration, to periods which are circadian and circannual. But no one has ever been able to explain why that should be.
The answer is provided by thermodynamics. It turns out that symmetrically coupled cycles are the key to both the conservation of coherent energy and compensation (or cancelling out) of entropy within the system so that living organisation is maintained.
As one cycle of activity is running down, it is charging up a second cycle, so that the role can be reversed later. Similarly, as disorder is created in some part of the system, a kind of superorder appears in elsewhere, which can restore order to the first part” (Mae Wan Ho).
Observe that MAe Wan Ho uses a theory that explains Anti-Fragility (“Order out of Disorder“) called Thermodynamics. Mae Wan Ho wrote this text long before the concept Anti-fragility was invented. Thermodynamics comes back in Chapter 8.
This is a diagram representing the nested cycles that span all space-time scales, the totality of which make up the life cycle of the organism. The life cycle has a self-similar fractal structure, so if you magnify each cycle, you will see that it has smaller cycles within, looking much the same as the whole. Fractal dynamics are the hallmarks of natural processes and are especially fit for the organisation of living systems.Two Symmetrically Coupled Cycles.
The Life Cycle of the Organism consists of a self-similar fractal structure of cycles.
Jeremy England is a Professor of Physics who uses Thermo Dynamics to explain Life. He detected that a Closed System (Earth, the Ocean) connected to another closed System that produces Energy (Sun) creates random-structures that look like Life. Jeremy is an Orthodox jewish Rabbi.
About Cycles (part 2):
At a certain point in time Humans detected the cyclic processes in the Night Sky that took more than a life-time to return to their beginning. They found he Cycle of the Precession of the Equinox.
observe that a lot of the CyclesRotate around other Cycles. A rotating rotation is a Spiral.
The State and the City, the Mother of the state, are not alone a Boundary in Space but are also a Cyclic System .that synchronizes with all the other Cyclic systems in its environment(Growth Cycle of Agriculture, Sun cycle, Seasons, Moon Cycle/ Menstruation Cycle, Great Cycle of the Precession, ..).
New Grange , older than Stonehenge, is a Passage Tomb situated in County Meath in Ireland. It is decorated with the Spiral of Life found in many other ancient places. The burial ground is aligned with the Winter Solstice. For more info about the Spiral of Life see chapter 2.The First Cycle is the Cycle of the Triple Goddess and her Moon-Cycle . The year Cycle of Father the Sun , Nature, is the cycle of the Medicin Wheel. The four Animals come back as symbols of the Four Evangelists.The Second Cycle is the Cycle of Sumer and Egypt , the Sun ,(Atum) controls the Day and the Seasons. the Stars control the night (Zodiac) and the Moon controls the Magic of Thoth . The Zodiac comes back as the Twelve Apostles. Magic is an example of entrainment.Around 500 BC The Five Innovators of the Human Inner Space (Yellow) appeared and started the Great Transformation., This started the weekly cycle of Religion, The second transformation came with the creation of Islam, the Religion of the Collective and the Emotions(Green) .The next step is the Religion of the Body and the Senses (Red) (Osho, New Age). The United Nations and the creation of the Human Rights gave the people at the end of the 2nd world-war hope that we would enter a long period of Peace and Prosperity. They forgot the Great and Cruel Dictator Stalin. At the the end of his empire, with the opening of the Berlin Wall people hoped we would start the Long Boom . Now China is becoming number one. Will this benefit the World?
In this blog I introduce Complexity Theory (CT) to design a new type of State, the Self Organizing State or city. CT shows that when we Stop controlling a system It will Self-organizes.
Humans contain cells, contain molecules contain atoms etc etc. The organizing principle repeats until the deepest level ,the vacuum but it also moves up until Cities States and the Earth.
Neil Theise: About Complexity Theory: A City and a State are an example of a Self-organizing System.untill we Humans start to Organize and create Traffic Jams and Depressions.
This video provides a basic introduction to the science of complex systems, focusing on Patternsin nature. The most simple rule is Copying behavior although copying behavior can be the result of Entrainment which is the result of being the same (alike) and connected to a shared Sensable (by the Brain) connection-infrastructure. A Synchronized Brain produces Theta Waves that are also produced when a Human is in Deep Trance.
This blog contains examples of a new model for the State and the City who was the Mother of the State.
This model is based on the model of Panarchy. Panarchy is a model of an Ecology.

I have started this blog September 9 2020 . It is intended as the last chapter of my already finished blog About the Future of the State.
In my blog About the Future of the State (“the initial blog“) I have given a lot of information about what is going wrong with the Constitutional State and many theories about how states work.
The biggest problem is that the Constitutional State is controlled by an Aristrocratic Elite organized as a Tribe that profits from the Power and the Taxsystem of the State.
Many International or local Conflicts are Tribal Conflicts.
The highly needed Redistribution of the Wealth from the Rich to the Poor in the economy does not take place. The rich get Richer and the `Poor get Poorer.
Thomas Piketty is in favor of high taxes for rich people but most of all of free and good Education for Everybody. One of his examples is Theodore RooseveltsNew Deal.
2. Latour and the Parliament of Things:
The most interesting link in the initial blog is a Statement called How to Think as a Stateof the French Philosopher Bruno Latour to the WRR a Scientific advisoryBoard to the King of the Netherlands about the Future of the State.
In the PoT humans organisms, lakes, mountains cars and other things are represented.
PoT is a concept that questions the way we organize our State. It questions also what a representional democracy really represents. Does it represent all things that are born and die including the animals that have no language or is the system of representation a simulator that hides the Games we Play.
3. The State is an Ecology that is part of the World-System:
Latour gave me the idea that the State is an Ecology.
An Ecology is a Complex multi-layered RedistributionSystem that contains a wide array of interacting levels of organization spanning micro-level (e.g., cells, humans) to a planetary scale (e.g., biosphere).
If you want, replace in this definition the components of the Ecology with the components of the City or the State and see what you get. Do you miss something?.

An explaining theory of the State is called World System Theory (WST).In this case the state is a System (a World, the domain of Man), a Boundary in Space/Time that operates at the level of the Earth.

If you look below at the pictures and read this you will see that the kondratiev-wave is in its 5th state with the color White and the subject Whole. The wave will be at its top around 2050.
The technology in this phase is called Global Brain. Gobal Brain has a lot to do with what now is called Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI has a lot to with the Big Brother State that is now created in China.
A Cycle contains a cycle (Overtones) and contains 5 Stages (Red (Intensity)->Blue (Order)-> Yellow (Crativity -> (Green (Social)-> White (Whole, Center )-> Red. In the pictures below the colors refer to the same Descriptions of the Stages.The stages can be explained by the theory of Paths of Change (PoC).In this picture you see the Kondratiev cycle after every iteration of the wave of 50 year starting 1740 ending 2040.Every step can be divided in 5 steps and every step can also be divided in 5 steps creating different Cycles with different names.The Technology Cycle related to the Kondratiev with a Periodicity of 52 yrs.Starting with the Factory of Taylor ending with the Global Brain in 2050.

The kondratiev Cycle is represented as a Spiral and is related to the Meta-Narrative (Chronotope) of Bahktin and PoC by their colors.
Blue is the color of the Law of Rome and Red is the color of he Actions of Alexander who conquered almost the complete World at his time. Yellow is the color of Spirit seen in The rise of Art in the Renaissance and the Rise of Christianity.
Green is the color of Social related to Social conflicts like the French Revolution. White is the color of the Center (The Whole) . White is always combined with a New World Religion. It could be related to the return of the Maitreaexpected in many Religions.
There have been three kinds of historical systems across human history: “mini-systems” or what anthropologists call bands, tribes, and small chiefdoms, and two types of world-systems, one that is politically unified and the other is not (single state world empires and multi-polity world economies). World-systems are larger, and are ethnically diverse. The modern world-system, a capitalist world-economy, is unique in being the first and only world-system, which emerged around 1450 to 1550, to have geographically expanded across the entire planet, by about 1900.
It is defined, as a world-economy, in having many political units tied together as an interstate system and through its division of labor based on capitalist enterprises.
The Tribes never leave their State even when the states have grown into very big structures.
In the current capitalistic system many “tribes” (for instance the Oligarchs of russia) use the income of the state they control to fight their battles. These battles are now mostly faught using highly intelligent technology and weapons.
About the book the Great Transformation of Poliany. Polanyi explains that the modern market economy and the modern nation-state should be understood not as discrete elements but as the single human invention he calls the “MarketSociety”. See Chapter 4 of PoC and look at the game of the market (Sensory(Red) <->Social (reen). Prior to the great transformation, people based their economies on Reciprocity and Redistribution (Tax) across Personal and Communal relationships. About Panarchy:
Panarchy is a Fractal Model of an Ecology that can be represented by an adaptive cycle of four distinct phases: growth or exploitation (r) conservation (K) collapse or release (omega) reorganization (alpha).
The Theory of Panarchy is used in many of my blogs. One of them is a Blog about Anti-Fragility called How to Benefit from Disorder and a Dutch version about the same issue. I will reuse these blogs.
Anti-Fragility happens when an Ecology moves Up (Revolt) to a New Fractal level. The opposite (Going Down) is called Remember. In this state the ecology saves some of its state in a place that acts as a Memory out of which o a Copy of the old state can be regenerated. This place is called a Sacred Grove.
A Sacred Grove is often a Sacred Place in a Wood. An example is the Cathedral of Chartres that was a sacred place for the Druids of the Celts.
In the UP-state The Ecology becomes Bigger and Slower in its Cyclic Frequency.
As a consequence of the periodic, but transient phases of Destruction (omega stage) and Reorganization (alpha stage), a system’s Structure and processes can be Reorganized.
This reshuffling allows for the establishment of new system configurations and opportunities for the incorporation of exotic and entirely novel entrants into the system. The adaptive cycle explicitly introduces mutations and rearrangements.
An Ecology is a Fractal CyclicAdaptiveInnovation System.

The Climate Cycle is a Fourfold Cycle because of the Cyclic Motion of the Globe of the Earth combined with a cycle around the sun. Water is crucial for Life.This model shows that the Weather or the Climate can be used to understand the State. The State like the Economy is going through all the stages of the weather. Many scientists have used the seasons as analogs for the states of the Economy. When you follow the Arrows in the picture you will see the Panarchy Cycle going around in the Horizontal plane with and against the clock and going Up and Down in the Vertical Plane.
Panarchy is a conceptual framework created by Gunderson and Holling to account for the dual, and seemingly contradictory, characteristics of all complex systems – stability and change.
Panarchy is a contradictory system. It fuses what cannot be fused .
the 2D version of Panarchy is determinated by Potential (Wealth) and Connectedness.
A highly connected system is very fragile when the system is hit by a calamity The Climate-crisis is an example.When a A highly connected system fails this is called the Domino-effect. The Domino is modelled by the Self-Orgnized Criticallity theory of Per Bak. This theory shows that the Probability Distribution of a calamity is not a Bell Curve but a Power Law.Black Swans vs Dragon Kings.Coupling The Same generates Synchronization.

Panarchy is the study of how Economic growth and Human development depend on Biological ecosystems and Socialinstitutions, and how they interact.
It is an integrative framework, bringing together ecological,economic and social models of change and stability, to account for the complex interactions among both these different areas, and different scale levels.
“No system can be understood or managed by focusing on it at a single scale. All systems exist and function at multiple scales of space, time and social organization, and the interactions across scales are fundamentally important in determining the dynamics of the system at any particular focal scale. This interacting set of hierarchically structured scales has been termed a “panarchy” (Gunderson and Holling 2003).
Panarchy shows that a Government that wants to optimize the State seen as an ecology will end up with a Decay of this state.
The only thing that helps is not to interfere and follow the cycle, as you can see in the picture below where every step moves between opposites (“tensions, “polarities “).

4. About Paths of Change:
Paths of Change (PoC) is a theory and a model about Change.
The model of Paths of Change is a 2D Fourfold pattern of Opposites called a Quaternion by Jung.
In this Chapter you will find many Paths (of Change) related to many Subjects in which PoC is used. Remember the PoC was known by the Hunter Gatherers.
Poc is used to design a Typology of Banks.The model of Paths of Change (PoC) is a Theory of Change discovered by Will McWhinney. In this blog the 4 colors of PoC called a Worldview are used to make a connection to the theory. It is called PoC because every Change is a combination of a Cyclic Combination of Points of View (Worldviews). Will McWhinney called the Paths Games like the Analytical Game (Sensory/Unity vice/versa). There are 2-step Games but also 5 step Games (for instance the Drama Triangle). A model of the Human Personality based on PoC. The Human Personality model rotates Against and With the Clock. These Rotations are called Introvert and Extravert. The model also has an Observer-state. When the Points of View repeat the Human has a Mental Ilness.Paths of Change is a fractal theory which means that the model of PoC can be used on itself . Every Square can be divided in Four Squares that can again be divided in four Squares ad infinitum. The Pyramid of Maslow as a PoC-Structure. The Holmes Event Scale as a Trigger for Calamities.The kubler Ross Transition Curve is a pattern that shows how the Four World Views of the Emotions react to a Calamity. A Calamity triggers a Spring, which is a model of the Emotions. The white line is called the Setpoint. The Setpoint is the Middle of the cycle. How the Emotions (Social) react to a Calamity. in a cycle that rotates with the clock (generative cycle) This picture shows that the Emotions are a Fractal System.ALthough the pattern looks like a Causal Chain the parts of the chain can be triggered by a Central Clock that triggers the parts at the same time.To make this possible the Internal Clcok has to synchronize with an external clock. Every Point of View relates to a special type of social network.
The Chinese Five Element Cycle contains five Elements and many ways to connect the five elements (Nourishing, Controlling and Reductive). The Five Element cycle is a Four Elements Cycle with the Middle (the Center) included.
The Chinese Five Element Cycle is generated out of a 3×3 Magic Square called the Lo Shu. The World Views are the Classical Elements with the colors of Poc. The Cycle contains two Paths of Change. One in the Center and one on the Outside. There are Five Worldviews (4+1) where the 5th is the Center (called Earth, the middle of the Cross that connects the other four views. , in this pattern a view is connected to two other world views one direct and the other 2 steps further. The middle of the circle is a Pentacle.Lo Shu on the back of a Turtle. The Turtle is the symbol of the Starsystem Orion. The middle is 5 and the sum is 15 (3×5) = 1+2+3+4+5.
Wheel of Time and Order in the Dream of wolfgang Pauli comparable to the vision of Ezekiel. .The Four Beings look like the Four Animals of the Zodiac and the four animals of the Medicine Wheel all related to the World Views that rotate perpendicular to eachother.The Chinese Sheng Cycle with Five Elements/Worldviews where the 5th worldview is the Center connected to a special Season Late Summer sometimes called Indian Summer. It is the Season in the Middle I have added Communion and Agency that can be transformed into Yang (Agency) and Yin Communion).
Observe that the Center of the Pentacle is a 180 Degrees rotated Pentacle. In this sub-Pentacle the Pattern Repeats until infinity. This shows the fractal nature of this model. Fractal (“Self Reference“) means that a Model repeats itself in the model. This principle was called As Above So Below .The Ouroboros: Self Reference.The Sheng Cyc;le as a generator of waves related to the Human Set Point and the directions of the Point of View (called Elements). The Emotions point down. The Senses look at the Outside world looking back. The Imagination looks up. The Mind creates the future by making a Plan or have an Expectation. In the middle the Triangle of the Creator Stone (Saturm) surrounded by 7 Planets and the Four Animals. This picture shows that the Moebius Ring of Panarchy is a combination of Games that combines Two Cycles that move With- and Against the Clock. With the Clock is called the generative or Producing cycle the other way araound is destructructive or Consuming Cycle.
5. About the Roots of Panarchy: Cultural Theory:
The Four Metaphors of Cultural Theory mapped on a Mathematical Model.
The matrix pictured here, adapted from Michiel Schwarz and Michael Thompson (1990), is one presentation of a typology of worldviews called cultural theory.
It plots acceptance of social controls (on the vertical axis) and levels of social commitment (on the horizontal axis). In the quadrants, the worldviews or rationalities depicted are alternatively described as archetypes, ways of life, social solidarities, and myths or caricatures of nature.
“We postulate that these four ways of life are in conflict in every conceivable domain of social life,” write Michael Thompson and Marco Verwell (2004). “Each of the four ways of life consists of a specific way of structuring social relations and a supporting cast of particular beliefs, values, emotions, perceptions, and interests.”
“In the end, every type of social conflict is about types of organization,” writes anthropologist Mary Douglas (2006). “Why do we settle for four types? Because this model is at once parsimonious and it is comprehensive. A hundred, or a million, types of cultural bias may be out there. But for explanatory value three, four or five types of social environment are enough to generate three, four or five distinct cosmologies.”
“Each rationality will generate its own distinctive engineering aesthetic: its own definition of the good, the beautiful and the socially desirable,” write Schwarz and Thompson (1990). “Our concern, therefore, should not be with which one is right (for that would be to insist that just one rationality had access to ‘the truth’) but rather with which is appropriate to the task at hand.”
The Four Views of Fiske are Four World-views Viewing at the Social Worldview (also being the Emotions).
(1): Communal Sharing: This is a Social Social group. People live together and Share things. People are treated as equivalent and undifferentiated. “What’s mine is thine; what’s thine is mine”. Fairness is important in such groups and appealing to values may be the best way to persuade. Conflict may be dealt with through mediation and others methods that seek consensus.
The Sensory view on Social Fiske calls a (2):Market=Pricing-relationship. We call this a Company. or a Community of Practice. I have repeated the picture of the Sensory view below.
As you can see a City is an expansion of the Sensory (red) view when we see a City as an Actor or Organism.
Scientists of the Santa Fe institute have found that a city behaves as an organism or a Super-organism.
(3): Equality Matching: Equality matched relationships generally collaborate around Shared goals and help one another. Relationships are reciprocal and have equal value. People treat fairly those who treat them fairly. See Tit-for-Tat as the solution of the Iterated Prisoners Dilemma.
4:Authority RankingSocial groups are arranged with a hierarchy of power. The top of the pyramid protects the lower layers.
Fiske found out that his Relational Models have a lot in common with the Scales used in Measurement Theory. We measure others the same way we measure objects and situations.
Scales are not only instruments to determine a Measurement-strategy. Scales are also ladders that bring you higher to get a better Point-of-View. This view is always blocked by the Horizon, the Point of Infinity.
The scales can be ordered in a cycle that looks like the cycle of Panarchy. The Scales and therefore the Social relations and therefore PoC and Panarchy can be related to four different Geometries.
Fiske and later Bolender found out “that there is a truly fundamental self-organizing physical process (symmetry braking) underlying social relationships that has hitherto been ignored,” They form a descending, nested series with successively fewer degrees of uniqueness (There are fewer ‘admissible’ transformations which preserve the same information).
Another explanation can be found in the spatial structure of the human body. In this context an important reference must be the work by Samuel Todes, especially his dissertation -published in 2001 by MIT Press and titled “Body and World.”.
Another explanation can be found in the Embodiment-theory of the group of George Lackof.
About Body & World.Hubert Dreyfus for a discussion of why machines cannot become human. In their discussion, they talk about the role of philosophy in clarifying what it means to be human. Hubert explains his calling and calling in general.
Humans learn about the other by copying. This faculty has been named mirror-neurons but is stil in discussion.
Another explanation is mutual entrainment, the tendency of coupled oscillators to fall into step that is widely observed in mechanical and biological systems.
EntrainmentThe model of Relationship of Fiske contains the Four Worldviews on Social. This picture contains the rotation against the Clock. (Consuming, Creative). The cycle with the clock is called the Productive Cycle. Both cycles are complementary wich means that they annihilate when they are connected (“Social”) . The energy of the fusion (Bisociation) generates the Light of Insight. The Spiritual Cycle of Walter Russell.The Cycle of with a rotation with the clock of the Emotions caused by a Calamity. THis model is comparable to the Kubler Ross-model (see Below). Observe that a calamity acts as a Spring.The Relationshipmodel of Fiske related to PoC.
The development of the Scales follows the proces of Panarchy. About extensive and intensive measures . an intensive quantity is one whose magnitude is independent of the size of the system. This is a definition of continuous data. Examples of Scales.The Ratio Scale uses a Ruler. It measures a Length. an Interval Scale measures a Distance THe Ordinal Scale measures a Rank and the Nominal Scale measures A the names of a List of the same Objects. (Being Part of The cities of the Netherlands). The order of the objects is not important). The list can be permuted (put in a different order).
The mathematical theory of Projective Geometry is a spin-off of the discovery of PerspectiveDrawing in the Renaissance. Drawing is a combination of Sensing and Action (Sensory-Motor-cortex).
This is The Perspectograph of Leonardo Da Vinci. The painter looks with one Eye through a Hole.
In Euclidian Geometry parallel lines don’t cross . Non-Eulidean Space is Curved. In every space the Sum of the Angles of the Triangel are different. Every Perspective has his own Horizon.
There is much reason to believe that what is called Revolt in Panarchy and Design in PoC is called Anti-Fragility (AF) by Nassim Taleb
AF is the art of directing an enormous frustrated diversity (mythic, yellow) towards a common Goal (unitary, blue). This happens in revolutions in which the frustrated disadvantaged popular masses (green) want to conquer the position of the rulers (blue).
AF causes a transition between two (eco) systems in which a new higher order arises. The new order has a slower rhythm, slower, because it has lost the flexibility of the lower order and has a greater range.
The revolution has filled the bureaucracy of the old structures with those who were out of order. In essence, little changes (the iron law of the oligarchy). The new order has found a different concept for the diversity that is under pressure. An example is the transition from the unicellular to the multicellular organism that in its unicellular state had to go against the current to gather food and now just waits for the useful resources to come along.
As long as the new plan, model is only present in the mind, the model is scale independent (“a vision or a philosophy”). As soon as one starts making the design (Blue / red / -> make), one will have to fall back on what is available or design and build a lot (the “utopia”) to shape the entire ecology. Anti-fragility occurs when the imbalance in an Equality Matching structure (resilience) becomes too great and the structure wants to return to its equilibrium. In such a case, there are three possibilities (1) the parts go back to the original AR (blue) and reorder (counter-revolution) (2) the parts go MP (standardization, red) and are translated into ( some) units or (3) they leave the current ecology and go to a “higher” ecology where they also end up in a new AR. The picture shows that Resilience (Anti-Fragile) and Fragile are a category and that Agile and Anti-Agile are a category.
Here you have to ask yourself if Anti-Fragile and Resilience are not the same. The first category (Fragile, Anti-Fragile) is a Form where Fragile is a physical form (a glass, matter, solid, “earth”) and Anti-Fragile is an Idea (“air”, film, software, media).
Agile and Anti-Agile are forms of collaboration that control a process. In the first case (Anti-Agile) the process (a streamline) is fixed (standard, earth / ice). The second case (Agile) is very flexible (“water”). All paths from the source flow to the sea.The Model of Fiske related to Concepts out of the Social Psychology.
7. Mapping the Fractal Model of Panarchy to Poc and Fiske:
The Cycles of Panarchy are fractal . They move with their own frequency. The scales are connected and Jumps Up (Revolt) and Down (Remember). Revolt looks like a Human Revolution Evolution in Biology and Anti-Fragile (being a state where the system changes and increases its Potential by being able to produce different (re)actions.
Panarchy is controlled by 3 Variables and moves in Time. This means that Panarchy is a 4D-Control feedback system. The variables are called Potential (Up/Down), Resilience (High/Low) and Connectedness (Communion, High/Low). Resilience looks like a Spring.

9. Flow Systems States and Estuaries:
The Ancient States Egypt and Sumer were based on an ecology mostly situated at an Estuaryof of a Big River (Nile, Euphrate, Tigris) that ends in a sea.
The States got into big problems when the climate changed and raining stopped, the amount of sweet water went down in combination with the entering of salt water of the sea. This all destroyed the crops.
10.Harbours, the Silk Road and other Places of Exchange of Ideas:
Many old states were situated at an Entrance to the Sea (Harbour) to make Trade and Exchange of Ideas possible. Trade was also facilitated by being at an important node in a international trade route that crossed the Desert (The Silk Road).
The connection points were the point were Ideas, Philosophies and Theories were exchanged. The Harbors facilitated important Creative centers like Alexandria and Venice.
RandallCollins shows in his book Interacting Ritual Chains that Humans need the Entrainment of Special group Rituals to release Emotional Tensions. Successful rituals create symbols of group membership and pump up individuals with positive emotional energy.
12. Examples of A new Model of the State:
In this Chapter I put the models out of Chapter 1-12 in a special order in which the City or the State plays a central role.
The picture below shows a PoC-model with a pattern of a Moebius Ring.
The Moebius-ring (the number 8) is the model behind Panarchy. An ecology contains many connected 8’s. A connected Ecology could be called a Region.
The model contains the functions that can be found in a (big) city. The States grew out of Cities.
Cities look like Organisms. Organisms cooperate in super-organisms. An Ecology is a Super Organism (comparable to the Ants).
The second picture below the picture below is also a model of a (big) City . It contains the Social Networks described in Chapter 4 (About PoC) in the Center.
It also contains a Linear connected ValueChain I call a Value Cycle or a Value Network.
It also contains a Triangel with a Center that connects the many roles that could be implemented as a Monitor. A Monitor plays the role of the Observer,Consciousness. Its role is to Balance the Four Roles. In my opinion the State (or City) should play this role instead of playing the role of the Controller.
The patterns in this model you can seen at the right. They contain a Poc Cycle in a Poc Cycle containing many PoC-cycles that represent Humans.
The term Company (Red)Flow and Sensor represent Activities in the City represented as a Value Cycle. A Value Cycle is a Value Chain that is connected. Flow Systems are related to the rotation of the Earth connected to the Sun Cycle. A City is synchronizedto the Day and the Sun Cycle,.
Yellow (Idea, creative)/<-<Red (Sensing, Action) is called Inventive in PoC . Very important is the link Green (Social)<->Blue (Management, Control, Unity, Rules, Systems) ) that contains the term Building Value and the link Blue/Yelow (Inspire). It is the most important process that transforms resources (Value) into a Unity (Capital, Wealth,Potential) that is able to allocate the Creative Power (Spirit). Have a look again at how entrainment is used in combinations with Rituals.
The 3rd Picture shows a bigger picture where Types of Systems are related that are 2fold (Fragile), 4Fold (look like Organisms) and N-Fold (Anti-Fragile). They change in a way we call Evolution.
The interesting part of all the pictures is that they are all created by applying the fractal of PoC on PoC etc.
If The State is an Ecology we have to create a Multi-Layer nested PoC-model or start with a simple model (“a meta-fractal?) and make it more complex by combining more parts in different ways. The lowest level of this system has to be the human. The human is a moving-Ecology of Bacteria and Viruses.

This is a PoC-model that shows how a human reacts to a calamity.This model is compatible to the model of Kubler ross. The same model applied to a City. This model was used in a Smart City -project (called SUS, Smart Urban Space) in the Hague. In the Center we see the Observer.The four Worldviews are Yellow Unique/ : Playing Games, Green (Social): Cooperate, Blue: Order: Hierarchy is about Power and Red: the Sensory-Moter-part is about Conflict/Competition. 3 Connected Ecologies: : Human part of a Social Network part of a City.PoC, Panarchy & Fiske combined with Anti-Fragility. An Ecology can be a Region but An Ecology can also be a Human (or an Organism) or lower in the levels we can define until the singularity.
13. How to Design a State:
In this chapter we use the Development Proces-Model of PoC. The Arrows make it possible to create Many Different paths of Change..
Observe that Industry , Science, Market (see Polyani) and Media are part of the Model but that the Cross is not filled This place, the role of the Observer or Monitor could be taken by the Sate or the City.
14: Human Rights and Maslows Pyramid.
The ancient States grew out of Cities that where (re)Created close to the Sea by a group of People with a Bloodline (Kin(g) ) to a Godmade Human.
Human Rights (HR) have a lot in common with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This means that HR have a lot in Common with PoC and therefore with Fiskes theory of Human Relations and Panarchy.
Human Rights are a product of an Utopian Movement that was motivated by many World Wars and Dictators that love to speak to their counterparts in the General Assembly of the UN.
Laws are a symbolic power enforced by the legal system that is enforced by a democracy, the power of the many that have no power against the smart weapons that are designed to give Big Brother its tools to control the minds.
A politics of human rights must transcend judges. History shows that movements relying on judges alone are weak. We need more power and the power can be found in the citizins that are also consumers. They can vote with their wealth but much netter with their Intelect.

Every Point of View claims it has its own Right but blocks the view on the Whole for the others.
Without a view on the whole the parts become a whole leading to an explosion of Complexity.
Our body contains organs but the organs are not the controller of the Body.
Our Brain is not a computer that contains software-programs that are triggered by the sensors of the senses.
the Parts react to the signals of all the Other Parts.
The monitor collects and distributes these signals.
We are a Bodyfield that synchronizes with other fields.
When we look at the Path of the Hero (PoH, also called the monomyth) that was rediscovered by Joseph Campbell we learn that the adventure of life starts with a Calling (Event) to go on a Quest.
In this Quest we use the practises and talents we have aquired in our life.
During the Quest we meet a lot of Helpers (Community) that are motivated by the Quest. At a certain point we have to make a Choice (Priotize) where to go and find the Insight we need to go on.
This Insight is shared with the Community.
An Insight is a view of the inside. Our inside is a Body . Our Body is the Temple we live in.
The PoH is a combination of 2 triangels, the Analytic Cycle and the Value Cycle that share the connection between Vision & Practice called Invention.
The Quest proves what all the Alchemists knew when they had found the Stone that brings Eternal Life.
When the Alchemist closes the circle of the Four Worldviews the alchemist discovers that History repeats itself all the time.
When the monitor does not move all the Stages of the Cycle will appear time after time stage after stage until the cycle returns to the Moment of Conception.

Kim Veltman’s researched the development of World Cultures by looking at the development of Alphabets.This video is part of a long playlist. Yesterday I discovered that Kim Veltman died recently 1-4-2020. Kim shows that World Culture was already there 100.000 BC and there was a lively contact with all the cultures (also in the US) by Ship and Silk Roads.
Kim Veltman shows that the many cultures on earth use the same building blocks for already > 120.000 years. The building blocks were rearranged in different orders but on the deepest level they stayed the same. He also shows that old-myths are old histories that bring us back to the beginning. The Mandate of Heaven.
The Emperor is in Control until he Fails.
The Mandate of Heaven is a cyclic concept originating in the Zhou Dynasty from before 1000 B.C. which determines whether the emperor is sufficiently virtuous to rule.
The Zhou People worshiped a supreme deity, Tian, the name means “sky” and in English means “Heaven.”
tThe mandate is based on four principles: 1. The right to rule is granted by Heaven 2. There is only Heaven therefore there can only be one ruler 3. The right to rule is based on the virtue of the ruler 4. The right to rule is not limited to one dynasty.
The mandate is still believed by a majority of the people of China. This means that even the tribe of the Communist Party and its leader (a new type of Emperor) has to obey the rules.
The four pillars of the Mandate of Heaven demand that if the Emperor fails to fulfil his obligations to the people, then his Mandate and right to be ruler is over.
“Heaven” sends signs when the ruler’s day are done.
Disasters of nature such as floods, drought, famine and disease are signs that the Ruling Dynasty has lost Heaven’s Mandate to rule, and those happenings justify the people’s right to rebel against them under the four principles of the Mandate.
In centuries past, these signs from Heaven led to uprisings – 49 times in Chinese history – and a new Ruling Dynasty came to power, often from within the ranks of those who rebelled.
Plan of the Ritual complex built by emperor Wang Mang (AD 9) as a reconstruction of the Ming Tang of antiquity. The Four Directions as Doors and in the Middle the Central Building are an implementation of the Sheng Cycle in the Central City of the State. It shows the fractal nature of the state.

The Sheng-Cycle is a Fractal-cycle. It is applicable at the level of the Emperor and the state and the level of the body and on all the levels you find the same “tools” to diagnose and to cure..
The generating cycle, , is a 1->1 relationship of nourishment and Support of one element by another. In the same way that a Mother nourishes her child, so does each of the elements nourish its “Child” element.
A Mother/Child-relationship is what we would call a Causal Relation in a predestinated order that is a Cycle.
The order is the order of the Sun Cycle in which order the seasons are also called organs.
The organs have a relationship with what we call the organs in the body but they are not matter but an Energy Pattern comparable with the Energy-patterns One Mae Who talks about in this blog.
The Controlling Cycle represents relationships which prevent any given element from becoming overwhelming or too powerful in relation to the system as a whole.
In terms of our family-relationships metaphor, it is the “grandmother” that exerts this healthy control over the “grandchild” element
In the West we name the Grandmother-relation a Feed-Forward of Feed-Backward-Relation.

The diagnosis is done at the Pulse. This is the place where all the Elements (Points of View)/Organs) get together. By pressing softly at the left or the right pulse a “Pattern” is felt that feels like a wave.

The same happens when we create a very small Electro Magnetic Field . This event stimulates the Immune-System of the Body. The E/M-field is the Force of Life (Chi).
We could implement the same system by creating a monitor that samples data that represent the World-Views.
China and India are examples of cultures that used their knowledge and experience to manage society. They believed in Cycles and Harmony. The last Emperor was taken by the Mandate of Heaven and had to surrender to the new rulers of the communist party.

The cities became City-states and because of the Distribution of Labor (mostly by Slaves) they were able to feed big Armies .
The Leaders of the settled tribes turned themselves into Gods and became Kin-g.
The city-states close to the Sea and the Silk-roads became Rich and Powerful and expanded into Countries.
The kin-gs united the City-States and The State was Born.
The Kin-gs became Pope or Emperor. All the time their Magical attributes and Supporters (the Tribes) did not change until the Slaves killed the Kin’gs.
Charlemagne united most of Western Europe for the first time since the Roman Empire, and spurred the Carolingian Renaissance. Sometimes called the ‘Father of Europe’.
The French Revolutionended the Power of the Kin’gs and of their Gods and created the concept of the Cooperative.

The Roots of Rationalism can be found in the Enlightment.
In the 18th century Rational Man, not God, got into the Centre.
The Scientists and Philosophers of the Enlightment were obsessed by Objectivity and Perfection.
In their view, Objectivity and Perfection can only be accomplished by controlling the subjective parts, the Emotions and the Imagination of the Human Being.
The subjective parts are part of the Body and the Body is Impulsive and Illusionary. The Warm Chaotic Sensual Body detracts the Cold Analytic Brain.
The Rationalists created the Corporations, the Mass Production System and the Mass Media. Every structure in the rational ecology is designed to perform its own Specialized task.
The Mass Media create the Demand for the Products that the Mass Production Systems have to deliver.
The Rationalists put the Brains at the Top of the Hierarchy of the Corporations and the Brain in the Operating System of the Computer.
They eliminated the Craftsman and the Laborers and replaced them with the Perfect always Obedient Objective Human, the Robot.
Rationalism is turning every local Diversity into a global Monoculture. Everything can be Quantified and Everything, even Life itself, can be Engineered (Bio-Engineering).
The Big Problems Earth is facing can be solved by new Technology and Enough Capital to Invest.
It is just a matter of Time and the totally Engineered World will be a Fact of Life. If Earth cannot be saved we will simply move into Space and find another Place to Live.
The Ecology of the State:
In this blog I try to show that we have to believe in Self-Regulation which means that the first step to create the State of the Future is to de-Regulate.
Self-regulation is A State without a Government (Anarchy) or ““an inclusive, universal system of governance in which all may participate meaningfully.” This could be a State as a Cooperative.
The theory of Pan–Anarchy. is “a conceptual framework to account for the dual, and seemingly contradictory, characteristics of all complex systems.”
Panarchy explains Ecologies by using a Taoistic view on the world. An ecology has a Yin and a Yang side or in terms of PoC it combines Agency (Yang, Unity, Order) and Communion (Yin, Cooperation). This order is a observed or Emergent order not an enforced order.
This order could result out of an Entrained System,
The four stages of the Adaptive Cycle are analogous to Birth, Growth, Maturation,Death and Renewal and have Three properties that determine the dynamic characteristics of each cycle:
(1) Potential sets the limits to what is Possible –
(2) Connectedness determines the degree to which a system can control its own destiny through Internal controls, as distinct from being influenced by External variables
(3) Resilience determines how Vulnerable a system is to unexpected disturbances.

A State with an unBalanced Distribution system will Collapse.

States grew by Expanding or by taking over other states.To expand states fused but also took over control which was most of the time done with a lot of Violence.
To stay alive States had to increase the amount of soldiers and make or invent new weapons.
Small States fuse into bigger structures like the European Union to benefit from the Protection of a bigger state.
Most of the time the soldiers were children out of the underclass of the state. To motivate the soldiers States became something to Die for.
States Act like humans because humans always Project humans in Agents that show an active behavior. These agents take over the role of the Parent (mostly the Father). States became a Substitute for the Family.
Currently we see a lot of Competing states that compete with other structures that coordinate Human Behavior.
Big Global Companies are sometimes more Powerful than States.
The most innovative state of the state, the constitutional state (See Part 2) has to be innovated to Integrate all of the organizational structures currently available.
If this is not done one of the new structures will Take over Control.
Current Technology is able to Control and Manipulate billions of people by Changing their behavior

The Maori made a conscious choice not to start Agriculture but to live from Mother Earth.
The Hunter Gatherers developed an intuitive knowledge of what Mother Nature needed. In these cultures only people with a “gift”, the shamans, become priests.

State formation is explained by The production of surplus (Wealth) resulting in a division and specialization of labor: leading to Classes who worked the land and to those who could devote their time to other tasks including astrology and warfare.
Large societies tend to develop Ruling classes and supporting Bureaucracies (Systems, Connectedness) , which leads to larger organizations that want to Control the world.
When the state is too dependent on systems the state will collaps when a Not Expected Disaster takes place (a Black Swan or a Dragon King.).
For a very long time the Hierarchy was the most important Control-System in Use.
Currently the Center of the System is moving from the Top to the Bottom because of the Rise of Communication Technology (Internet).

A big part of this blog is about the State we live in called the Constitutional State, the Nation State or the Rechtsstaat.
All of them are highly Dependent on the Belief that People are regulated by Laws and that there is something behind all these Laws which is an Eternal principle that represents the Good.
A deep (but not very difficult) analysis shows that the State is an instrument to benefit a certain Elite (A Tribe?) that is Sustained by the Systems of the State in which the Educational System is the most important.

3. History of the State starting with the GREAT FLOOD.
Before the Great Flood Humans were organized in Tribes and later in Kingdoms. Most of the humans were owned by other humans.
After the Industrial Revolution the Slaves started a Revolution and the Kings had to share their Power with the Many still divided in the Rich and the Poor.
People no longer felt they were Owned by some Ruler; instead they now gave their Loyalty to something bigger, the Nation-state.
4. The Constitutional State.
This is a new concept in which the “good” is put into a General accepted Meta-law (a law that rules over other laws) chosen by a Majority of people. The big problems with a Meta-System is that it not bounded. It suffers Infinite Regress.
The big problem with a not bounded Constitution is that it will eventually cover All of the Humans, the Animals, the Territory of Earth (UNO) or even Space.
5. The problems of the Constitutional Sate.
To service its citizens the Rechtsstaat starts Companies that operate in the for- and the non-profit Market.
These Companies are now sold (or “given”) to the rich elite or the rich global companies that are now controlling the world.
Poor Citizens are paying Taxes for the benefit of the rich others.
This is Splitting the State and gives Opportunistic Leaders (Populist) the chance to drive their followers into a Renaissance of the Fascist State.
The STaat is also competing with other rechtsstaats (EU, UNO, ..). that control the “lower” rechtstaat giving the Nationalists the opportunity to dissolve structures that were created to Prevent a 3de World-war.
6. The End of the Nation State.
States are connected to a physical boundary. The United Nations relate to Earth.
The perspective of Humanity changed when we were able to see the Earth in the Middle (Bible, Creation Story) the Sun in the Middle ( Science Copernicus) to the Center of the Milkey Way in the Middle (Hubble Telescope, Technology).
The Cycle of History is moving to the Center. Our movement into Space_ generates a new (Space)-Spirituality created by the Meta-Myth of Joseph Gampbell that motivates people to leave Earth and move to Mars or even further.

The Institutions of the state and the Elite that controls the state have been an object of Destruction for a very long time. Until now the State seems to be Resilient/ Anti-fragile. It restores and grows from Chaos.

11. The Techno-State.
In 1999 I wrote a document called MOVING UP and MOVING DOWN Ideas and opinions about the connection between Small Scale specialized human networks and large scale collaborative IT-technology.
It shows that we are moving to a connected Collaborative Space mostly called the Internet (or Hyperspace).
Hyperspace is now owned by big Global companies like Google and Facebook that Sell and Predict the Activity-profiles in Hyper- and Physical Space of many people on earth.
1.Introduction.
This blog is the result of an increasing frustration about the Performance of the State I live in (The Netherlands).
My Government acts without a vision, spends a huge amount of (tax)money and makes nistake after mistake most of the time in the use of Technologybut also in providing effective Healthcare, Education, Protection, etc etc.
I Spend a few weeks reading thinking and writing about the State and came to the conclusion that we are facing the end of the Nation State.
It looks like Big Brother is already there and we are facing a situation in Europe that looks like the rise of the Totalitarian fascists States around 1933.
Is history repeating?
2. What is a Sate?
A Nation State is a Top Down Management Structure that controls a lot of peoplethat share a lot. Currently the Top (Government) is loosing its power to other powers (Companies) .
In this last case the Nation State will transform into a Network of SpecialEconomic Zones comparable to Hong Kong that provide a Tax-haven and a Secure haven to the very Rich. .
People that look alikesynchronize and turn into a crowd that follows the directions of the Leader if he (or she) uses the Rhetoric of the Common Enemy. Most of the influentual Dictators were aware (by instinct or training) that they could bring a huge amount of people in Sync doing things they never believed that was Possible.
Crowds Synchronize when they look at the same thing.
Nation States are fragmenting into small Cultural Identities.
The Greek philosopher Aristotle believed that questions of the State, how it should be organized, and how it should pursue its ends, were fundamental to the achievement of happiness. Aristotle was aquainted with the City-State of Athens.

The State we live in is the result of a Top-Down/Bottom Up process that repeats itself many times.
States start as small City States, and grow into Big Burocratic States.
Burocratic states are highly fragileand are therefore easily destroyed by a calamity or taken over by groups of violent people specialized in warfare that are triggered by famine caused by a change of climate or a change of the environment caused by human activity (desert creation, the industrial revolution).
Another cause of the end of a state can be found in internal conflict between competing groups often part of the Rulers (Masters) and the Ruled (Slaves).
This conflict can result in a Split of the state and or a Fusion of comparable parts. India and the Us are an example of both in which Religion was the cause of the split and a Cultural Likeness (“Capitalistic, Calvinistic) the reason of a Fusion.
The Huns, especially under their King Attila, made frequent and devastating raids into the Eastern Roman Empire. invaded Italy and almost conquered Rome.
Chinese government build big walls to protect the country against the Mongols.
In time the Victors fill in the old framework of the burocracy with their own people and the system becomes fragile again.
Systems (and humans) Reproduce themselves with Parts that reproduce themselves ( autopoiesis. ).
3.History of the State.
The next Great Flood will probably not be caused by a collision with a meteorite but by the melting of ice caused by the rising of temperature caused by Climate Change.
The repeating process of State-production was stopped by and started again after the Great Flood. This happened around 3117 BC.

Ur was a new .start. Soon the City States started to make war and grew into a bigger structure.
Ur has always been an important location, a harbor, part of the trade-routes that connected the East and the West. Because of the Trade The rulers (Male and/or Female) of Ur became very rich.
Rulers become God and The High Priest gets te power.
Shulgi, the greatest king of the Third Dynasty of Ur, who solidified the hegemony of Ur and reformed the empire into a highly centralized bureaucratic state. Shulgi ruled for a long time (at least 42 years) and deified himself halfway through his rule.
The transformation from ruler to God brought the King to the highest state of Power. Many rulers copied this behavior and many new Gods appeared making life very complex.
At the time of Shulgi rulers were often adviced by Magi that had a lot of knowledge about Mass Manipulation, Personal Magic and Medicine. When the rulers became God the Magi became the High Priest.
The Egyptian Pharao Akhenaton who was probably the Master of the Biblical Mozes Defined one God as the principal God. He started a new trend Monotheism based on the worship of Aten (the Sun Disk) .
In the Egyptian state the Priests were very powerful. They rebelled against Akhhenaton and restored the cult of Ammon.

Ancient Israelite religion was originally polytheistic; the Israelites worshipped many deities including El, Baal, Asherah, and Astarte. Yahweh was originally the national god of the Kingdom of Judah.
The ancient economies of China, the Incan Empire, the Indian Empires, Babylon, Greece, and the various kingdoms of Africa operated on principles of reciprocity and redistribution with a very limited role for markets.
Cycles: History repeats itself.

New Empires.
To the Romans, anyone who was not a citizen of Rome or who did not speak Latin was a barbarian. In Europe there were five major barbarian tribes – the Huns, Franks, Vandals, Saxons, and Visigoths (Goths) – and all of them wanted to destroy Rome.
The rulers of the barbarians soon created kingdoms, empire-states that took over the rule of Rome. As always the expansion of the new Empires generated conflicts and war.
The Secular State.
In the renaissance the Zeitgeist of Europe turned into the state of Imagination/Spirit.
The Bible was translated in the languages of the empires and a unique interpretation of the Christian Faith turned into a Work Ethic based on the theories of Calvin.
Cpitalism and the freedom of Faith were born. The State left the field of religion and theSecular _State was born.
The State of the (Capitalistic) Hawks.
“The German sociologist Franz Oppenheimer (1864-1943), said, there are only two ways for men to acquire wealth.
The first method is by producing a good or a service and voluntarily exchanging that good for the product of somebody else.
This is the method of exchange, the method of the free market; it’s creative and expands production; it is not a zero-sum game because production expands and both parties to the exchange benefit.
Oppenheimer called this method for the acquisition of wealth the “Economic means“.
The second method is seizing another person’s property without his consent, i.e., by robbery, exploitation ND/OR looting.
The Noble Price winning Economist Daniel Kahneman wrote a book called Hawkish Biasisin which he explains economic behavior with the same attitudes Exchange (cooperation,Dove) and competition (Hawk, war, immoral behavior).
Oppenheimer called the thawkish method of obtaining wealth “the political means.” And then he went on to define the state, or government, as “the organization of the Political means,” i.e., the regularization, legitimation, and permanent establishment of the political means for the acquisition of wealth of the Hawks (the Upperclass) .
Around 1789 Europe was in the Social State meaning that social-conflicts started to increase.
The French Revolution (1789) started a revolt of the underclass that was hit by an economic crisis caused by a change of the climate caused by an explosion of a vulcano in Iceland. After the revolution the Middleclass (Bourgeoisie) took over the power and created factories powered by the steammachine. This stage in history is called the Industrial Revolution.
The Industrial revolution created a new underclass, the proletariat. Marx following Hegeldetected that World History follows Patterns
The French Revolution triggered the start of the Socialistic Movement in England that caused many revolutions in for instance Russia and China. Both are countries that are controlled by an Elite (“the Party“).
Although most of the time not highly visible all countries with a State are controlled by an Elite that creates a Network connected to special Schools/Universities, Political Parties and big Companies or networks of specialized comparable Small companies (Farmers rtc).
The State as an Selforganizing System.
Anthony Giddens (1985) stresses that the emergence of the “Internally Pacified State” that centralizes the Means of Violence and hence prevents Armed Struggles between opposed classes was accompanied and enabled by a large expansion of the apparatuses of Surveillance and Bureaucratic Administration.
Giddens argues that the nation state is a “Power Container” [Giddens, 1985: 13] that stores and concentrates Authorative and allocative resources and that with the rise of capitalism the nation state replaced the City as the most important power container.
The Institutions of the State are the Keepers of the Rules that facilitate the systems in the state to self-organize:
Can a human society be constrained in such a way that self-organization will thereafter tend to produce outcomes that Advance the Goals of the society? Such a society would be self-organizing in the sense that individuals who pursue only their own interests would none-the-less act in the interests of the society as a whole, irrespective of any intention to do so. This paper identifies the conditions that must be met if such a self- organizing society is to emerge. It demonstrates that the key enabling requirement for a self- organizing society is ‘consequence-capture’. Broadly this means that all agents in the society must capture sufficient of the benefits (and harms) that are produced by their actions on the goals of the society. ‘Consequence-capture’ can be organized in a society by appropriate management (systems of evolvable constraints) that suppress free riders and support pro-social actions. In human societies these constraints include institutions such as systems of governance and social norms. The paper identifies ways of organizing societies so that effective governance will also self-organize. This will produce a fully self-organizing society in which the interests of all agents (including individuals, associations, firms, multi- national corporations, political organizations, institutions and governments) are aligned with the interests of the society as a whole.
4. The Constitutional State.
At the turn of the nineteenth century, the constitutional state took its origin from a revolution against absolutist rule and feudal inequality.
‘Constitution’ as a revolutionary new concept of law meant as an ideal-type: written, supreme, secular law, decided by the people and regulating all public power.
Constitutional monarchy was the dominant type of constitutional state in Europe throughout the nineteenth century.
It was marked by a fundamental dualism between monarchical and parliamentary power, which tended towards parliamentarization and came to an end with complete constitutionalization and democratization of European states as an outcome of the First World War.
While the post-war years represented the apex of European constitutionalism, the deep European crisis of the 1930s with the rise of dictatorship destroyed the core function of constitutionalism, to legally bind state power, which came to be restored only gradually after 1989 for the whole of Europe.
Currently a big part of Europe is controlled by the European Union (EU) created 1-1-1958. The citizen support for the EU is in a steep decline culminating in the rise and come back of many nationalistic parties and the Brexit (Exit of Brittain).
5. The Future of the Dutch Constitutional State.
In 2003 the WRR ( Dutch Government Scientific Think Thank) wrote a report about the future of the Dutch Constitutional State called a Rechtsstaat.
The ZeitGeist is currently in the State of the Center (Whole, White, Boundaries).
Citizins want to be treated as respectedIndividuals (Informalization) and are exploring boundaries (Intensivation) . Young people Cross boundaries, companies work withoutboundaries (Globalization) and countries define new boundaries.
The system of rules governing a rechtstaat is becoming too complex and the connected system becomes too bureaucratic, while capacity problems are arising on account of the large flow of applications, public participation procedures,complaints, pleas and proceedings against the government on the part of assertive citizens.
Competing Rule Systems.
Next to this there are many more “rechts states” (EU, UN) that are are creating and enforcing competing rule-systems.
Especially in smallcities and parts of big cities (comparable to city-states) a new third sector is growing that contains cooperatives of civilians that develop shared autarkicnon-for-profit (social) functions like energy& food-production, care for the elderly etc etc. These functions are based on exchange of material and services (reciprocity ).
This a model based on Paths of Change that is based on reports of the Social Cultural Planning Bureau in the Netherlands described in this blog (in Dutch).

All countries are today embedded in the same system, which subjects them all to the same pressures.
20th-century political structures are drowning in a 21st-century ocean of deregulated finance,autonomous technology, religious militancy and great-power rivalry.
Finally, the old superpowers’ demolition of old ideas of international society – ideas of the “society of nations” that were essential to the way the new world order was envisioned after 1918 – has turned the nation-state system into a lawless gangland“;
Everything that was structured most of the time by a Top Down Hierarchical Structure and Controlled by Lawmakers that enforce their own rules is now attacked by many new connected (by a Telecom Network) bottom-up structures that make it possible to Control and Direct the Individuals in the Masses with Highly Intelligent Big Brother technology.
A Model of a Human based on the Paths of Change (PoC)-model.
There is a strong popular demand for decisions to be taken at lower levels than Central Government.
At the extreme, this has fuelled Iindependence movements in Scotland, Quebec, Catalonia and Western Sahara, not to mention Palestine and Kosovo. Less dramatically, we see an increasing devolution of Central Powers in most countries.
Multinational Corporations are more powerfull than Governments: They operate globally, unrestricted by borders.
The biggest tech companies are now richer than most countries, and foreign Governments find it very difficult to tax them properly on the profits they make.
At the very center of Hannah Arendt’s analysis of The Origins of Totalitarianismis her insight into the decline of European Nation-States.
Nation-states were always based on a fiction so that the demanded Liberté, égalité and, fraternitédemanded by liberal States was held to be compatible with the national Homogeneity of the Nation.
But as different Ethnic Groups demanded recognition and rights and as refugees advocated for rights within traditional nation-states, the Tension between legal equality and national recognition set the nations of Europe Against the states and led to the rise of Fascism in Italy and Totalitarianism in Germany.
Today there are similar indications that nation-states are once again failing and . that the rise of populist nationalist movements around the world is a response to the widespread failure of nation-states to address 21st century problems.
This is why a strange brand of Apocalyptic Nationalism is so widely in vogue. But the current appeal of Machismo as Political Style, the Wall-building and Xenophobia,the fantastical Promises of National Restoration – these are not cures, but symptoms of what is slowly revealing itself to all: nation states everywhere are in an advanced state of political and moral decay.
Deprivation (poverty, lack of education, lack of political freedom) can drive people to terrorism.
Late in the 19th century, Anarchistlabor unionsbegan to use the tactic of general strike. This often resulted in violence by both sides and some of the strikes even resulted in the Deaths of striking workers, their replacements and security staff. In this climate, some anarchists began to advocate and practice terrorism or assassination.
ViolenceAgainst the State is used by Groups of People (“Freedom Fighters”) who do not recognize that the current State represents the (Origional) Citizins and/or that the Law of the State is not the Accepted general Law (“Religious Fighters“) of a Culture that occupies the State.
Sometimes the State uses Violence to Control the Citizens of the State (State Terrorism).

10: States: What makes them Work?
Humans attribute a human Personality to an Active process (an Agent). The weather is nice and States look like a Father ANDor a Mother. or a Family.
George Lakoff is a specialist in Metaphor. A Metaphor is a function between two models.
For instance Freud made a model of the Human by Mapping the Human Body to a Steam Machine.
George Lakoff believes in his book Moral Politics that US Citizins see the State according to their party as a Nurturing Mother (Democrats) or a Strict Father (Republicans) part of a Family (Being a Tribe).
States are often represented by Humans (Mother Russia) or a Bounded Location (the Heimat, Germany).
States are Born and Grow Up just like Humans.
Just like life a birth is not a gentle process but comes with stress and pain. The Big Battles between states live for many years and the Reason can be revoked to start a new Battle.
The same applies when a State was a Superpower in the past. States without a shareddramatic story don’t motivate citizens to support the state without asking questions.
The State works when the Citizens are able to Trust the state and or be Proud to be part of the state they live in. The state is Evaluated by its Activities but also by the people it represents (PoliticianS).
When we use model of Path of Change (picture below) we can see that Politicians combine Rules and Social (vice verse) which means that they play a Game in which they make a combination between What People Believe and What they Value and are PART OF A CYCLE in which ACTION and REFLECTION takes place.
The task of the Politician is to establish Consensus between the citizens of the State.

Many thought the internet would spawn a Digital democratic utopia: Today, we witness the opposite Hacking elections and Polarizing open societies.
Democracy is not only about Voting but also about having a Voice to articulate what is Needed. Citizens want to participate in the beginning of a project and not only use the result. One of the possibilities is to Vote with the Tax you Pay .
Participatory Budgeting(PB) is a democratic process in which community members decide how to spend part of a public budget. It gives people real power over real money.
Since then PB has spread to over 3,000 cities around the world, and has been used to decide budgets from states, counties, cities, housing authorities, schools, and other institutions.
Obama wants to stimulate the US Economy by investing a Huge amount of Dollars in Infrastructure. He is not worried about the US Deficit. Big Spending is needed to create jobs and creating jobs is priority number one. If he is not worried about the Deficit I would advice him to change his plan and just give everybody in the US enough money to buy what they want. This would really boost the Economy in a very short time.
The US Deficit is rising and because of many factors (mainly the Baby Boomers) the deficit will rise to almost 53.000.000.000 US Dollars.
It is possible for the US to go on spending without taking care of its budget?
If nobody wants the US to pay back his debt Everything is Possible. If the US Citizens start to consume every country in the World will benefit because every country in the World wants to sell its products to the US.
Why don’t we give a lot of money to the Underdeveloped Countries too? Many people are starving to death.
He could do that too. Obama is the President of the US and the US is the biggest power in the World. He is able to do everything he wants to do and everybody will like his plan. If your are the President of the US you have to ACT BIG.
Why don’t we give everybody in the Whole World what they really want?
He could do this too. In a few years Everybody in the Whole Wide World will be Happy. This is really the Big Thing.
But wait.
The US is still the biggest Military Power in the World. The US is spending about $1 trillion per year to finance its Defense Budget. Obama wants to spend about $700 billion to boost the economy. When everybody is happy you don’t need an army. This would save $300 billion to help the poor people in the Word. If everybody is happy all the other countries don’t need an army too. This would save even more money. Making everybody in the World Happy is a good plan.
But wait.
If the US is not paying for an Army many people in the US and other countries will be out of work. It will also kill the Weapon Industry. They have to find another job. Perhaps they could find a job in Healthcare.
But wait.
If everybody is happy the amount of sick people will decrease. This will have an impact on the Pharmaceutical Industry and many other Industries. They have to find another job. Perhaps they could find a job in the Media.
But wait.
If everybody is happy the Media will lose jobs because Bad News is always Good News. They have to find another job. Perhaps they could find a job in Agriculture or Education.
But wait.
If people are happy they produce less children and we need the Children to give the Teachers something to do. We will need less food and if you work in Agriculture you don’t need much Education. They have to find another job.
Sorry. I will stop.
I don’t think it is a good plan to spend money to make everybody happy in the World. If everybody is happy the problems get bigger and bigger. I now understand why people are consuming. They are consuming because they are not happy. The US needs Enemies to keep the US Citizens Consuming.
But wait.
If the Enemies of the US are not happy they will ask the US to balance its budget. So someday Obama has to do something.
The Kondratiev Wave predicts the long term behavior of the Economy. If you look at the Kondratiev Wave, the next stage after the Depression (Winter) is called Spring. Spring is the Time of the Seeds (new Ideas). They where harvested in Autumn. During the time of the Winter the seeds are dormant.
When the Harvest was rich, Winter is a time of Contemplation and Rest. Nature hibernates. Plants, Trees and many Animals sleep and are in the state of the Unconsciousness. When the Harvest was poor, Winter is a time of big trouble.
There will be shortages of Food and Fuel. When the Harvest was poor Winter is a time of Social Unrest and even Social Conflict. During the Kondratiev Winter Big Wars are fought and the Dark Side of the Unconscioussness shows itself in the extreme rise of Psychological Problems (Stress, Addictions, Paranoid) and Dark Religious Movements.
During Winter Shares, Paper money and other Imaginary forms of Wealth are worthless. When you want to buy something you have to deliver real value (Cash, Gold, Silver).
It is very clear that You can Make Big Money during a cold winter when you have gathered a huge pile of primary commodities (“raw materials”). During Winter raw materials are exchanged for other raw materials. When you don’t have access to these materials the only thing that is left for you is Charity.
When you are the owner of raw materials and you are making a lot of money you are Making Use of the Situation. During a cold winter you have to give to the poor and the sick. To make it very clear Making Big Money during a Depression is a Crime.
When you are Rich you can accumulate Social Value by giving away your Material Wealth to Others. During a Depression Material Wealth has to be transformed into Social Wealth to prevent a Social Conflict. This investment will pay back with a lot of social interest during Spring and Summer.
Unconditional Giving, Charity, is a very old fashioned concept. At this moment we “give” a loan and we “ask” interest but “giving and asking” are really “demanding”. We want to make sure that what we give will be returned in the same state. More Money for Money, an Two Eyes for an One Eye.
When we don’t want to deepen the down path of the Depression we have to leave behind the Behavior of the Expansion phase of the Cycle, Summer. When the Economy expands it is “easy” to accumulate Wealth. Loans and interest are helpful to bridge a temporary dip in the flow of cash. Summer is a time of fast moving Ups and Downs in the Economy (Recessions).
It is not strange that we are copying the behavior of the Summer. Long Term Cycles just like very fast moving Cycles are not noticed by the Human. They are generational. The pattern repeats every 50 to 60 year so the people that must be Aware of the current situation are Old. They are the grandmothers and the grandfathers, the older people (>75).
Moving through a Depression needs Wisdom and a Long Term View. A Depression is the time to Listen to the Older Generation. Hopefully they have Learned from their Mistakes at that time.
I am afraid the big change of Obama will not change anything at all. It looks like the financial elite has placed a new pawn on the chessboard but the game and the players stay the same. The Geopolitical Players are defining a strategy to beat Russia and China.
Obama is surrounding himself with old fashioned politicians who are part of the old fashioned networks of the financial Elite. They are part of the famous World Conspiracy Groups like the Bilderberg Group, the Council of Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.
Obama is announcing the old-fashioned New Deal of Franklin D. Roosevelt to save the US and will use the same money printing machine of the FED to finance his plan.
The big difference with the time of Roosevelt is that the US is completely broke and has to start to pay his debts. Obama is postponing this moment because he knows (and the Elite knows) that the US Citizens are not prepared to move back to a state of poverty.
To save and to create jobs Obama has to Protect the US Economy againts the outflow of jobs to the New Economies, China and India. The emerging state of economic protection will generate huge effects in the World. When the US starts to protect its market others will follow soon.
The big question is if every country in the world will support the new policy of the US. The United States is still befriended with the four oil-rich Gulf States.
The US has already asked them 300 billion dollars to prevent its financial meltdown. The US is still by far wasting the biggest amount biggest of energy in the world and the Arabs need the US to sell their oil.
The biggest adversaries of the US, China and Russia are united in what is called the Shanghai Cooperation. The cooperation is connected to India and Pakistan but also to countries like South Africa and Brazil (BRIC).
One of the important geo-political strategists of the US is Zbigniew Brzezinski. He was one of the advisors of Obama on foreign policy. Brzezinski was also National Security Adviser of President Carter, the creator of the Trilateral Commission and an Associate of Henry Kissinger.

Eurasia accounts for 60 per cent of the world’s GNP and about three-fourths of the world’s known energy resources.””The most immediate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the United States from Eurasia.”
The strategy and tactics of Brzezinski and his colleagues (Kissinger) have inspired every government of the US until now. It becomes very clear why there is a war in Afghanistan and why Irak had to be destroyed. The aim is to create one dominant power that is controlling the World called the United States.
The power of the Sovjet Union was destroyed by Financial Warfare and Political Instability (Kosovo) generated by the US and its allies (including the Netherlands!).
The Sovjet Union has recovered and has restored its old fashioned control structure. It is has started a new expansion strategy and slowly moving to the West. Putin knows that NATO is unable to resist his policy because the focus of NATO is in the East.
Putin also knows that the West (especiallyGermany) needs his huge resouces of oil and gaz. He knows that the Pipelines are the most strategic tools to manipulate the EG.
He also knows that Germany is deep within not an Adversary but a Companion. The only thing he has to do is break the EG. This will happen soon because of the big internal differences between the Rich and the Poor Countries.
China has become one of the most powerful nations in the World. An alliance between the two (and with Germany the tree) old fashioned adversaries of the US is a super treat for the dominance of the West.
It is very clear that the US is losing its strategic positions in every part of the world except the Middle East. In this area Iran is the most important adversary and it is very clear why the US together with its ally Israel is trying to play the same trick it used with Irak to start a new war.
What will happen?
The CIA will go on with its destabilization programs. They will create new enemys of the West to justify military activity (Afghanistan). Military activity always helps to stimulate the economy and keeps the focus of the citizens away from the real game.
Financial Warfare has proven to be a very effective tactic. The activities of the FED will be aimed at destabilizing China. Russia is already in trouble. The closure of the US Economy will stop the economic explosion of China. The only thing that is left for the BRIC-countries is to create an internal market and a common currency. Other countries in the world have to make a choice. Will they follow the leadership of the US or join the still growing economies of BRIC. In the End the Old fashioned Cold War between the US and the Communists (Russia/China/India,…) will start again.
The last and the most helpful activity to destroy the enemies and to speed up the economy will be an old fashioned (Third) World War. The battlefield of this war has to be far away from the US to avoid “nasty” consequences. Eastern Europe (Germany, Poland, …) is by far the best place to act. You have to do this without disturbing the relationship with EU. This is simple.
The big trouble is that Germany and Russia have already negociated a secret treaty. They have divided Europe into two territories that have a lot in common with the famous Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact between Hilter and Stalin. The only thing Germany has to do is to break the EG into two parts. This will generate a high tension between the old adversaries Germany and France.
The EU will be in big trouble because of the economic crisis and every country will act on its own as soon as the weak countries (Spain, Greece, Portugal, Eastern Europe) really get into trouble. They will protect their economies and this will destabilize the European Union. The only thing you have to do to is to tease the Russians. They just want to be respected as a Super Power. Isolate them and show them that they are a powerless nation and they will become terribly angry.
The geopolitical players and followers of Machiavelli (Kissinger, Brzezinski, Poetin) don’t care about human lifes. They don’t care about democracy. Their only aim is to stay in power and to increase their power.
Machiavelli became famous by his book the Prince. It is a political cookbook for politicians to stay in power. The most important lesson is deceit. The politician has to show all the positive qualities needed to be loved by the people. He has to be merciful, faithful, humane, frank, and religious, but he should only seem to have these qualities.
A politician cannot truly have these qualities because at times it is necessary to act against them. The only ethic that matters is one that is beneficial to the politician in dealing with the concerns of his state. If his country wants a redeemer he has to look like a redeemer but behind the scene everything is allowed. You have to admit Obama is a great Actor and the Role of the Redeemer fits him well.
To defeat your opponents you have to commit them to your cause. If you are blamed. They are blamed also. The best way to beat the Clintons is to make them your partner. Hillary understands and practiced Machiavelli.
Introducing change is the most stupid thing you can do. You have to make everybody believe that the old is new. Everybody believes the New Deal was succesful and Roosevelt was a succesful president. So why not copy his scenario and (re)play his role.
`We must bear in mind, then, that there is nothing more difficult and dangerous, or more doubtful of success, than an attempt to introduce a new order of things in any state. For the innovator has for enemies all those who derived advantages from the old order of things, whilst those who expect to be benefited by the new institutions will be but lukewarm defenders. This indifference arises in part from fear of their adversaries who were favoured by the existing laws, and partly from the incredulity of men who have no faith in anything new that is not the result of well-established experience. Hence it is that, whenever the opponents of the new order of things have the opportunity to attack it, they will do it with the zeal of partisans, whilst the others defend it but feebly, so that it is dangerous to rely upon the latter.”
When his Power is at stake the Prince has to start a war.
“A PRINCE ought to have no other aim or thought, nor select anything else for his study, than war and its rules and discipline; for this is the sole art that belongs to him who rules, and it is of such force that it not only upholds those who are born princes, but it often enables men to rise from a private station to that rank. And, on the contrary, it is seen that when princes have thought more of ease than of arms they have lost their states. And the first cause of your losing it is to neglect this art; and what enables you to acquire a state is to be master of the art“.
The big problem are mercenaries. To fight a war you need warriors who are dedicated to You and Nobody Else. Always please the Military Elite.
“He who holds his State by means of mercenary troops can never be solidly or securely seated. For such troops are disunited, ambitious, insubordinate, treacherous, insolent among friends, cowardly before foes, and without fear of God or faith with man. Whenever they are attacked defeat follows; so that in peace you are plundered by them, in war by your enemies. And this because they have no tie or motive to keep them in the field beyond their paltry pay“
When you want to fight a war fight a war with people who are not thinking in terms of strategy. The Chinese are highly stategic. They practise the Art of War of Sun Tzu. When you apply Sun Tzu you never fight a war. You exhaust your opponent. The best way to create a war is to tease your opponent to destroy himself.
My advice
If the current pattern is sustained my advice would be to find a hiding place. This hiding place has to be outside the area of the big earthquakes. It also has to be rather close to the equator because we will soon experience a new Ice Age. You have to be able to grow your own food so you need seeds and soil. Avoid the contaminated area’s in the world. The last thing is to avoid the battle ground of the last big war (Germany, Poland, Sweden).
How about Spain or Portugal?
Of course I could be wrong. Perhaps he is the real redeemer and I am deceiting myself because I don’t believe in honest politicians anymore. The best thing to do not to wait and see but to Act. The Citizens of the World don’t need big government to get into action. Creating networks is simple and everything you need is somewhere already available (even money). It is all about making the right connection!
Banking originates around 3000 BC in Babylonia out of the activities of temples and palaces which provided safe places for the storage of valuables. Initially deposits of grain are accepted and later other goods including cattle, agricultural implements, and precious metals.
In a later stage Silver and Gold were used to pay. From that time on Silver and Gold became weapons of war and a good reason to fight a war.
By 700 BC, the Lydians became the first in the Western world to make coins. Countries were soon minting their own series of coins with specific values. Some of the earliest known paper money dates back to China, where the issue of paper money became common from about AD 960 onwards.
Paper currency and non-precious coinage was backed by a government or bank’s promise to exchange it for a certain amount of silver or gold.
The last innovation in Money is called Fiat-Money. In this case the currency is not backed by anything but the promise of a country to enforce payment. Fiat-Money is the ultimate money generator. Governments are able to create infinite amounts of value without any guarantee.
The only guarantee is the performance of the economic system of the Country itself and the Power of the Government to force their citizens to pay the neccesary taxes. The Fiat-System has created an enormous amount of hyperinflated countries.
The US is one of the countries where paying taxes is seen as a sin. The only way to gurantee the Fiat Money is to generate a high level of inflation and/or a tremendous debt. At this moment the US is the biggest debtor in the world and it is not capable to pay his debts. The US is completely broke.
The US Fiat-System is the real cause of the current wordwide crisis. If this problem is not solved in due time all economic activity in the World will come to an end.
We will experience the same situation that existed in Germany between the two world wars (the Weimar Republic) and in many other countries were the value of money became hyperinflated. As you will see later the US Government is not able to control their own money supply.
Thomas Jefferson the third President of the US knew what would happen when the Fiat-System would be introduced in the US. This was his warning:
”I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks]… will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. …The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs“.
The most important practice to cheat with coins was to alter the quality or the quantity of the precious metals by reducing the weight, mixing precious metals with other metals and/or covering cheap metals with precious metals.
When paper money was introduced it became much easier to cheat. Paper Notes were copied and the kings and governments started to play with the stock of gold and silver that was needed to back the paper notes.
The precious metals also became a very important instrument of warfare. When the amount of precious metals went down the Kings were unable to pay their soldiers and had to stop fighting. Another tactic was to generate inflation or deflation. The economy of the enemy could be destroyed by influencing the economic cycle by manipulating the amount of precious metals or banknotes.
Financial manipulation or Financial Warfare on every scale is as old as the civilized world.
Every country in the world is protecting its economy by intervening in the global currency market, the Foreign Exchange Market (FOREX). These interventions are performed by the Central Banks. Most of the Central Banks are controlled by Government. An exception is the US FED.
At this moment there are three groups of Central Banks, The US (Federal Reserve), The European Union (including the UK) and what I would call the China-connection. This last group contains Brasil, Russia, India (BRIC), and many more rising economies like Indonesia, South Africa and Turkey. The China Connection is becoming one of the most powerful groups.
The first central bank of Europe was created by the Knight Templars. The medieval European Knight Templar were a medieval military and religious Order which officially came to a controversial and mysterious end on Friday, 13 October 1307 when the Roman Catholic Church closed them down, accusing their leaders of heresy and strange religious beliefs.
During the era of the Crusades the Templars possessed a huge multi-national empire, and until their demise they were arguably the most powerful organization on Earth. According to popular theory, the Templars went underground and formed the secret society of the Freemasons to preserve their secret tradition.
There is evidence that the Templars were the carriers of old mystical knowlegde related to the Gnostics. This was perhaps the real reason why they were destroyed by the Roman Church who did not like the Gnostic (Kadištu) Believe System.
The Knight Templar ran probably the best known early prototype of a central banking system, as their promises to pay were widely regarded, and many regard their activities as having laid the basis for the modern banking system. By 1200 they were in effect bankers to the kings of England and France. They became so powerful that they had to be distroyed.
The oldest central bank in the world is the Riksbank in Sweden, which was opened in 1668 with help from Dutch businessmen. This was followed in 1694 by the Bank of England at the request of the government to help pay for a war.
The US Federal Reserve (FED) was created by the US Congress through the passing of the Glass Owen-Bill, signed by President Woodrow Wilson on December 23, 1913.
The history of the FED reads like a detective story. Eustace Mullins spend almost his whole life to find out what is really happening behind the closed doors of the FED. His book was never published. That’s why it is now available for free on the Internet. It shows how the Financial Elite of the US manipulated the citizens and representatives of the US to accept the Glass Owen-Bill. My advice: Read it!
The most important fact you have to know is that the FED is not an independent bank controlled by government. It is controlled by the big banks of the US and behind the big banks of the US is a powerful elite. This Elite created and sustained the Great Depression. It also supported the Klu Klux Clan and the Fascists regimes of Germany and Italy. The most important power behind them was the House of Rotchild situated in London. The old Financial Elite never lost its power.
If you search on the Internet you will find that Free Masons, The House of Rotchild and the Knight Templar are combined into a huge conspiracy theory that even goes back in history to the Annunaki of Sumer (The Serpents). I don’t think the Knight Templar and the Free Masons are part of this conspiracy.
I do believe the conspiracy (if it exists) has something to do with the Annunaki and their Ancestors. The Annunaki were experts in deceiving people and keeping control over them. They “hated” the Female Power and changed many myths that showed that this Power could create a Paradise if we wanted it. Their very long term plan was to obtain control over the World. It looks like they are succeeding. There all kind of conspiracy theories that are trying to prove that important “blood-lines” of the Elite are related to the Annunaki.
According to many Myths (Hopi, Gnostics) the “good ones”, the Life-Designers, the Kadištut, that are trying to help mankind are related to the Pleiades. The Pleiadians don’t want to interfere because interference in another civilization is forbidden. We have to ask them for help.
The theory behind Financial Manipulation and Financial Warfare is also a very old theory. It was practiced by all the old Kings. They knew that the control of the foundation of the Money System was crucial to stay in Power. They also knew that they could win a war by destroying the financial center of their enemies.
So everybody knows that when a small Elite in a huge Country has the power to issue money they are able to control the World. Everybody knows it is very difficult not to misuse a tremendous power (“absolute power corrupts absolutely”). That is why the Control of the Creation of Money has always been a central issue in many conflicts. In a democratic country this power is controlled by Government and Parliament.
The original members of the FED created and sustained the Great Depression. They must have been aware of the fact that they were destroying the economic system at that time. After the Great Depression they owned many companies and were in control of the media. This proves they knew how to make use of a chaotic, volatile, economic system.
The current members of the FED have created a new Great Depression. They were and are throwing trillions of dollars into the system increasing the debt of the US to a level never been seen. It will destroy the US Dollar and generate hyper-inflation. History shows that each time governments printed money in the past, the consequence was sky-high inflation.
The consequence is that the coming years, the prices of energy, food and metals will go through the roof. The US Citizen will become very poor but some people, the Elite, will get richer. The Story of the Great Depression is repeating itself and the strange thing is that everybody knew and knows why this is happening. Does that prove the Conspiracy Theories?
The new Depression will almost certainly lead to World Government. It is the only way to go they claim to stop the Depression. All the structures to enforce World Government are already in place and most of them are already in control of the Financial Elite. Does this prove the Conspiracy Theories?
The big question is if the “Chinese-connection” will accept this. If not we will see a huge conflict in the near future. It will certainly start with a “financial” attack. The Chinese could wreck the US Economy by disconnecting the Yuan from the Dollar and/or sell their $2 trillion worth of treasury bonds. You see Financial Warfare is easy and you don’t need very destructive weapons to do it. Will this lead to World War III?, also a prediction of the Conspiracy Theories.
At this moment many strange and unpredictable interventions can be seen related to the Dollar vs the Euro. The Dollar is rising steadily. The rise of the Dollar has nothing to do with the real value of the Dollar. The Dollar is related to the US Economy and this economy is going down and the backing of the Dollar is not there. The US Debt is gigantic and wil rise.
The effect of the rising dollar is positive for the export of the EU to the US. This will have a negative effect on the US Economy. The most interesting effect will come when the Dollar suddenly will move back to its original value. This will generate a new crisis within the European Banking System and of course the EU Economy. Is somebody planning a financial attack on the EU??
To prove the conspiracy we have to see who will be the owner of the most important companies and media after the crisis has stopped (if it can be stopped). If a certain group has taken over a lot of companies we will know that they have done it again. If we have finally proved the conspiracy theories we will be too late.
The proof of the pudding is always in the eating. When you read this article of the New York Times you will see that the big “take-over” has already started. The Big Banks are not using the money of the Government at all to help their poor customers. They are using it to buy other “small” banks. If you read the article in the NY Times the strategy becomes very clear. They, the Elite, want to create three colossal global financial giants—Citigroup, JP MorganChase and, of course, Paulson’s own Goldman Sachs.
Why are they creating these entities? The first reason is of course that it is much easier for a cartel to manage three parts. The second reason is that this cartel will be one of the richest and powerful kartels in the world.
What could be the aim? The aim could be to destroy their European and other Wordwide Competitors. They will be helped by their friends of the world’s largest financial credit rating agencies—Moody’s and Standard & Poors end will be able to use the biggest Economy in the World to do this. It will create a “little bit of a problem to some of the poor citizins” of the US during the time of the depression but in the long term they all will profit in some way because the Power of the US will be completely restored. The US will finally rule the World.
The big question is if the citizens of the US (and other Western Countries) will accept this to happen. If they accept it we will know for certain that the Mind Control Systems, also a part of the Big Conspiracy, have done their work properly.
History is repeating itself but on a much larger scale. If the Annunaki exist they will be very proud about what it is happening. Finally they will be the Masters of a devasteted World called Earth.
Do you believe in the Conspiracy Theory?
I really don’t want to believe the Theory. I don’t want to become a paranoid. Is there any Light at the end of the Tunnel? Obama? It certainly is Time for a Change! Will he succeed to stop the power of the FED? If he leaves them in power we will know for sure he is “one of them” or he is very afraid to stop them.
Why? One of the interesting stories behind the Conspiracy Theories is the fact that the Presidents (Kennedy, Lincoln) who wanted to change the center of the Financial System, The FED, were assassinated.
